예비 청년창업가들의 핵심성공요인 인식에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 국내 예비 청년창업가들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인과 영향요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 창업 성공요인에 대한 기존 연구들은 첨단 기술업종에 초점을 두거나 이미 창업하여 생존에 성공한 창업가들을 대상으로 성공요인을 회고적으로 살펴보는 것을 대부분이다. 그러나, 전반적으로 경력과 사회적 경험이 부족한 창업준비단계의 예비 청년창업가들의 입장에서는 당면한 창업준비과정상의 어려움을 극복하고 미래 성공요인에 대해 이미 창업한 기업가들과 다른 입장을 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적인 청년창업가 905명의 예비 청년창업가들을 대상으로 이들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인과 영향요인을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 국내 예비 청년창엄가들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인들은 다양한 요인들이 제시되고 있으며, 예비 창업가들의 특성에 따라 중요하게 생각하는 성공요인들이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 우수인력확보를 중요하게 여기는 경우는 20대, 남성, 공동창업 및 기술연관성이 낮은 경우이다. 반면 30대, 단독 또는 소수창업, 이전 사업연관성이 높고 창업준비기간이 긴 경우에는 창업자 역량을 중효하게 인식하였다. 또한 판로개척 및 철저한 사전준비를 중요하게 생각하는 예비 청년창업가들의 영향요인들은 다른 모습을 보이고 있다. 자금조달 능력은 유의한 핵심성공요인으로 나타나지 않는 특성도 나타나고 있다. 주요 연구결과를 바탕으로 청년창업가 육성을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다. This study explored how early stage entrepreneurs think about key success factors of startup and its impact factors. Previous research on key success factors of startup focused on high technology industry or explored retrospectively main reason of their startup success. However, preparatory entrepreneur who lacks career and social experience has different point of view of startup success, because of their situation which they overcome various problem of entrepreneurial process. This research surveyed key success factors and impact factors of entrepreneurial success based on 905 preparatory entrepreneur. We witnessed that preparatory entrepreneur recognizes various key success factors and found different key success factors according to the attribute of preparatory entrepreneur. We found that man, team startup and non technology related startup in 20s age emphasized procuring superior manpower. But solitary startup and previous career related busienss and long preparation term in 30s age recognized importantly about the entrepreneur's ability. Also, preparatory entrepreneur who considered importantly sales promotion and thorough preparation has different attribute. We can find a unique point that Funding capability was not significant attribute. Finally we suggested implication and further research agenda to foster young entrepreneur based on major findings.

청년창업보육센터 입주기업 성과에 미치는 지원 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정부 또는 지방자치단체의 청년 창업지원 사업 및 지원시스템이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 서울시 청년창업지원시스템(청년창업1000프로젝트)이 청년창업가의 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 설문조사를 통하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 청년창업1000프로젝트에 수혜를 받은 20세이상 40세 미만의 청년창업가를 표본으로, 청년창업가 특성(수혜시기, 창업 시 자본금 규모, 입주 전 지적재산권 보유개수) 및 창업지원 서비스 요인에 대한 만족도(창업활동지원금, 홍보 및 판로개척지원, 입주자간 협업지원 등)가 창업성과(창업성공만족도)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 청년 창업가의 창업시 자본금 규모, 입주전 지적재산권 보유개수, 창업활동 지원금 지원, 홍보 및 판로개척지원, 입주사간 협업 지원들이 창업성과와 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업가의 특성 및 지원서비스와 창업성과와의 회귀분석 결과는 청년 창업가의 졸업기수, 사무실 규무, 지적재산권 기존 보유 개수, 창업활동 지원금 지원, 입주사간 협업 지원들이 청년 창업기업의 창업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 청년창업가의 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 분석으로 정부 및 지방자치단체의 정책적 지원 방안의 기초자료가 된다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. This aims to study impact of the youth start-up business incubating system by government's or local autonomous governments' center on start-up business performance. This focus on Youth Start-Up Business Support Program operated by Seoul Metropolitan City and explore practical alternatives. In this study, young entrepreneurs are defined as those who are aged between 20 and 40, and start-up is defined as an act by such entrepreneur that establishes an organization or system that produces any goods or services selected as business idea by utilizing capital in order to create profits. The empirical results are as follow; a significant correlation between scale of capital in initial stage by young entrepreneur graduating from Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. There is a significant correlation between the number of obtained intellectual properties before moving into Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. There is a significant correlation between the degree of satisfaction on start-up activity support fund for young entrepreneur in Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. There is a significant correlation between the degree of satisfaction on promotion and territorial cultivation support activities for young entrepreneur in Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. There is a significant correlation between the degree of satisfaction on collaboration support among member firms for young entrepreneur in Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. There is a significant correlation between the degree of overall satisfaction on start-up business support program for young entrepreneur in Start-Up Business Support Center and start-up success satisfaction by young entrepreneurs. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on policy support strategies by central and local autonomous governments that facilitate young entrepreneurs to achieve start-up business goals by understanding the factors that affect the business performance of young entrepreneurs. In addition, the study offers an effective direction for young entrepreneurs in a way that promotes the start-up performance by young entrepreneurs, which expects to contribute to core factors of new employment opportunity creation as well as national and local economies, so that the author expects the study to play a role of raising the necessity of start-up business support for young entrepreneurs.
