        지방공기업의 성과요인 차이분석

          This study is to focus on empirically identifying performance factors that help improve management performance of the Local Public Enterprise(LPE). To do so, this study is to analyze the differences of performance factors between LPE-Ready groups and Not-LPE-Ready groups. The performance factors, composed of two factors in terms of planning-establishment factor and internal management factor, are separately measured as follow. The planning-establishment factor is measured as the degree of building establishment conditions and reviewing establishment prerequisites through checklists. The internal management factor is measured as the degree of internal managerial autonomy, main entrepreneurship, specialization.

        지방공공기관 채용시스템의 특징과 현황, 그리고 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Although this study is one of the important institutions that regional public institutions are making a great contribution to job creation, this study started from the lack of systematic information on their recruiting system. This study aimed to comprehensively examine the characteristics, current status and difficulties of the recruiting system, and how to improve the current recruiting system. Based on the collected 282 surveys, regional public institutions used different operating methods and selection tools even though they were recruited to select employees for the general administrative job group. The evaluation of the employed staff was generally satisfactory, but needed to be improved in the understanding of the organization. Subject tests showed the highest satisfaction among the selection tools. And regional public institutions were aware of the difficulties in terms of recruiting regulations and procedures, enhancing their expertise and consulting with regional governments. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes to evaluate applicants' understanding of regional public institutions, adopt the integrated recruiting of local governments and written tests in their selection process.
