        81 mm 조명탄용 마그네슘계 조명제 저장수명 예측

        It is necessary to both analyze root-cause of non-conformance of effective illumination time to the specification, and estimate the storage lifetime for 81 mm illuminating projectile stockpiled over 10 years. In this paper, aging mechanism of magnesium flare material due to long-term storage was supposed, and two-stage tests, pre-test and main test based on accelerated degradation tests were performed. Field storage environment of moistureproof was set up, and illumination times in the accelerated degradation tests for temperatures 60 and $70^{\circ}C$ were measured. Then, storage reliability of the projectile was estimated through analyzing the measured data and applying distribution-based degradation models to the data. The $B_{10}$ life by which 10 % of a population of the projectiles will have failed at storage temperature of $25^{\circ}C$ was estimated about 7 years.

        차기 적외선 섬광제 저장수명 예측

        This paper shows storage life estimation of next IR(infrared) flare material through accelerated degradation tests. Three temperature conditions for the accelerated degradation tests are 55, 65 and $75^{\circ}C$. Six performances of IR flare material are burning time, IR peak/continuous Intensity, total energy of near/mid-IR and color ratio, and they were measured after the tests. Storage life of the IR flare material was estimated through both analyzing the degradation data of those performances and applying distribution-based degradation models to the data. Over 30 years of storage life at $20^{\circ}C$ is estimated in terms of IR peak intensity with reliability 0.99 and confidence level 99 %. Additionally, 10 years of storage period at $21^{\circ}C$ would be equivalent to 68 days of accelerated test at $65^{\circ}C$ from the activation energy in Arrhenius model.

        Hydrate seeding effect on the metastability of CH4 hydrate

        Cyclopentane (CP) hydrate seeds can lead to nucleation of CH4 hydrate with a lower supersaturation; the concept of nucleation potential was applied to estimate the metastable zone width (MSZW) of CH4 hydrate. To verify the crystal structure of CH4 hydrate formed from the CP hydrate seeds, the hydrate samples were analyzed by high resolution powder diffraction (HRPD). 1wt% of CP hydrates in the system reduced the MSZW of CH4 hydrate from 3.39 K to 1.32 K, and showed synergetic performance with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). From the hydrate nucleation theory, SDS is able to decrease the effective surface energy for heterogeneous nucleation on the stainless steel wall, but the CP hydrate seeds provide new nucleation sites with even lower surface energy than that of the stainless steel wall. Hence, the nucleation rate depends on the amount of CP hydrate seeds, and the kinetic parameter can be estimated from the concentration of nucleation sites on the CP hydrate seeds. Also, the MSZW of CH4 hydrate was satisfactorily correlated with the amount of CP hydrate seeds by the cumulative nucleation potentials using estimated kinetic parameters.

        Combining data를 적용한 단일 표본화 방법론 연구

        Combining similar data provides larger data sets through conducting test for homogeneity of several samples under various production processes or samples from different LOTs. The test for homogeneity has been applied to either variable or attribute data, and for variable data set physical homogeneity has been tested without consideration of the specification to the set. This paper proposes a method for test of homogeneity based on quality level through using both variable data and the specification. Quality-based test for homogeneity as a way of combining data is implemented by test for coefficient of variation in the proposed method. The method was verified through the application to the data set in open literature. And possibility to combine performance data for various types of thermal battery was discussed in order to estimate operation reliability.

        호모 파베르의 지구소외와 세계소외- 한나 아렌트의 『인간의 조건』을 중심으로 -

        이 논문은 아렌트의 ‘비타 악티바(vita activa)’ 중 ‘작업(work)’을 통해 활동하는 ‘호모 파베르’의 지구소외와 세계소외의 관계에 대한 사유를 담고 있다. 이들은 필연성에 매몰된 ‘노동하는 동물’로서의 삶을 탈피하고자 자연에 폭력을 가해 사물화하는 방식으로 인공세계를 제작한다. 자연의 순환과정에서 지속적이며 안정적 삶을 위해 만들어진 인공세계는 모델을 통해 대량으로 주조되고 심지어 원하는 때에 파괴할 수도 있다. 아렌트는 이어서 근대 이후 ‘갈릴레오의 망원경’과 ‘데카르트적 회의’를 통해 본격적으로 호모 파베르의 근대적 소외를 사유한다. 이들은 물리학의 대수학화를 통해 ‘아르키메데스의 점’을 자신의 정신으로 옮기며 마치 우주의 한곳에 서서 지구를 마음대로 다룰 수 있다고 여기게 된다. 이로서 ‘관조적 삶’의 전통은 단절되었고 활동적 삶 가운데서도 작업이 가장 중심으로 올라서지만 실제로는 삶의 터전으로부터 오히려 소외되는 현상에 직면하게 된다. 정치에 대한 폭력적 접근, 분업화로 인한 노동과 작업의 경계 상실, ‘본질’ 보다는 ‘방법’으로, ‘사물 자체’에서 ‘사물의 제작과정’으로 바뀐 관점은 사용가치보다는 교환가치를 중시하며 가치의 상대화에 빠지게 된다. 결국 이들은 행위의 불능으로 인해 ‘세계소외’에 직면하는데, 이를 마가렛 캐노번(Margaret Canovan)은 노동자의 ‘세계소외’에 대적할 것은 과학자의 ‘지구소외’라고 논평한다. 활동적 삶을 위한 인간의 조건은 언어와 행위의 소통을 통해 서로의 인격을 드러내는 ‘다원성의 인간관계망을 통해서 실현이 가능함을 기억해야 한다. The main thesis of this paper is Homo Faber's consideration of ‘earth alienation’ and ‘world alienation’. Arendt considers the human conditions of labor, work, and action as a condition for ‘Vita Activa’, Among them, it focuses on the discussion of ‘Homo Faber’, which works through production. In order to escape their life as the ‘Animal laborans’ forced by the overwhelming natural force and subordinate to necessity, they create the artificial world in a way that violence nature and materialize it. The artificial world created for a continuous and stable life during the natural cycle can be cast in large quantities through models and even destroyed when desired. Arendt then began to think about Homo Faber's modern alienation in earnest through the ‘Galileo Telescope’ and ‘Cartesian Doubt’ after the modern age. Through the algebraization of physics, they move the ‘Archimedean point’ to their minds and think that they can handle the Earth as they please while standing in one place in the universe. As a result, the tradition of ‘Vita Contemplativa’ was cut off, and ‘work’ rose to the center of ‘Vita Activa’, but in reality, it faces a phenomenon of being alienated from the place of life. The violent approach to politics, the loss of boundaries between labor and work due to division of labor, ‘how’ rather than ‘what’ and from ‘the object itself’ to the ‘production process of the object’ puts more emphasis on ‘exchange value’ than on ‘value in use’. Tied by the relativization of values, Homo Faber's world reaches its limit and faces 'world alienation' due to the inability to act. Margaret Canovan comments that it is the scientist's ‘world alienation’ to counter the ‘world alienation’ of workers. It should be remembered that human conditions for Vita Activa can be realized through a ‘pluralistic human network’ that reveals each other's personality through communication of speech and action.

