The library collects relevant documents, organizes these documents, retrieves and provides relevant documents, and helps the user use provided documents. These library activities are the distribution process of relevant documents in a society, and the role of library science is to deal with several problems in this process. This process is to facilitate the production of socially relevant documents, to select documents relevant to an individual user, and to enable the user to use the selected documents. As a result, this process should be based on the concept of "relevance". As a result, the academic role of library science should be considered based on "relevance". "Relevance" is getting more important to meet the change of the environment of library services, which is getting more complex and changing rapidly because of the computer and the computer network. It is true that these are very important tool for document distribution. However, the problems in the document distribution can not be solved only by the simple development of these tools because these have been caused by the simple development of these tools. These problems can be solved only through many studies of the user, which is the destination of document distribution, and through a n.0, pplying the results of these studies to designing these tools.dies to designing these tools.
A Cognitive Agent based Manufacturing System Adapting to Disturbances

Disruptions of manufacturing systems caused by unexpected disturbances such as the tool wear, machine breakdown, malfunction of robot or transporter, and so on reduce the productivity, and increase the downtime as well as the cost of products. To cope with these challenges, this paper pre-sents a new method to build an Intelligent Manufacturing System based on Cognitive Agent technol-ogy (IMS-CA). In the IMS-CA, work-pieces, machines, robots, and transporters are autonomous enti-ties. The system reacts to disturbances autonomously based on the reaction of each autonomous entity or the cooperation among them. In order to develop the IMS-CA, the disturbances happened in the machining shop for manufacturing the clutch housing products were analyzed to classify them and to find out the corresponding management methods. The system with autonomous architecture was developed based on the cognitive agent technology. A test-bed was implemented to prove the functionality of the developed system.

이상으로 대두박의 생산과정, 사료이용 및 양계, 양돈, 소사료에 대한 사료적 가치, 그리고 마지막으로 대두박의 품질관리를 위한 규격조건 등을 알아 보았다. 대두박은 가축사료의 단백질 공급원으로써 기타 박류에 비해 단백질 함량, 아미노산 조성과 그 생물학적 이용율이 우수하고 비교적 합리적인 가격에 공급되어 가축사양에 옥수수와 더불어 중추적 역할을 해 왔다고 할 수있다. 앞으로도 이러한 대두박의 역할은 계속될 전망이다. 대두박은 영양적인 면에서의 장점외에도 품질의 균일성, 계절에 구애받지 않는 공급안정성, 그리고 모든 가축에 대해 그 기호성이 우수하다는 장점을 지니고 있다. 그러나 대두박의 생산과정에서 적절한 열처리가 되도록 하여 생콩에 존재하는 항 영양인자가 파괴되도록 유념해야 할 것이다.
Modeling and Controlling the Mobile Harbour Crane System with Virtual Prototyping Technology

Virtual simulation of the real behaviour of mobile harbour crane (MHC) without using the traditional build-and-test method is an imperative approach to the design stage that can increase the quality of the product by reducing manufacturing cost and errors. This paper introduces an engineering model that describes the mechanical behaviour of MHC, and the control design for increasing the position accuracy. Based on a concept of the MHC, a virtual mechanical model was created using SOLIDWOKS, which was then exported to the Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System (ADAMS) environment. This model was simulated to investigate the dynamic behaviour of the MHC system. In addition, an adaptive siding mode PID controller was also developed in MATLAB/Simulink to control the crane trolley position and suppress the swing angle of the load. This co-simulation dem-onstrates the reliability of the mechanical and control functionalities of the developed system.

한국 기계공업에서 공작기계는 예나 지금이나 기계기술발전을 견인하고 있다는 사실을 누구도 부인하지 못한다. 이에 따라 항상 첨단기술을 응용하여 새롭게 변신 하에 왔다. 본 논문은 공작기계의 발전 과정을 소개한 ICT 기술이 어떻게 적용되었는지 기술한다. 이를 위한 어떤 요소기술이 요구되는지를 보여준다. 미래 비전 또한 제시되었다. Nobody deny that Machine Tool has leaded to the development of mechanical technology as it is known for long time. According to this, it has always been changed newly by appling advanced technology. This paper introduces the evolution history of machine tools and describes how the ICT is applied to develop a new type of machine tool. For that, it has been shown what kind of elementary technologies are required. The future vision has also been concluded in this paper.
연골무형성증(Achondroplasia)환자에서 폐쇄성 수면무호흡 증후군의 수술적 치료 1예

Achondroplasia is the most common form of dwarfism. It is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern, usually caused by an missense mutation of FGFR3 (fibroblast growth factor receptor 3). Clinical features of achondroplasia are well known and include skull enlargement with narrowing of skull base and foramen magnum. These features may lead to respiratory disturbances such as sleep apnea. In this study, the authors experienced a case of operative treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in achondroplasia patent, we report this case with a literature review.
