본 연구의 목적은 팀-구성원교환관계(TMX)에 영향을 미치는 선행변수를 발견하기 위한 것으로 우선 개인이 가지는 특성에 초점을 맞추고 있다.개인이 소유한 많은 특성들 중 감성지능과 행동통제성향(내적귀인, 외적우연귀인, 외적 타인귀인) 그리고 친교욕구를 선행변수로 선정하였으며 이들 변수가 팀-구성원교환관계(TMX)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위해 팀 동료가 있는 조직의 종업원들을 표본대상으로 선정하여 총 410부의 설문지를 배부하였으며, 최종 212부를 사용하여 실증 분석하였다.연구결과는 우선 첫째, 감성지능은 TMX에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 내적귀인은 TMX에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 된 반면, 외적타인귀인은 TMX에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 친교욕구는 TMX에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.본 연구의 한계 및 미래 연구의 방향을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to search for antecedents to TMX. We first focus on the personal characteristics that invlove individual EI, locus of control and need for affiliation.Literature review reveals that there have been dearth of empirical study of potential antecedents to TMX. We attempt to develop a research model to explore potential antecedents to TMX by focusing on personal characteristics. To test the hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted on a convenient sample of 212 individuals who are members in teams. Using SPSS 21.0. we did a multiple regression to test the hypotheses along with verification of the measurement reliability and validity according to the relevant procedures in empirical researches.The results suggested that (1) EI has signigicant positive effect on the TMX, (2) For the locus of control, internal attribution patterns has significant positive effect on the TMX but external attribution by person has significant negative effect on the TMX, and (3) Need for affiliation has signigicant positive effect on the TMX.Limitation of the study and future direction of research were discussed.
