보육교사의 직업지위에 대한 인식이 직업만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the child care teacher’s recognition on professionalism -which was composed of self-regulation, salary satisfaction, respect- to the teacher’s job satisfaction. So we can find the way to raise the teacher’s morale spirit and job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 200 child care teachers in Gang-Won Province. The research instrument was developed for this study. 4 questions were used for self-regulation. 2 questions were used for salary satisfaction. 2 questions were used for respect. 4 questions were used for job satisfaction. The structural equation model was applied to path analysis of the data. The results of this study were as follows. First, the child care teacher’s recognition level on self-regulation was 3.2, salary satisfaction was 1.6, and respect was 3.5. and job satisfaction was 3.5. Especially the recognition level of salary satisfaction was very low. Second, the respect( β = .71) and the self-regulation( β = .37) affected the job satisfaction but the salary satisfaction( β = .06) did not affect the job satisfaction.
예비유아교사의 교직선택 동기와 교직적성·인성, 전공만족의 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구의 주된 목적은 예비유아교사의 교직선택 동기(능동적 동기, 물질적 동기, 수동적 동기)와 교직적성·인성, 전공만족의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재의 4년제 유아교육과 학생 203명을 대상으로 2018년 10월부터 2019년 4월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 21과 AMOS 24 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계와 상관관계, 구조방정식 모형을 적용한 경로분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사의 교직선택 동기 중에는 능동적 동기 수준이 가장 높았으며 교직적성·인성의 하위 요인 중에서는 교직관이 가장 높았다. 또한 전공만족의 하위 요인 중에는 인식만족이 가장 높게 나타났다. 교직선택 동기 중 능동적 동기와 물질적 동기는 상관이 있었으나 능동적 동기와 수동적 동기는 부적 상관을 나타내었다. 능동적 동기만이 교직적성·인성과 전공만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교직적성과 인성을 매개로 전공만족에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교원양성기관에서 예비유아교사의 능동적 동기를 강화하는 것이 교직적성·인성과 전공만족도를 높이는데 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 함의하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between preservice early childhood teacher’s motivations for choosing teaching profession, aptitude and character for teaching profession, and major satisfaction. The results of this study, of motivations for choosing teaching profession of preservice early childhood teachers, the active motivation showed the highest level, and among the sub‐factors of aptitude and character for teaching profession, the view of teaching profession was found to be the highest, while the psychological stability was low. Also, among the sub‐factors of major satisfaction, the recognition satisfaction was the highest. Of motivations for choosing teaching profession, the active motivation and material motivation were correlated, but the active and passive motivations showed a negative correlation. Among the sub‐factors of motivations for choosing teaching profession, only the active motivation was found to have a significant effect on aptitude and character for teaching profession and major satisfaction, and the aptitude and character for teaching profession were found to have a significant effect on major satisfaction. These results suggest that reinforcing the active motivation of preservice early childhood teachers in teacher training institutions positively affects aptitude and character for teaching profession and major satisfaction. In addition, the high level of aptitude and character for teaching profession of preservice early childhood teachers can be a predictor that he/she is qualified for going to be a good teacher.
교대생의 사회적 배경에 따른 학업성취 변화 추이에 관한 분석

The main purpose of this study is to examine changing trends of academic achievement of teachers university students with respect to the social background. In general, one of the main issues in studies of academic achievement is to explore and identify variables which affect academic proficiency. In those studies, multiple regression analysis and path analysis have usually applied. However, those methods have a limitation: they so far have not considered time series data. Thus this study applies repeated measure design to incorporate time series data that measure academic achievement of teachers university students over 8 academic terms. The results are as followed. First, there were some significant changes in the academic achievement of students over 8 terms. Second, the changes in the academic achievement of students over 8 terms were significantly different in accordance with their social background. Third, the social background effects reduced over 8 terms.
항공기 박판부품의 멤브레인 제거장치의 구조해석과 성능평가

This paper is on the development of a new machine for removing membranes and deburring which is exclusively designed for aircraft frame components of slender shape. The machine has been developed from innovative ideas at the early stage of concept design and modifications through a series of design changes. Some structural analysis results for the development and test results for the performance evaluation are reported. Some technical difficulties such as on fixtures caused by the particular configuration that is thin layer shape of long slender body are also discussed.

As part of development of the 5-head router machine, design of a tooling system has been studied. As a preliminary study, various types of tool holding systems are investigated and analysed. The machine under development is designed to pursue high productivity and high precision. As a result, it requires multiple heads and high speed spindle. For the high speed design, it is important to prevent an elastic deformation by the high speed, which may be significant at the end of spindle. The deformation causes inaccurate fitting and vibrations which directly affect the precision of machining and overall performance of the machine. For the high speed design the two-face-contact tooling system such as HSK type is considered. A BT type which has one-face contact and been traditionally used is compared with the HSK type by numerical calculations of the deformation. It is found the two-face-contact system has better performance with respect to the reduction of deformation. Also important design factors to improve performance of tool holder are identified which include clamping force, contact area, taper angle etc.

Midface and maxillary distraction osteogenesis (DO) can be an alternative treatement modality for the craniofacial syndrome patients and cleft lip and palate patients. Rigid External Distraction (RED) II system has more advantages in the force vector control than the other types of distraction systems. Despite of increasing popularity of RED system there is few report on the failure factors. Some considerations should be pointed out in using RED II system for successful treatment; the rigidity of intraoral splint, complete separation of bony segment, and the cooperation of patients. Orthodontists, surgeons, and patients have the same amount of responsibility for the successful midface and maxillary DO using RED II system from the beginning to the end of the treatment.
