This study aims to examine factors affecting the seafood processing business of primary cooperatives. For this purpose, I divided primary cooperatives that participate to seafood processing business into three group by sales scale. And then analyzed survey results for the four items that might be affecting the seafood processing business, type of seafood processing methods, HACCP certification status, distribution channels, processing difficulties during project implementation, etc. The result offers four implications. First, It is desirable to reduce the burden of the initial investment by leveraging the consignment process at the initial entry to seafood processing business. Second, HACCP certification is essential factor in order to promote seafood processing business as a long-term economic business. Third, To the steady growth of the seafood processing business, it is important to secure fixed large customers, as well as a individual customer. Fourth, For the continued growth of the seafood processing business it should be approached differently by way of sales, when the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives support to primary cooperatives.

This study aims to examine problems and possible solutions for purchasing business of fishing gears operated by primary fisheries cooperatives in Korea. Purchasing business of fishing gears of primary fisheries cooperatives is one of the most important functions in promoting interests and improving economical and social rights of the members of fisheries cooperatives in Korea. Nevertheless, it has not been working efficiently. The research offers suggestions in two categories; a purchasing business expansion plan that can be done by primary fisheries cooperatives and supporting measures for purchasing business of National Federation Fisheries Cooperatives. In the first category, the study suggests three solutions. First, it is required to expand dividends to the members of fisheries cooperatives by making the best use of purchasing business of fishing gears. Seconds, it is also desirable for the cooperatives to operate purchasing business according to the various types of markets and conditions faced by primary fisheries cooperatives. Third, it is needed to increasing convenience in purchasing business through a refund and reservation system. There are also three solutions in the second category. First, it is needed to raise commission rates for primary fisheries cooperatives in cooperative purchasing systems. Seconds, it is very important to find out new fishing gear items for National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives purchasing business. Third, it is required to include the use of fish box to purchasing business by utilizing standardization of marine products in port markets of primary fisheries cooperatives.

인구통계학적 요인이 수산물 인증제에 대한 소비자 인식에 미치는 여향

This study aims to examine awareness of each certification system in current fishery product certification system and find out demographic variables that affects the awareness of the certificate system. In first result, study shows that perception of Fisheries Products HACCP is most highest and Geographical Indication System and Seafood Traceability System stand under each 30% and 40%. But it revealed that each 84.3% and 78.6% of them doesn't not recognize in History of Fishery Products and Geographical Indication System. Second result shows that the impact on demographic factors to recognition difference are very small due to low awareness of certification systems in fishery product. But academic background was found that a number of factors that affect to perception of Green Fish and Fisheries Products HACCP. The result of the follow-up inspection for variance analysis, college graduates are higher than high school graduates in awareness.

수협 산지위판장의 포장규격화를 위한 연구 -6대 대중어종을 중심으로-

This study investigates a situation of packaging standardization of fisheries and problems in fisheries port market focusing on 6 popular species, and propose a plan for packaging standardization. Improvements of marine distribution system and food safety have to start in fisheries port market, and packaging standardization of fisheries is most important things. The problems of packaging standardization in fisheries port market are as a follows, a scrambling of packaging specifications, a lack of display formats, and a excessive packaging weight. Then I proposed a plans for packaging standardization in fisheries port market to solve these problems like these First, We improve packaging standardization by using existing standards, because it will be able to remove the unnecessary wastes and market turmoils. Second, We have to minimize the losses of space in the logistics process on coordination with specifications of most used pallet logistics and boxes using in fisheries port market. Third, Production information of must be shared in the marine distribution process with a packaging standardization of fisheries and display specifications. Fourth, We avoid the waste of resources and protect natural environment at the same time, through aquatic products circulation system of packaging material. Finally, We have to establish the legal and institutional basis for packaging standardization of fisheries so that to support to improve a marine distribution system.

