This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV.

알코중독 치료를 위한 Web 환경 시스템과 분석에 대한 연구

Medications or conitive-behavior methods have been mainly used as a treatment of alcoholism. lately the virtualy technology has been applied to the kink of alcoholic disorders. A virtual environment makes him having avility to over come the drink. In this study, we were implemented by making panorama images and 3D object modules using 3D MAX, VRML, JAVA. And the BAR stimulator that composed with a position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is suggested. To illustrate the physiological difference between a person who has a alcoholism and without a liquor bottle, heart rate was measured during experiment, and also measured a person's HR after the virtual reality training. The system measures the Physiological signals such as ECG, Temperature, analyzes those data automatically. The system has two parts, one is physiological data acquisition part which gets the body signal, and the other one is mobile nuit which includes signal processing and transmission functions, And Bluetooth allows two parts to communicate with each other. we demonstrated the subjective effectiveness of virtual reality psychotherapy through the clinical experiment.

Acrophobia is an abnormal fear of heights. Medications or cognitive-behavior methods have been mainly used as a treatment. Lately the virtual reality technology has been applied to that kind of anxiety disorders. A virtual environment provides patient with stimuli which arouses phobia, and exposing to that environment makes him having ability to over come the fear. In this study, the elevator stimulator that composed with a position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is suggested. To illustrate the physiological difference between a person who has a feel of phobia and without phobia, heart rate was measured during experiment. And also measured a person's HR after the virtual reality training and in a real building elevator. In this study, we demonstrated the subjective effectiveness of virtual reality psychotherapy through the clinical experiment.

Acrophobia is a symptom of feeling an abnormal fear of heights. Medications or cognitive-behavior methods have been mainly used to treat the acrophobia. In these days the virtua1 reality technology has been applied to treat such an anxiety disorders. In this thesis, an telemedicine assistant system for treatment of acrophobia using biomedical signals and virtual reality technique is proposed. I made two virtual reality simulations for treatment of acrophobia and telemedicine system for communication between doctor and patient using personal computer. A virtual environment provides patient with stimuli which arouses phobia, and exposition to such environment makes him have ability to overcome the fear. Recently, the patient can take diagnosis from a medical doctor in distance with the telemedicine system. Multimedia conference service, on-line questionary, signal transfer system are needed to configure such system. Virtual reality simulation system that composed of position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is also included in this telemedicine system. I added virtual environment update system to this virtual reality telemedicine system for treatment of acrophobia. Former acrophobia treatment systems use only patient's score of the questionary to appraise. The new system developed in this thesis uses not only patient's score of the questionary but also biomedical signals such as HR, GSR amplitude, GSR RT to increase the objectivity and quantitativity. The experimental results show that HR and GSR amplitude are useful for decision of acrophobia. We will apply this system to the acrophobia patient in distance and be able to offer better medical treatment for mental illness in near future.

In this paper, a new fragile watermarking algorithm for digital image is presented, which makes resolving the security and forgery problem of the digital image to be possible. The most suitable watermarking method that verifies the authentication and integrity of the digital image is the Wong's method, which invokes the hash function (MD5). The algorithm is safe because this method uses the hash function of the cryptology. The operations such as modulus, complement, shift, bitwise exclusive-or, bitwise inclusive-or are necessary for calculating the value of hash function. But, in this paper, an Arithmetic encoding method that only includes the multiplication operation is adopted. This technique prints out accumulative probability interval, which is obtained by multiplying the input symbol probability interval. In this paper, the initial probability interval is determined according to the value of the key, and the input sequence of the symbols is adjusted according to the key value so that the accumulative probability interval will depend on the key value. The integrity of the algorithm has been verified by experiment. The PSNR is above the 51.13db and the verifying time is $1/3{\sim}1/4$ of the verifying time of using the hash function (MD5), so, it can be used in the real-time system.
펄스 코로나 플라즈마를 이용한 웨어러블 정전기 방전 장치

정전기로 인한 사고와 피해를 줄이기 위하여 기존 유선/무선의 정전기 방전 장치의 장점만을 결합한 손목 착용식 정전기 방전 장치의 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 반도체 공정을 이용하여 스테인리스 스틸 재질의 플라즈마 방전팁을 제작하고 압전 변압기를 이용하여 소형의 고전압 플라즈마 방전 회로를 제작하였다. 제작된 플라즈마 방전 장치는 초기 (+)/(-) Decay time이 각각 0.85초, 1.11초 이었으며, 5시간 연속 방전 후 각각 1.80초, 1.60초를 보여 하루 24회의 방전을 가정하면 6년 이상의 사용 시간을 보일 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 소총 사격 훈련시 레이저의 지향성과 실제 총알의 탄도 곡선을 활용하여 사격의 정확도를 높이고자 한다. 영점을 맞추기 위해 비사격 영점 획득기를 사용하여 안전성, 시 · 공간성, 경제성을 확보한 가운데 조기에 영점을 획득하고자 레이저 사격훈련 시스템을 연구하였고,25M 표적지를 대상으로 레이저의 빛 퍼짐에 대한 값과 이를 보정하기 위한 렌즈의 광학설계를 하였으며, 이를 통해 레이저 사격훈련 시스템의 빛 퍼짐을 방지하여 5cm 의 빛 퍼짐을 3cm 이내로 조정하였다.
