The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare coaching behaviors of successful and less successful Kendo coaches. Research questions were: (a) Are there differences between successful and less successful coaches when they are coaching beginning and advanced level players? (b) What are the differences between successful and less successful coaches regarding their instructional suggestions for performance improvement? Four coaches, (i.e. two successful and two less successful coaches) participated in this study. Coaches were asked to teach basic skills for the beginning level players and advanced skills for advanced level Kendo players in a College team Coaching behaviors of successful and less successful coaches were analyzed using the Arizona State University Observation Instrument (ASUOI) developed by Lacy and Darst (1989) and the Qualitative Measures of Teaching Performance Scale (QMTPS) developed by Rink and Werner (1989). Results of this study revealed that successful coaches showed more emphasis on pre- and post-instruction categories while less successful coaches concurrent instruction in the ASUOI. Also, successful coaches showed more concerns on informing and applying task while less successful coaches showed more extending and repeat task in the QMTPS. In addition, successful coaches showed higher scores than less successful coaches on clarity, demonstration and student responses appropriate to task focus in the task presentation categories.
인문,사회과학편 : 협동학습수업이 축구단원 학업성취에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of cooperative learning(CL) model on students' achievement in the seventh grade soccer unit. Participants were seventh grade students(N=64) in a middle school. Quasi-experimental design, nonequivalent control group design with pretest and posttest, was used for this study. Control group(n=32) received traditional teacher-directed instruction while the experimental group(n=32) used CL instruction. Data were collected by students' achievement test(i.e., soccer skill test, knowledge test, and students' attitudes toward PE) before and after the three week soccer unit. Overall, the results of three-way ANOVA showed that students working with CL instructional modelexhibited significantly higher scores in the achievement test(F(1, 52)=42.736, p<.001). More specifically, students in CL instruction model showed greater improvements than teacher-directed instruction in the psychomotor, cognitive and affective domain. Male students showed better achievement gains than Female students who had the same forms of instruction.

The purpose of this study was to verify the structural relationship among a leisure service participants relational benefit, trust, cognitive-leisure attitude and relationship retention intention The subjects of this study were a total of 452 participants of leisure service customer’s. For those sheet, judged to be insincere and to be unsuitable for the purpose of this study, and were missing questions excluded. SPSS 21.0 for window statistics package and AMOS 18.0 for window statistics package were practiced for data. To verify the structural relationship among variables, structural equation analysis was practiced. As a result of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, a leisure service participants relational benefi (social benefit, confidence benefit) has influence on the trust. But special treatment benefit hasn``t influence on the trust. Second, trust has influence on cognitive-leisure attitude. Third, trust has influence on the relationship retention intention.
운동생리학 : 가시오갈피 투여가 최대부하와 최대하부하 운동시 피로유발요인과 산화 - 항산화 체계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Eleutherococcus senticosus supplement on lactate, phosphorous, ammonia, MDA, and GPX during maximal and submaximal exercise. The Subjects in this study were 10 male college students. Ten males were divided into two groups: five Eleutherococcus senticosus supplied (S), five placebo supplied (P) and compared the differences between supplement before(B) and after(A). Obtained results were as follows: In the exercise performance time, S group was increased during submaximal test, and there was significant differences (p<.05). In the blood lactate and phosphorous, SA was higher than SB that was a result of improved exercise performance time by supplying Eleutherococcus senticosus. Whereas in the ammonia, SA was lower than SB that proved an effect of Eleutherococcus senticosus to synthesize energy. In the MDA levels, SA was lower than SB(p<.05), whereas SA was higher than SB in GPX levels(p<.05). In conclusion, it was founded that regular Eleutherococcus senticosus supplement reduce blood lactate, phosphorous, and ammonia accumulation and improve submaximal exercise performance effectively. Also, Eleutherococcus senticosus could inhibit oxidative tissue damage by lipid peroxidation. Therefore, Eleutherococcus senticosus has an effect of pharmacology for clinical treatment, in addition to energy mobilization and fatigue factors reduction, and maintenance of tissue oxidant-antioxidant system horn.