비선형 회귀분석을 이용한 쇄석다짐말뚝의 극한지지력 예측

쇄석다짐말뚝의 한계상태설계법에서 신뢰성이론에 기반한 저항계수를 보정하기 위해서는 신뢰도 높은 극한지지력의 평가가 요구되고 있으며, 실무에서는 극한지지력을 예측하기 위하여 주로 정재하시험을 이용하고 있다. 정재하시험의 하중-침하량 곡선을 여러 도해법 등을 이용하여 극한지지력을 예측하는 평가법들이 설계기준에 제시되어 있으나, 기술자의 판단에 따라 극한하중이 일정하게 산정되지 못함으로써 신뢰성을 확보하기 어려운 단점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 쇄석다짐말뚝의 정재하시험 결과를 비선형 회귀분석을 이용하여 극한지지력을 예측하고, 기존의 극한지지력 판정법과 비교함으로써 실제 극한지지력을 예측하는데 적합한 비선형 회귀모형을 제안하였다. 또한 극한지지력 판정법이 저항편향계수에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 한계상태설계법을 위한 데이터베이스 축적을 목적으로 정재하시험을 계획하는데 필요한 시험조건을 검토하였다. The calibration of resistance factor in reliability theory for limit state design of gravel compaction piles (GCP) requires a reliable estimate of ultimate bearing capacity. The static load test is commonly used in geotechnical engineering practice to predict the ultimate bearing capacity. Many graphical methods are specified in the design standard to define the ultimate bearing capacity based on the load-settlement curve. However, it has some disadvantages to ensure reliability to obtain an uniform ultimate load depend on engineering judgement. In this study, a well-fitting nonlinear regression model is proposed to estimate the ultimate bearing capacity, for which a nonlinear regression analysis is applied to estimate the ultimate bearing capacity of GCP and the results are compared with those calculated using previous graphical method. Affect the resistance factor of the estimate method were analyzed. To provide a database in the development of limit state design, the load test conditions for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity from static load test are examined.

조기의 생산 및 이용에 관한 역사적 고찰

조기는 우리 민족과 1,000여 년간 함께해 온 우리 민족의 대표적인 수산물이다. 고려시대 이후 조기는 식용뿐 아니라 국가간 조공무역의 물품, 국왕의 하사품, 약용, 제수용품 등 다양한 형태로 이용한 가장 대중적인 어종 중의 하나이다. 조기는 동중국해에서 서식하다가 산란기에 우리 연안으로 올라오는 회유성 어종이기 때문에 식품으로서의 의미뿐 아니라, 수산자원 측면에서도 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 하지만 최근 조기의 어획량 감소에서 알 수 있듯이 우리 연안어장의 어족자원에 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 어족자원의 변화는 어획고와 어획어종의 변화로 이어지고 이것은 우리나라 연안어업의 변화를 일으키게 될 것이다. 우리 나라의 경우 전업 어민과 함께 반농반어(半農半漁)의 농가가 상당수 존재하고 있음을 감안한다면 이러한 어족자원의 변화는 단순히 어민만의 문제는 아니다. 조기의 역사적인 의미를 조명함으로 인하여 우리 연안의 어족자원에 대한 중요성을 강조하고자 하며, 조기와 같은 회유성 어종에 대한 보호와 육성이 근본적이고 현실적인 어족자원 활성화 방안이 될 것이다. 우리 연안의 어족자원이 단순히 경제적인 의미만을 가지고 있는 것이 아니라 그 이상의 의미를 가지고 있음을 상기시키는 것이 우리 연안의 어족자원의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 수산자원의 지속적인 유지와 개발을 위한 출발점이 될 것이다. A croaker is representative marine products which lived together our ethnic for 1,000 years. After Korea Dinasty, a croaker has used various forms of goods as like international trade, a bounty of a king, Medicinal use and ritual food goods. and one of the most popular fish in Korea. A croaker has a important meaning not only as a food but also as a fisheries resources for it lives in East China Sea and to move to the our coasts(Yellow Sea) in the spawning season. But recently a large change is happening to fisheries resources in a fishing ground coastal as you can know production decrease of a croaker. Changing of fisheries resources lead a change of production and specifies of fishes and affect a change of coastral fishery in our country. If you keep in your mind that there is not only a number speciality fishermen but also a lots of half-fishermen in Korea, a change of fisheries resources is not simply an issue of a fisherman only. I will emphasize to importance of fisheries resources of the our coast. as a look into historical meaning of a croaker. Protection and Incubation of migratory fishes like a croaker is will be a realistic activation plan for fisheries resources. To remind that fisheries resources of our coast has more than a economic meaning, it is the beginning for continuous maintenance and development of fisheries resources in our coast.

