        착유시스템 및 계절이 홀스타인 착유우의 유성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to examine the effect of different types of milking instrument and season on milk composition (fat, protein, non-fat milk solids, milk urea nitrogen and somatic cell count) on Holstein-Friesian lactating cows. Raw milk samples were collected from 20 automatic milking system (AMS) installed dairy farms and 85 conventional milking system (CMS) installed dairy farms. Milk fat, protein, NFMS and MUN contents did not changed between AMS and CMS and different seasons. On the other hand, the average SCC in AMS was $239{\times}10^3cells/mL$ which was lower than in CMS ($373{\times}10^3cells/mL$, (p<0.05). In conclusion, present results indicated that SCC in milk might be influenced by AMS. However, this area needed more study to confirm the reason of reducing SCC content from AMS.

        A plan of construction of subsea tunnels connecting Korea-Japan and Korea-China have been discussing over the past several ten years. This paper were wrote about the present capacity of our engineer, the cooperation plan of politics and economy. Especially we examined and studied resolution method and technical problem in the construction of Sub-sea tunnel. In terms of excavation technology, Blasting and water resistance technology should be cared considering the status of rock such as fault in the deep sea. After of a construction work, it should be carefully designed and constructed for the fire and leakage management in Tunnel, It should be applied to High Construction Management Professional and Value Management(CVS) etc.

      • 消化器官系의 解剖學的 特徵에 의한 꽃등에科(파리目)의 分類學的 硏究

        韓國産 꽃등에科 중에서 26屬 38種에 대한 消化器官系를 比較解剖學的으로 觀察하였고 種群間의 類緣關係도 調査하여 妥當性 있는 亞科의 設定方法을 찾아 보았다. 그 結果 꽃등에科의 消化管의 길이는 體長의 1.5∼2.2倍와 2.6∼3.0倍의 2群이 있으며 乳磨胃의 크기도 大型과 小型의 두 종류가 있었다. 腸管의 꼬임은 種에 따라 一定하며 Malpighian tube와 直腸乳頭는 각각 4개씩으로 역시 일정하였으나 胃盲囊의 형태는 5가지로서 대체로 種群과 關係가 있었다. 이러한 結果들을 綜合하여 보면 Syrphinae와 Eristalinae는 각각 獨立亞科로 存在하여야 하며 기타의 種類들은 다른 한 亞科를 구성하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 단 膜翅類의 幼蟲食性인 Microdontinae 와 Volucellinae도 獨立될 가능성이 있으나 調査의 부족으로 아직은 결정지을 수 없었다. 또한 Paragini의 族의 독립은 필요하며 Pipizini 族은 Syrphinae에 屬할 수 없는 결과가 나왔다. We have a anatomical study on the alimentary canals from Korean syrphid flies of 26 genera 38 species. The general character of this family and the results of the reexamination on the phylogenetic relationship between subfamilies or tribes was realized as follows: The total length of the canals is 1.5-2.2 times or 2.6-3.0 times about the body length, and the chyle stomach is very large or very small by the groups. Each species have a regular coiling of the mid and hind-intestine, and 4 rectal pads was arranged to the rhombic form in the major species. But the gastric caecum divided to 5 forms by the taxon. By the results above, the suituable number of subfamilies is 4, i.e. Syrphinae, Eristalinae, Microdontinae and the other group. In the Syrphinae, Paragus group must be separate to the other tribe or other group, and the tribe Pipizini was not able to belong in this subfamily.
