This paper deals with the exchange of tourists and the operation of sightseeing train encouraged by the inter-Korean cross-border railway project. First of all, how the inter-Korean cross-border railway project has developed will be discussed. After this, the present tourism state, facilities, the state of railways and roads of North Korea, and major tourist attraction around the Kyonguisun will be shown. And then, several aspects on the agreements between the Korean National Railroad (KORAIL) and North Korean railroad system will be summarized. And, finally, the economic effect of the line including the operation schedule of the Kyonguisun sightseeing train, the demand forecast, the computation of railway fare, and profit sharing will be depicted.

As developing new information society and economy, various and specialized customer class are built other than existing simple one-dimensional customer class. Therefore, organic agricultural product will be focused on planting, manufacturing and supplying for various customer classes needs. To prepare customers` demand of organic agricultural product, first of all forecasting data of related products` demand as well as the basic consumption pattern data, because these data are the necessary decision information for all related organizations or parties. In this research, survey regarding to organic agricultural products purchase-will by time was carried out and ratio of real purchase and its purchase time among people who showed their purchase-will was investigated. The reason of this procedure is to estimate final purchase rate. This result was applied to logistic model and bass model than finally obtained organic agricultural product`s purchase demand.

Cu(II)의 환원반응의 전압전류법적 파라미터에 미치는 압력의 영향을 0.5 M KCl 수용액 중에서 조사하였다. 미소백금전극, 표준칼로멜전극 및 나선형 백금선을 작업전극, 기준전극 및 보조전극으로 사용하였다. 압력을 1기압에서 1800기압까지 증가시킴에 따라 제 1환원파의 반파전위는 음전위쪽으로 많이 이동하였다. 그리고 제 1환원파와 제 2환원파의 확산전류는 1기압에서 약 1,000기압까지는 증가하였으나, 1,000기압 이상에서는 조금씩 감소하였다. 전 실험 압력범위($1{\sim}1800$기압)에서 제 1환원파의 확산 전류와 Cu(II)의 농도 사이에는 좋은 선형관계가 성립하였다. 각 환원반응의 가역성은 압력증가에 영향을 받지 않았다. The dependence of voltammetric parameters on the pressure for the reduction of Cu(II) in 0.5M KCl aqueous solution has been studied. In this system micro platinum electrode, standard calomel electrode and a helix type of platinum wire were used as the working, the reference and the auxilary electrode, respectively. With increasing the pressure from 1 to 1,800 bars, the half wave potentials of first reduction wave are shifted to the more negative potentials. And the diffusion currents of first and second reduction wave become considerably larger with increase in pressure from 1 to about 1,000 bars but are getting smaller beyond 1,000 bars. The good linear relationships between diffusion current and the concentrations of Cu(II) are established over all pressure range($1{\sim}1,800$ bars). The reversibility of the each reduction step is not changed with increasing pressure.
산업용 브리지 망을 위한 위치 기반의 신속한 망 장애 복구 절차의 성능분석

With the proposal-agreement procedure, RSTP can reduce the network recovery time to 400 ms or less in the case of 40 bridges. While the legacy RSTP reverts the previous agreement at the bridge with the alternate port role in the ring during the fault recovery, a new position based fast fault recovery procedure is proposed in this paper to guarantee a single proposal-agreement transaction which can provide more faster recovery. By knowing the relative position of the faulty link or bridge in hops, the bridge on the middle of the ring can complete the recovery procedure without revert. The performance of proposed procedure is numerically calculated and verified by simulation and the result shows that the recovery time can be reduced up to 100 ms, which is 1/4 times of the legacy RSTP. RSTP는 링크 상태에 반응하는 제안-동의 절차를 통해 포트의 상태 천이 시간을 감소시킴으로써 노드 수 40개로 구성된 링 망에서 장애 복구 시간을 400 ms 이하로 단축시킬 수 있다. 본 본문에서는 기존 RSTP가 장애 위치 및 종류에 따라 이웃 브리지 간에 제안-동의 절차가 대체 포트를 갖는 브리지에서 번복되는 현상에 유의하여, 장애 발생 시 오직 한 번의 제안-동의절차가 수행되게 함으로써 장애 복구 시간을 최대 1/4로 감소시킬 수 있는 새로운 위치 기반의 장애 복구 절차를 제안하고 성능을 분석하였다. 제안된 절차는 링 형 망에서 각 브리지가 루트 브리지에 대한 상대적인 위치, 즉 홉 수를 사전에 인지하도록 하고, 이를 기반으로 루트 브리지의 장애 또는 링크 장애 발생 시 이를 감지한 이웃 브리지에 의해 개시된 제안-동의 절차가 양 방향의 링에서 전파될 때 장애 감지 브리지를 기준으로 항상 링의 중간 브리지에서 제안-동의 절차가 종료되도록 함으로써 신속한 망 복구 절차가 가능하다. 수식 분석 및 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 절차가 기존 400ms의 RSTP에 비하여 1/4인 100 ms 이내의 복구 시간으로 단축될 수 있음을 검증하였다.
