0교시 체육활동 실시 전·후에 따른 유아 건강관련요인 분석

The subjects of this study are 135 kids aged 3 to 5 and 135 parents who live in K city. Sixty five kids are from educational organizations that have physical education class before a general class starts. Seventy kids are from educational organizations that don’t have physical education class before a general class starts. It surveyed their basic life habits. It tested their physical activity, body temperature and exercise ability test using a passometer. After the program, the kids who attend to a kindergarten that has physical education class before a general class starts showed statistically significant difference at waking up time, breakfast time, the time to come to the kindergarten and the time to go to bed. The dinner time in the evening and sleeping time didn’t show statistically significant difference. It measured the physical activity with a passometer and found that the kids attending to general kindergartens increased 64.4 steps from 4134.4±1080.4 to 4198.8±1342.9 while the kids attending to kindergartens that have physical education classes before a general class starts increased 477.1 steps from 3945.7±878.6 to 4423.1±782.6 showing statistically significant difference. Kids attending to general kindergartens didn’t show statistically significant difference in the body temperatures at the times of waking up, arriving at kindergartens, returning home and going to bed. Kids attending to kindergartens that have physical education classes before a general class starts had statistically significant difference in the body temperatures at the time of arriving at kindergartens and returning home showing the effect of physical activity in the morning. Lastly it tested the physical abilities of the kids who attend the kindergartens that have physical education classes before a general class starts. It found that the kids showed statistically significant difference at standing long jump, Sitting trunk flexion, sit-up, standing with one leg and 10 m hopping confirming that the physical activity before a general class helps kids to improve their exercise ability.