어획방법 변천에 따른 조기 어장의 이동에 관한 연구

우리나라 서해의 조기어장은 동해의 명태어장과 더불어 우리나라 최대 어장으로 불리었다. 특히 전라남도 영광군 법성포와 전라북도 부안군 위도 부근의 칠산어장과 경기도 연평도 부근의 연평어장이 가장 대표적인 우리나라의 조기 생산지이었다. 그러나 어전어업에서 그물어업으로, 무동력선에서 동력선으로, 수작업에 의한 어획방법기계화에 의존하는 어획방법으로 발전됨에 따라 어획고가 증가하고 조기잡이가 경쟁적으로 진행되면서 조기 어장이 점차 남쪽으로 이동하게 되었다. 최근에는 조기떼가 칠산바다와 연평바다까지 올라오기 이전에 어획을 함으로써 흑산도를 중심으로 하는 해역과 추자도 부근의 해역에서 조기어장이 형성되었다. 조기 어장이 연평도 인근의 연평평(延平坪)과 위도 인근의 칠산바다에서 흑산도와 추자도 인근으로 이동된이후 이 지역에서 어획되는 조기의 체장(體長)이 점차 작아지고 있는 것을 경험하고 있다. 만일 현재 조성된 어장에서 지속가능한 어획의 범위를 넘어서는 과도한 어획이 이어진다면 흑산도와 추자도 인근의 어장도 연평도와 위도 인근의 어장이 경험했던 일들을 그대로 반복하게 될 것이다. The croaker fishery in the west sea is a most largest fishing ground as well as fishing ground of pollack in the east sea in Korea. Especially, Chilsan sea near by Whido in Buan-gun, Jeollabukdo and Yeonpyoung sea surrounding of Yeonpyoung island, Kyoungkido are most famous croaker producing regions. By the development of production methods like as fixed fishing to net fishing, dumb craft to powered vessel, manual to mechanization lead to increase of production, but it was a cause of a fishery moving to south. Lately croaker fishery was built between Heuksan island in Jeollanamdo and Chuja island in Jejudo cause of caught a croaker before arrival in Chilsan sea and Yeonpyoung sea. After then We can find out that the length of croaker is more shorter than they were. If excessive production of croaker beyond range of sustainable production will persist in this area, the croaker fishery of Heuksan island and Chuja island will move to another place as croaker fishery of Chilsan sea and Yeonpyoung sea moved to Heuksan island and Chuja island.

국제사회의 대북제재와 남북수산협력

In this study, the Inter-Korea Fisheries Cooperation Project was divided into four categories: North Korea's Fisheries Infrastructure Development Project, Fisheries Cooperation Project, Human Exchange Project, and North Korea Fisheries Investment Project. First, North Korea's fisheries infrastructure development projects include North Korea's fisheries resource research project, it's fisheries resource development project, and joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships. Second, fisheries cooperation projects include the operation of the North-South common fish area in the West Sea, the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and the import of North Korean seafood. Third, human exchange projects include training of aquaculture technicians in North Korea, technology transfer and training of fishing vessels, and boarding of North Korea's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels. Fourth, North Korea's fisheries investment projects include aquaculture facilities and aquaculture feed support, aquatic product processing facilities and technology transfer, and fishery equipment support. However, as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea, Inter-Korea Fisheries cooperation, however, should be promoted according to the level of easing of international sanctions as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea. First, North Korea's fisheries resource research project, North Korea's fisheries resource creation project, joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships, and operation of the common fish area in the West Sea can be promoted if international sanctions are maintained at present, promote North Korea's fisheries resource research project. Second, boarding of North Korean's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels, conducting the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and importing North Korean seafood can be aided if commercial transactions are possible with North Korea. Third, South Korea will support aquaculture facilities and aquatic feed, fisheries processing facilities and technology transfer, fishery equipment support, training of fisheries and aquaculture technicians, fishery fishing technology transfer, and training of fisherman when a comprehensive economic cooperation project is possible with North Korea.