        기준병상수와 상급병상수의 적정규모에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was the acquisition of the optimum scale of the apportionment of standard & high-class bed for the maximum profit representative of the desire of customers in a General Hospital with 1,100 beds located in Seoul. This investigation was proceeded by the analysis of the result of the simulation with the survey of both the patients' needs for bed and the degree of the medical service by the grade of the ward. And finally the consequence was obtained as follows : 1. The result of the investigation of the inpatients' preference for the grade of ward classes shows that a private ward reflected 4.3 percent, a semi-private ward 1.7 percent, a three-bed ward 0.1 percent, and a ward with six beds 93.9 percent each other. 2. A questionnaire poll was paralleled of service terms of a medical doctor and a nurse by ward class, the data were used for the standard of the allotment of labor cost by the ward class. The poll shows that the service term of a medical doctor and a nurse based on a ward with six beds by ward class showed 1.7 times in internal medicine and 1.9 times in surgery at a private ward; 1.4 times in internal medicine and 1.7 times in surgery at a semi-private room; and 1.2 times both in internal medicine and in surgery at a three-bed ward. 3. The resultant findings revealed the most profit per bed and per patient in a private ward. However, an analysis of profit with a standard of unit area by ward class represented a higher profit in both the internal medicine and the surgery semi-private ward than other ward classes. 4. The result of the analysis through simulation based on the data of the prime cost per the ward class proved the optimum scale of the distribution of beds by class as follows: sixteen beds of the internal medicine and twenty three beds of the surgery in the private ward; two hundreds and two of the internal medicine and one hundred and ninety eight of the surgery in the semi-private room; three of both the internal medicine and the surgery each other in the three-bed ward; one hundred and ninety eight of the internal medicine and two hundred and fifty two of the surgery in the ward with six beds. The result of this research exhibits that the income and expenditure of the hospital could be improved by changing parts of wards into private ones(containing the maximum profit per a unit of width) in case the scale of the number of beds is reset with the consideration of the profit per the unit width. In the near future it's strongly expected that the research for the more scientific standard of the allotment of labour cost by ward class and for definition of the optimum scale of the number of beds that actualize the maximum profit with the change of the three elements of the prime cost; cost of materials; labor costs; management expenses.

      • 최근 5년간 유리 피판술을 이용한 하지재건의 분석

        The lower extremity injuries are extremely increasing with the development of industrial & transportational technology. For the lower extremity injuries that result from high-energy forces, particularly those in which soft tissue and large segments of bone have been destroyed and there is some degree of vascular compromise, the problems in reconstruction are major and more complex. In such cases local muscle coverage is probably unsuccessful, because adjacent muscles are destroyed much more than one can initially expect. Reconstruction of the lower extremity has been planned by dividing the lower leg into three parts traditionally The flaps available in each of the three parts are gastrocnemius flap for proximal one third, soleus flap for middle one third and free flap transfer for lower one third. Microvascular surgery can provide the necessary soft tissue coverage from the remote donnor area by free flap transfer into the defect. Correct selection of the appropriate recipient vessels is difficult and remains the most important factor in successful free flap transfer. Vascular anastomosis to recipient vessels distal to the zone of injury has been advocated and retrograde flow flaps are well established in island flaps. Retrograde flow anastomosis could not interrupt the major blood vessels which were essential for survival of the distal limb, the compromise of fracture or wound healing might be prevented. During 5 years, from March 1993 to Feb. 1998, we have done 68 free flap transfers in 61 patients to reconstruct the lower extremity. From analysis of the cases, we concluded that for the reconstruction of the lower extremity, free flap transfer yields a more esthetic and functional results.
