In this paper, when manufacturing large/multi-mold parts (more than 30 core parts),A mold manufacturing (tolerance) management system was established through design-processing linkage.The mold manufacturing (tolerance) management system is a design-based measurement shape/measurement position determination system, M/C processing-linked measurement drive system,It is composed of four parts: CAD-linked measurement result analysis system and manager mold part quality management system.In addition, the constructed system was applied to the field and the effect of system construction was evaluated by comparing it with the existing process.As a result of the evaluation, the measurement precision is within 0.02mm, and the time it takes to measure after the end of processing is shorter than that of the existing process.(12 hours → 2 hours) It was shortened to 16.7%.In addition, it was confirmed that the time required for reprocessing after measurement was reduced by 25% (4 hours → 1 hour) compared to the existing process.
기상측정 및 CAM 자동화를 통한 금형 제작 공정 개선

In the CNC machining process, problems such as lowering of machine operation rate, setting errors, and machining precision occur due to the increase in setting time and preparation time. These machining errors cause delays in delivery and increase in cost due to an increase in the number of mounting and dismounting of the workpiece, an increase in measurement and reprocessing time, and an increase in the finishing time in the assembly process. Therefore, in this study, by automating the setting of the work piece using OMV (On Machine Verification), which is a meteorological measurement system, the preparation time for machining the work piece and the setting accuracy were improved, the rework rate was reduced, and the mold manufacturing process was shortened. Through the advancement, standardzation, and automation of the mold part manufacturing process, we have improved productivity by minimizing low-value-added repetitive tasks. In addition, the measurement time was reduced by more than 50% and the machining measurement rate was improved by more than 20%, eliminating repetitive work for correcting machining defects, and reducing the work preparation time by more than 15% through automatic setting.
근로자의 사회정서적 문제가 스트레스와 우울 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 연구

현대 산업사회의 기업 근로자는 극심한 경쟁과 과다한 업무에 노출되어 있지만 이에 대한 적절한 예방과 지원의 부재로 말미암아 다양한 사회정서적 문제에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 근로자의 당면 문제는 대부분의 경우 높은 수준의 스트레스를 유발하고, 개인의 정신건강에까지 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 근로자의 삶의 질을 훼손하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 근로자가 당면하는 사회정서적 문제가 직장 및 개인생활 전반에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 분석한 결과, 업무조직, 퇴직고충, 직장폭력 등의 직장생활 분야와 가족관계, 자녀교육, 위기문제 등의 가정생활 분야, 그리고 문화생활 및 건강관련 분야에서 폭넓게 발생하고 있음을 확인하였다.<br/> 결국 근로자의 사회정서적 문제는 스트레스를 유발하고, 이러한 스트레스는 다시 개인의 동기유발이나 삶의 질을 좌우하는 우울 및 자아존중감에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 우울 및 자아존중감에 완충작용을 하는 것으로 알려진 사회적 지지의 역할은 통계적으로 입증되지 못하였다. 이는 우리나라 근로자 개인이 가지고 있는 기존의 사회적 자원이나 지지 체계가 우울감을 낮추거나 자아존중감을 높이는데 충분한 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있음을 의미하며, 이에 따라 근로자의 사회적 지지 기능을 강화시키기 위한 조직차원의 대응과 노력이 절실히 요청된다 Today's employees are facing various socio-emotional problems due to the lack of appropriate supports and intervention in the workplace. These problems, however, cause considerable stress and inflict fatal damage on the quality of the employees' lives. Thus, this study analyzed the negative effects of the employees' socio-emotional problems on their stress, depression, and a sense of self-esteem.<br/> As a result, the study has identified that the problems occurred widely in the work life area such as job-related problem, predicament of retirement, workplace violence, family life area such as family relationship, child education, crisis problem, and lastly culture and health related area. <br/> This study also found that the socio-emotional problems in the three areas were the main stressors after all and they once again negatively affected depression and a sense of self-esteem. However, the role of social support, which is known to have the buffering effect on depression and a sense of self-esteem, was not sufficiently proved. This strongly implies that traditional social supports necessarily have limitations to overcome employees' socio-emotional problems in hand and thus systematic intervention toward the troubled workers in the organizational level must be required
근로자의 스트레스가 우울, 자아존중감, EAPs 욕구에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

오늘날 대다수의 근로자들은 직장안팎의 다양한 문제들로 인해 극심한 스트레스를 경험하고 있으며, 이러한 스트레스는 다시 우울감 증가와 자아존중감 저하로 이어져 개인과 가정, 기업 모두에게 부정적인 결과를 유발한다. 선진국에서는 기업차원의 심리사회적 지지의 한 형태로서 근로자 지원 프로그램(Employee Assistance Programs: EAPs)을 개발하여 이러한 문제에 대응하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 근로자의 스트레스 문제가 이들의 우울감과 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 EAPs 욕구에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형(structural equation modeling) 방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 스트레스로 인해 우울증상을 경험할수록 EAPs 서비스에 대한 욕구는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 스트레스로 인해 훼손된 자아존중감은 오히려 EAPs에 대한 접근성을 떨어뜨리는 것으로 나타나, 자발적인 EAPs 의뢰를 위한 동료나 상사의 역할이 강조된다. 향후에는 서구의 EAPs를 우리나라 실정에 맞게 재구성하여 활성화시키는 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다. Today’s employees have experienced heavy stress due to various problems both inside and outside workplace. The stress often induce depressions as well as decrease a sense of self-esteem. As results, these symptoms are likely to impact on workers, families, and companies to which the employees belong. Many corporations in the West have developed Employee Assistance Programs(EAPs) in order to minimize the diverse problems of workers and families, as well as to maximize the productivity in the workplace. This study has examined the impacts of employees’ stress on the needs of EAPs through the depressions and the self-esteems. Seven hundred workers were randomly selected and the research method of the structural equation model with survey questionaries was applied. The findings showed that the respondents’ stress has negatively effects on the depressions and the sense of self-esteem. The more depression the workers experienced, more EAP services they demanded. However, those who showed the low levels of self-esteem tended to be reluctant to use EAP services. Thus, the roles of co-workers and supervisors will be essential particularly for the workers who have the low level of self-esteem. After all, systemic plans should be explored in order to cope with the problems of employees’ stress. There exists the wide acceptance of the effectiveness in terms of the prevention and the intervention of EAPs in the West. Therefore, it is highly recommended for Korean companies to adopt and reorganize EAPs in the near future.
