Recently, people suffer from pains coming from long-time work with personal computers, habitual position of twisting their legs and dressing up with kill heels. These habits and improper postures may imbalance their muscles. Thus, on the study, I will discuss about distal crossed syndrome which is caused by anterior tilting of pelvic causing from muscle imbalance and proximal crossed syndrome that makes people hold out their head or bent their shoulder. Then, those two syndromes are analyzed in details. Through this process, the study indicated that distal and proximal crossed syndrome may appear together as a compensatory reaction. This study aims at people learning about distal and proximal crossed syndromes and support them to maintain good postures and habits in daily lives. Steady stretching activities are the best way to protect pains.
소형 준설선 유압 추진기의 최적 제원 도출 및 성능 검증에 관한 연구

In this study, we designed a hydraulic propulsion propeller system that allows dredged materials to be carried out by the dredger to the disposal place. The proposed model equation was used to formulate the screw propeller specifications considering the resistance to the dredger, and the quantitative specifications of the hydraulic propulsion propeller were determined through the numerical analysis programs. In addition, based on the proposed results, we were able to determine the specifications of the hydraulic system that was used for the hydraulic motor in the propulsion propeller device and then manufactured the hydraulic propulsion propeller. To guarantee the reliability of the proposed model equation, an external testing agency was invited and verified that the hydraulic propulsion propeller based on the proposed model equation could achieve the target speed in the dredger.

Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) is an economically important vegetable crop all over the world, which has functional compounds such as lycopene and citrulline. Gummy stem blight caused by Didymella bryoniae is one of the most devastative diseases in watermelon. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), which are genetic variations occurring between individuals with respect to a single base, were often used to construct genetic linkage maps and develop molecular markers linked to a variety of horticultural traits and resistance to several diseases. In this study, we developed high-resolution melting (HRM) markers based on SNPs generated from NGS resequencing of two parents in watermelon. Plant materials were C. lanatus ‘920533’ (female and susceptible parent), C. amarus ‘PI 189225’ (male and resistant parent), and their F1 and F2 progenies. A total of 13.6 Gbp (‘920533’) and 13.1 Gbp (‘PI 189225’) of genomic sequences were obtained using NGS analysis. A total of 6.09 million SNPs between ‘920533’ and ‘PI 189225’ were detected, and 354,860 SNPs were identified as potential HRM primer sets. From these, a total of 330 primer sets for HRM analysis were designed. As a result, a total of 61 HRM markers that have polymorphic melting curves were developed. These HRM markers can be used for the construction of SNP-based linkage maps and for the analysis of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) related to gummy stem blight resistance.
