전동차용 고효율 저주파 동기 PWM을 이용한 관성부하 시험

This paper presents a high efficiency low switching PWM technique for the propulsion system of Electric car. In order to achieve the continuous voltage control to six-step and a low harmonics with low switching frequency under 500㎐, the synchronous technique is combined with a space vector overmodulation and implemented by using DSP. Improved performance and a validation of proposed method is shown by the experimental results using a 1.65㎹A IGBT VVVF inverter and inertia load equivalent to 160 tons electric cars.

Many countries are concentrating on the development of electric vehicle technology with increasing concerns about the global environment. Along with these concerns, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEVs) are being developed as environment-friendly cars which reduce greenhouse gas emissions and also eliminate the problem of range anxiety associated to all-electric vehicles, because the combustion engine works as a backup when the batteries are depleted. In this paper, electric equipments of the PHEV which meet the target specifications were developed, and their performance was proven through confirmatory testing on the PHEV at Korea Automotive Technology Institute(KATECH).
국산화 전동차 광주도시철도 1호선 추진 제어장치의 본선 시운전에 관한 연구

본 연구는 순수 국내기술로 개발된 국산화 전동차 광주도시철도 1호선의 추진제어 장치의 본선시운전에 관한 것으로, 외국기술에 의존해온 추진 제어장치를 국내기술로 설계하고 본선시운전을 통하여 추진제어장치의 신뢰성 및 안정성에 관하여 실험을 실시하였다. 그리고 추진 제어 장치에 적용한 알고리즘은 필터 사이즈를 감소하기 위하여 기존의 패턴에 의한 PWM방식을 사용치 않고, 출력전류의 고조파 리플이 적은 저주파 동기 공간벡터 PWM 알고리즘을 제안하고, 가선전압의 변동에 강인한 댐핑 제어 및 과전압 제한 제어 알고리즘을 제시하고, 제안된 알고리즘은 본선시운전을 통하여 타당함을 확인하였다.
전동차용 IGBT형 추진제어장치의 6호선 본선 만차 시험에 관한 연구

This paper describes the full load test results of IGBT VVVF inverter for the railway propulsion system. The 1,650㎸A IGBT VVVF inverter has been developed. Therefore, the field test is performed in SMG 6 Line to confirm its the reliability and performance. The train consists of 4M4T(4 Motor car 4 Trailer Car) and the electrical equipment for field test are as follows : VVVF inverter 4 sets, 16 traction motors and 2 SIVs. The propulsion system is composed with 1C4M(1-Controller 4-Motors). The results of propulsion system which have the excellent acceleration/deceleration and the jerk characteristics as well as starting ability on slope are taken through the field test.

This paper presents a vector control of parallel drive, a beatless control and a low switching PWM technique for the propulsion system of Electric car as transient state which are included interrupting line voltage, changging line vlotage slowly,suddenly, regenerating light load and starting from backward running Improved performance and a validation of proposed method is shown by the experimental results using a 1.65MV A IGBT VVVF inverter and inertia load equivalent to 160 tons electric cars through a ruunning and transient state test.
