기업 특성에 따른 SCM전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 기업특성에 따라 어떠한 SCM전략을 수립하여 실행하는 것이 기업성과를 개선시킬 수 있는지를 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 SCM전략을 효율성, 민첩성, 적응성, 정렬성을 추구하는 전략으로 구분하고 이러한 SCM전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 기업특성(규모, 업종, 제품특성, 공급사슬위치)이 SCM전략과 기업성과의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 효율성, 민첩성, 정렬성을 추구하는 SCM전략은 기업성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업특성(업종, 규모, 제품특성, 공급사슬 위치)은 SCM전략과 기업성과의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of current study are to empirically examine the impact of SCM strategies on corporate performance by corporate characteristics. Based on the literature review, we initially identified a set of independent and dependent variables. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis of the survey date from 120 manufacturing corporate that SCM strategies(Efficiency, Agility, Alignment) significantly affected on corporate performance. Also, type of business, scale, product characteristics, position on supply chain moderate the impacts of SCM strategies on corporate performance. Therefore, in order to make high corporate performance, manufacturing corporates have to practice the SCM strategies that fit on corporate characteristics.

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 생산관행이 혁신품질에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 생산관행을 TQM, SCM, TIM으로 구분하고, 혁신품질을 제품 혁신품질, 프로세스 혁신품질, 기업 혁신품질로 구분하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 산업통상자원부와 한국생산성본부가 제공한 「제조업 생산성 패널조사」 자료에서 총 561개 유효표본을 확보하여 분석에 활용하였다. 구조방정식모델을 활용하여 생산관행과 혁신품질의 인과관계를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, TQM실행은 모든 혁신품질에 유의한 정의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, TIM실행은 제품 및 기업 혁신품질에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치지만 프로세스 혁신품질에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 마지막으로 SCM실행은 제품 혁신품질에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치지만 프로세스 및 기업 혁신품질에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 문헌연구를 통해 혁신품질에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 생산관행(TQM, SCM, TIM)을 파악하고, 이들을 종합적으로 고려하여 혁신품질 구성요소와 인과관계모형을 개발했다는 점이다. 그리고 실무적 시사점은 기업이 가장 먼저 프로세스 혁신품질을 개선해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 TIM과 SCM을 실행하기 전에 우선적으로 TQM을 도입해야 한다는 것을 확인했다는 점이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of production practices on innovation quality using data collected from Korea Manufacturing industry. Based on previous research, we classified production practices and innovation quality. Production practices are TQM implementation, TIM implementation and SCM implementation. Innovation quality are product, process and enterprise innovation quality. The results are as follows. First, TQM implementation had significant positive effects on product innovation quality, process innovation quality, enterprise innovation quality. Second, TIM implementation had significant positive effects on product innovation quality and enterprise innovation quality, but has not impact on process innovation quality. Finally, SCM implementation had significant positive effects on product innovation quality, but has not impact on process innovation quality and enterprise innovation quality. Academic implications of this study is that we identified the production practices (TQM, SCM, TIM) which may affect innovation quality and developed the causal model between these practices and innovative quality components. Managerial implications of this study is that we verified that firms should first improve process innovation quality and should adopt TQM before SCM and TIM implementation for improving the process innovation quality.

기업의 혁신저항관리활동이 기술혁신활동과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 혁신저항관리활동 요소에 대하여 알아보고, 이러한 혁신저항관리활동이 기술혁신활동 및 혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 혁신저항관리활동으로는 구성원의 참여, 체계적 제도, 원활한 의사소통, 경영관리 등 총 4가지 요소가 있음을 확인하였을뿐만 아니라 독립변수와 종속변수 측정항목을 개발하였다. 그리고 300개 제조업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 분석자료를 확보하였다. 구조방정식모델 분석결과 혁신저항관리활동의 하위변수인 구성원의 참여, 체계적 제도, 경영관리는 기술혁신활동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으나, 원활한 의사소통은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신저항관리활동(구성원의 참여, 체계적인 제도, 원활한 의사소통, 경영관리)은 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 마지막으로 기술혁신활동은 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업이 높은 혁신성과를 위해서는 혁신저항 관리활동을 적절히 수행할 필요가 있다. The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.
