        Cost reduction, time to market, and quality improvement of software product are critical issues to the software companies which try to survive in recent competitive market environments. Software Product Line Engineering (SPLE) is one of the approaches to address these issues. The goal of software product line is to maximize the software reuse and achieve the best productivity with the minimum cost. In software product line, software components are classified into the common and variable modules for composition work. In this paper, we proposed a dynamic composition process based on aspect-oriented programming methodology in which software requirements are classified into the core-concerns and cross-cutting concerns, and then assembled into the final software product. It enables developers to concentrate on the core logics of given problem, not the side-issues of software product such as transactions and logging. We also proposed useful composition patterns based on aspect oriented programming paradigm. Finally, we implemented a prototype of the proposed process using Java and AspectJ to show the proposed approach's feasibility. The scenario of the prototype is based on the embedded analysis software of telecommunication devices.

        데이터 중심 통합생산시스템 설계 및 구현 : 대형항공부품가공 사례

        In the era of the 4th industrial revolution driven by the convergence of ICT(information and communication technology) and manufacturing, research on smart factories is being actively conducted. In particular, the manufacturing industry prefers smart factories that autonomously connect and analyze data. For the efficient implementation of smart factories, it is essential to have an integrated production system that vertically integrates separately operated production equipment and heterogeneous S/W systems such as ERP, MES. In addition, it is necessary to double-verify production data by using automatic data collection technology so that the production process can be traced transparently. In this study, we want to show a case of data-centered integration of a large aircraft parts processing factory that requires high precision, takes a long time, and has the characteristics of processing large raw materials. For this, the components of the data-oriented integrated production system were identified and the connection structure between them was explained. And we would like to share the experience gained through the design and implementation case. The integrated production system proposed in this study integrates internal components based on data, which is expected to serve as a basis for SMEs to develop into an advanced stage, and traces materials with RFID technology.

        The trend toward ubiquitous computing does not represent simply a change in the way people access and use information. In the end it will have a profound effect on the way people work with each other. In this paper, we have defined functionalities of an information system that helps operate a kind of smart office environment, and implemented the system using RFID technology. The system provides three major functions–time and attendance management, personalized message notification, and flexible seat allocation for a smart working center. We have also suggested the key performance indicators and performed a KPI analysis to measure an efficiency of implemented system.

        대형 항공부품용 5축 가공기에서의 예측정비에 관한 연구

        In the process of cutting large aircraft parts, the tool may be abnormally worn or damaged due to various factors such as mechanical vibration, disturbances such as chips, and physical properties of the workpiece, which may result in deterioration of the surface quality of the workpiece. Because workpieces used for large aircrafts parts are expensive and require strict processing quality, a maintenance plan is required to minimize the deterioration of the workpiece quality that can be caused by unexpected abnormalities of the tool and take maintenance measures at an earlier stage that does not adversely affect the machining. In this paper, we propose a method to indirectly monitor the tool condition that can affect the machining quality of large aircraft parts through real-time monitoring of the current signal applied to the spindle motor during machining by comparing whether the monitored current shows an abnormal pattern during actual machining by using this as a reference pattern. First, 30 types of tools are used for machining large aircraft parts, and three tools with relatively frequent breakages among these tools were selected as monitoring targets by reflecting the opinions of processing experts in the field. Second, when creating the CNC machining program, the M code, which is a CNC auxiliary function, is inserted at the starting and ending positions of the tool to be monitored using the editing tool, so that monitoring start and end times can be notified. Third, the monitoring program was run with the M code signal notified from the CNC controller by using the DAQ (Data Acquisition) device, and the machine learning algorithms for detecting abnormality of the current signal received in real time could be used to determine whether there was an abnormality. Fourth, through the implementation of the prototype system, the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper was shown and verified through an actual example.

        Processing mail objects in a mail processing center involves several steps and operations, in particular dispatching as well as sorting by destination. The purpose of this paper is to present a model for the part-time worker staffing and allocation problem as it arises at the parcel sorting area in a mail processing center. The problem is formulated as a mixed integer linear program model to minimize the variable part-time workforce related cost. Not only the characteristics of the sorting operations but also the dispatching requirements of the vehicles are reflected into the model. Six example problems with three different daily amounts of arriving mail are solved with LINGO to demonstrate the effectiveness of the 7-level induction option for the parcel sorting machine over the current 3-level one. The results indicate that measurable savings can be achieved by departing from current practice.

      • 닷넷 기반 시스템 개발 방법론

        Recently Microsoft proposed the .NET environment for heterogeneous and complex enterprise computing. The environment has been adopted in many SI projects. However, few development methodology properly supports the projects on .NET environment, and the MSF/CD(Microsoft Solution Framework for Component Design) is still unfamiliar to system developers. In this paper, new development methodology for .NET environment is proposed, which is based on the unified process (UP) and the MSF/CD. The MSF/CD is composed of conceptual design, logical design, and physical design. The first two step of the methodology is similar to legacy object-oriented methodology but the physical design step is unique and should be adapted new methodology because the step is based on the COM+ model - Microsoft component model. The main skeleton of new methodology is object-oriented methodology - UP, and the model is modified using MSF/CD. The proposed methodology is familiar to system developers and adapts Microsoft COM+ model. A prototype system also- developed to verify the applicability of the methodology.
