In this paper sensitivity analysis of the pantograph for the high-speed Train was conducted using finite element analysis method. Dynamic interaction of catenary-pantograph model was simulated by using a commercial finite element analysis software SAMCEF. Pantograph was assumed to be three degree of freedom mass-spring-damper model and the pre-sag of the contact and messenger wire was implemented due to gravity. The span data of the actual high-speed line and specification of pantograph for high-speed train was applied in the analysis model respectively. The reliability of the simulation model is verified by comparing the contact force results of simulation and test. Through the simulation mean contact force and its deviation was evaluated and then sensitivity of the pantograph was analyzed.

본 논문에서는 상용 유한 요소 해석 프로그램인 SAMCEF 를 이용하여 고속 철도 차량의 집전성능을 예측할 수 있는 해석 모델을 개발하였다. 3 자유도 스프링-댐퍼-질량의 판토그래프 모델을 생성하였고, 실제 시스템과의 리셉턴스를 비교함으로써 신뢰성을 검증하였다. UIC 799 OR 기준에서 제시한 가선계의 이론적 파동전파 속도와 가선계 유한 요소 해석 모델에서 측정한 파동 전파 속도를 비교 하였다. 드로퍼의 길이를 조절하여 전차선의 중력에 의한 초기 처짐 현상을 구현하였다. 가선계와 판토그래프를 접촉 요소를 이용하여 연성하였으며, 판토그래프가 300 ㎞/h 및 370 ㎞/h 로 주행할 때의 접촉력 변화를 도출하였다. 접촉력의 평균, 표준편차, 최대 및 최소값 등을 분석함으로써 본 논문에서 제시한 해석모델의 유효성을 검증하였다. In this study, a simulation model to estimate the current-collection performance of a high-speed train was developed by using a commercial finite element analysis software, SAMCEF. A three-dimensional springDdamperDmass model of a pantograph was created, and its reliability was validated by comparing the receptance of the model to that of the actual pantograph. The wave propagation speed of the catenary model was compared with the analytical wave propagation speed of the catenary system presented in the UIC 799 OR standard. The length of the droppers was controlled, and the pre-sag of the contact wire due to gravity was considered. The catenary and the pantograph were connected by using a contact element, and the contact force variation when the pantograph was moved at velocities of 300 ㎞/h and 370 ㎞/h was obtained. The average, standard deviation, maximum, and minimum values of the contact force were analyzed, and the effectiveness of the developed simulation model was examined.
고속 철도 차량용 판토그래프와 가선계의 접촉력 예측을 위한 수치 해석 모델 개발

This study aims to create a numerical analysis model which can investigate the dynamic interaction between pantograph and overhead contact wire used for a high-speed railway vehicle, and validate the simulation results according to EN 50318 standard. Finite element analysis models of pantograph and overhead contact line are created using SAMCEF, a commercial FE analysis program. The mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values of contact forces are obtained. The simulation results are validated according to EN 50318, and the possibility of simulating the collecting characteristic of an actual pantograph system by using the developed model is discussed.
판토그라프 접촉력 측정을 위한 스트레인 게이지 내장형 센서 개발

The KTX-Sancheon has been commercially operating on the high-speed line since March. 2. In order to verify the performance of high-speed train and core equipments such as current collection system, sophisticated tests and evaluating procedures should have been considering. In this paper, the load cell with a built-in strain-gauge which developed to improve measuring method of contact force between the pantograph and catenary system is introduced. The static test results of the load cell shows that its design is very suitable and applicable for the dynamic test and on-line test. After the test and evaluation of load cell's dynamic calibration with pantograph, we will be applied to test interaction characteristics between the pantograph and catenary system on the high-speed line.
TCN(Train Communication Network) 통신 시험용 WTB(Wire Train Bus) Analyzer 개발

In Korea, TCN has applied to the Korean High-speed Train (HSR350X) through G7 High-speed Train development project. TCN is the most suitable international standard communication network for distributed control systems that is adopted for high-speed of vehicle, safety and flexibility. TCN is the network exclusively for the high-speed train and electrical trains. This TCN satisfies the network standards. The network standards are real time communication, fault tolerance design, integrated data system, resistance of environment, automated recognition for modification of vehicle formation and maintenance. The purpose of this research is applying the development of WTB analyzer which is part of communication network system TCN, to check the communication of high-speed trains and electrical trains.
음성 통화 저장 기능을 제공하는 고속전철용 Event Recorder 연구

A event recorder system stores a train speed and the related information for train operation in real time. Using those information, we can analysis the train operation and the reason of train accident. Currently the event recorder only manipulate the data related the train operation mechanically and electrically. In this paper we propose the event recorder to record the voice communication between the manager in the control center and train operator. By recording the voice communication in the high speed train, the correctness of analysis of train accident can be increased. The system architecture of the event recorder with voice recording is studied and interface between other equipment is proposed. And the software architecture of new event recorder is developed. We study the method of converting analog voice signal into digital data and compressing method. Also the architecture of memory to store the compressed voice data and regeneration of original analog voice are studied.

Recently, there is an increasing demand for efficient high power/weight auxiliary power supplies for use on high speed traction application. many new conversion techniques have been proposed to reduce the voltage and current stress of switching components, and the switching losses in the traditional pulse width modulation(PWM) converter. Among them, the phase shift full bridge zero voltage switching PWM techniques are thought most desirable for many applications because this topology permits all switching devices to operate under zero voltage switching(ZVS) by using circuit parasitic components such as leakage inductance of high frequency transformer and power device junction capacitance. The proposed topology is found to have higher efficiency than conventional soft-switching converter. Also it is easily applicable to phase shift full bridge converter by applying an energy recovery snubber consisted of fast recovery diodes and capacitors
