극저온 잠액식 펌프 연구개발 프로세스에 관한 융합 연구

최근, LNG는 저렴한 가격과 친환경적 연료 등의 이유로 선박용 대체연료로 각광을 받고 있으며, 그 수요 량도 급성장이 예상된다. 그러나, 선박의 LNG 연료공급을 위한 극저온펌프(Cryogenic Pump) 제작과 관련한 국내 기술력은 매우 미흡한 실정으로 핵심 부품의 설계와 제작 기술이 절실한 시점이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 선박용 LNG 공급 시스템용 극저온 잠액식 원심펌프(Cryogenic Submerged Centrifugal Pump)의 단계별 개발절차에 대하여 기술하였다. 그리하여, 각 단계별 특성 및 주요 개발항목을 공학적이고 관리적인 측면에서 접근함으로써 실질적이고 구체적인 개발방법을 제시하는데 연구 목적을 두었다. Recently, for such reasons as its inexpensive price and eco-friendliness, LNG has been under the limelight as an alternative fuel for vessels and is expected to grow rapidly in the industry. However, the technology level of domestic shipbuilders in manufacturing the cryogenic pump designed to supply LNG for vessels is so low that design and manufacturing technology of core parts are in urgent need. Therefore, this study describes the stepwise development procedure of cryogenic submerged centrifugal pump for ship LNG supply system. And it aims to suggest practical and specific development methods of the pump by approaching the characteristics of each step and major development items from the standpoint of engineering and management.
NURBS곡선을 이용한 3D Gauge 곡선의 모델링 기술 개발

Productivity of shoe industry in Korea is still more excellent then that of China or Vietnam, but manufacturing technology and productive facility are underdevelopment in comparison advanced country. CAD/CAM system development, one of the most important technology, is totally nonexistent. specially, the automatic generation function and the grading function in shoe sole modeling are dependent of the foreign software. The CAD/CAM software only for shoe modeling is very expensive, so that it is going to weaken shoe industry of Korea. Therefore, We developed 3D gauge curve generation method using 2D NURBS curve in shoe sole modeling.

온실가스 배출규제에 따라 국내 조선소를 중심으로 LNG연료로 추진되는 친환경 선박기술 도입에 박차를 가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 선박의 LNG 연료공급을 위한 극저온 펌프 (Cryogenic Pump) 제작의 국내 기술력은 매우 미흡한 현실로서 핵심 부품의 설계와 제작기술이 절실한 시점이다. 그리하여, 본 연구는 선박용 LNG 공급시스템용 극저온 잠액식 원심펌프의 핵심부품인 로터에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 따라서, 재료선정을 위한 실험적 및 해석적 방법을 통한 최적결과를 도출하여 기술개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. Because of emission control of greenhouse gas, shipbuilders, especially those in Korea, are pushing forward to introduce eco-friendly ship-building technology utilizing LNG. However, Technical skills of domestic shipbuilders in manufacturing the cryogenic pump designed to supply LNG for vessels are so low that technical skills for design and manufacturing of core parts are in urgent need. Therefore, This study described about the Rotor as a core part of cryogenic submerged centrifugal pump for ship LNG supply system. We wish to utilize for the basic data to develop the technology for the Rotor as deducing the optimal outcome with the experimental and the analytical methods in material selection.

The types and characteristics of services that airport service systems provide have recently been diversified and specialized to meet various needs of users and their travelling activities. A service for the mobility handicapped is one of the newly demanded services. However, current services for them, which are provided by most of the Korean airports, are not sufficient to satisfy their needs. Additionally, there exist a lot of constraints in the use of those services, which makes it difficult for the mobility handicapped to use them effectively. Another problem is that a lot of the mobility handicapped do not even know that airports now offer services specialized for them. Considering that Korean airports have been recognized as a top-level service provider for about decades, it can be claimed that such an inferior quality of services for the mobility handicapped should be urgently improved. With this issue in mind, this study aims to propose an approach to improving the quality of airport services for the mobility handicapped. Firstly, we examined the actual conditions of the services for the mobility handicapped and identified the limitations of the current services, based on the results of literature review and questionnaire survey against the mobility handicapped and stakeholders of the services currently provided. Then we established a set of design improvement requirements and suggested several ways to improve the services for the mobility handicapped. Finally, we pointed out several issues to be resolved to design better specialized services for the mobility handicapped.
