소형 선박용 복합재료 축 설계를 위한 음력해석에 관한 연구

It is known that the composite material shafts using on small boats have various advantages comparing to forged steel shafts, fur examples, specific strength, fatigue strength, corrosion, etc. The analysis of the stresses and strains in the composite material shafts made by filament winding method is presented in this paper. The classical laminated plate theory is applied on the patch cut from the composite material hollow shafts. It is verified that the composite material hollow shafts of diameter 40 mm is the most optimum when the ratio of the inner diameter to the outer is 0.4 and winding angle is 45$^{\circ}$. It is also proven that the shear strain does not change seriously between 30$^{\circ}$and 60$^{\circ}$of winding angles. It is dangerous when the winding angle is over 75$^{\circ}$because the values of shear strain and stress produced on the shaft are too high so it must be avoided to wind the filament by the angle over 75$^{\circ}$.

In this study, supercritical nano plating was performed to observe its effect on materials. Using supercritical carbon dioxide as a solvent, we observed how different pressures and temperatures of the supercritical fluid affected the process and its outcome. The plating current increases as pressure increases from 8 MPa to 16 MPa, but it decreases after that. Similarly, the plating current increases as temperature is increased from 35 ℃ to 45 ℃, but the current decreases after that. Also, the thickness of the wet electrolyte plating is about 35~50 ㎛, while the thickness of the plating done using supercritical fluid is about 20~25 ㎛. At the results, It to it is considered that supercritical nano plating enable to form more thin and stable plating than wet electroplating methods. Also both of the electroplating methods could be affected plating quality by surface condition, and the supercritical nano plating has been confirmed to product more uniform plating surface than wet electroplating.
에로전 실드의 접착특성에 미치는 접착 막의 흡습의 영향

The properties of adhesive film are degraded by environmental factors such as moisture or salinity. From this reason, this paper has studied about the degradation of adhesion properties between blades and erosion shield for hovercraft by moisture absorption. We performed the test of adhesion properties after surface treatment on STS304 and A6061. Therefore, we could have known that adhesion properties were decreased about 50% because of produced crack inside of adhesive film by moisture absorption through observation of specimens that immersed for ten weeks.
선박용 프로펠러축 방식처리용 복합재료의 제조와 그 정적 및 피로특성 평가에 관한 연구

Kind 1 propeller shaft in ships is the shaft which is provided with effective measures against corrosion by sea water, or the shaft which is made of approved corrosion resistance materials. The propeller shaft other than specified above is Kind 2.<br/> Thus, this study is mainly concerned with the resistance to fatigue damage in sea water against stress concentrations due to the notches. The results obtained can be summarized as follows;<br/> (1) The stress increases with curing time, however, when the curing time reaches at 96 hours the stress becomes a constant value. The elongation decreases with curing time, however, when the curing time reaches at 48 hours the elongation becomes a constant value. Thus, in case of FRP coating on propeller shaft, it is necessary to cure for 48 hours at least.<br/> (2) The relation of σ<SUB>n</SUB>-K<SUB>t</SUB> is to be classified into two parts, which is a part where fracture nominal stress, σ<SUB>n</SUB>, decreases with increasing K<SUB>t</SUB>, and a part where σ<SUB>n</SUB> is nearly constant independent of K<SUB>t</SUB>.<br/> (3) According to a linear notch mechanics, the measure of severity controlling the fracture in notched FRP body is the notch root radius, ρ. The notched static strength of an arbitrary specimen will be estimated from σ<SUB>max</SUB> -1/ρ curve.<br/> (4) Through the observation of cross section after fatigue test, the part of interface was kept good condition irrespective of loading conditions.
호버크래프트 블레이드의 Erosion Shield 접착특성

Hovercrafts are useful transportations because it can be operated both and water. Blades for hovercraft ara one of the most important part but it can be damaged by environmental factors. The erosion shield is applied to prevent erosion damage of the blades. Bonding properties between the blade and the erosion shield are very important. This paper is trying to identify the bonding characteristics according to surface treatment. In this study, three kinds of bonding layers and five kinds of surface treatment were applied. Test was achieved according to ASTM D 1002. From the test results, mechanical treatment like etching is the most effective solution than other chemical treatment and the impact absorption pad to reduce the impact damage decreases bonding strength within are experimented range.
