온도 및 전류밀도 변화에 따른 Pd도금막 특성변화 연구

균일하고 치밀한 미세구조를 갖는 Pd박막이$ PdCl_2$를 사용하는 전기도금방법으로 제조되었다. 본 연구에서는 도금온도와 전류밀도가 주요 공정변수로서 고려되었고 이에 따른 음극효율 및 제조된 Pd도금막의 결정성, 형상 및 경도 등의 특성이 측정되었고, 이들간의 상호관계성이 검토되었다. 연구결과에 따르면, $PdCl_2$를 사용하는 본 Pd전기도금 시스템에서는 5$0^{\circ}C$와 5mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$의 조건이 도금막의 형상으로 볼 때, 최적의 도금조건이라고 간주된다. 최적 조건에서 제조된 Pd도금막의 경도는 약 600kg/$\textrm{mm}^2$이었다. 변수 및 특성간의 관계성 검토 결과, Pd막의 경도는 미세구조에 의해 큰 영향을 받지만, 결정의 배향성과의 연관성은 작은 것으로 해석된다. Palladium thin films of uniform and highly dense microstructure were prepared by the eletroplating method using novel PdCl$_2$-based plating bath. Principal variables taken into account in this study were the plating temperature and the current density. Electroplated Pd films were characterized for Crystalline orientation, morphology and hardness. The optimal temperature and current density were found be $50^{\circ}C$ and 5mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$, repectively. The measured hardness value for the Pd films when prepared under the optimal condition was as high as 600kg/$\textrm{mm}^2$. A correlation study between variables and properties seems to indicate that the hardness was significantly affected by the microstructure, but not by crystallite orientation.

The Si3N4 composites reinforced with carbon-coated SiC whiskers were fabricated by hot-pressing at 180$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours to examine the effects of carbon-coated whiskers on the mechanical properties of SiC whisker reinforced Si3N4 composites. The flexural strength of the Si3N4 composites and Si3N4 monolith respectively. The weak interfacial bond between carbon-coated SiC whiskers and Si3N4 matrix which enhances the crack deflection and whisker pull-out could contribute to the improvement of mechanical properties of the composites.

Alumina-coated SiC whiskers wee prepared by the calcination (1150$^{\circ}C$, 1h, Ar) of the alumina hydrate layer which was precipitated homogeneously on whisker surface from a solution of Al2(SO4)3 and urea as a precipitant. In addition carbon coated SiC whiskers were prepared by the pyrolysis (1000$^{\circ}C$, 4h Ar) of phenolic resin coated whisker. The effects of coating conditions on the thickness and morphology of the coated layers were examined by SEM and TEM. It was found that Al2O3-coating layers become thinner and more uniform with decreasing the Al2(SO4)3 concentration. Thin (0.075-0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$) and uniformly alumina-coating layers were obtained at the Al2(SO4)3 concentration 0.010mol/l. On the other han carbon-coating layers were uniform but very thin (5-16 nm) in thickness. For thicker carbon-coating layers ethanol as a disperse medium was found to be more efficient compared tousing acetone.
Mosquito larvicidal activities of naturally occurring compounds derived from Piper species

Mosquitos transmit human diseases including malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever, and encephalitis. Methylenedioxy compounds are considered to be safe synergists that enhance the activity of active ingredients to control mosquito populations. Seven naturally occurring compounds from Piper nigrum and P. longum were used to determine their larvicidal activities against larvae of Culex pipiens pallens. Among the tested compounds, myristicin and dodecanol showed potent larvicidal activity. Several modes of larvicidal action have been suggested for natural compounds, and in this study, their larvicidal effects on the surface water tension were considered and determined using a tensiometer in order to understand how lowering water surface tension was associated with mortality. In conclusion, lowering water surface tension was related to the larvicidal activities of myristicin and dodecanol.
가정외보호 청소년의 부정적 사건 경험이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감과 사회적 위축의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of negative life event experiences of adolescents in out-of-home care on school adjustment, and to analyze the mediating effects of social withdrawal, the risk factors, and self-esteem, the protection factor. Data were analyzed using the first year panel data of the 「Panel Study on Korean Children in Out-of-Home Care (PSKCOC)」. The participants of this study were the fifth and sixth graders in elementary school who lived in out-of-home care, such as child care facilities, group homes, and foster care. Of the 494 responses, 479 were used for statistical analyses (SPSS 22.0, AMOS 26.0), excluding those which were incomplete. The main findings are as follows. First, the negative life events experiences of youths in out-of-home care did not have a significant impact on school adjustment. Second, self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between the negative life event experiences and school life adaptation. Third, social withdrawal had no significant mediating effect in the influence of negative life event experience on school adjustment. Based on these results, theoretical and practice implications to increase the school adjustment of adolescents in out-of-home care were suggested.

This paper will review and analyze the decision of U.S Supreme Court on the case such as MALJACK PRODUCTION, INC v. MOTION PICTURE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA. Also this paper will analyze MPAA"s rating system and rating assessment in movie industry. A Fund is very important thing in the movie industry and instrumental in rating assessment unofficially. It is necessary that we review the relation between rating assessment and capital. Because they restrict the freedom of expression. This paper aims at revealing on how the rating system has been developed in the United States and what its legal and theoretical contents are these days.
