Ag addition in chalcopyrite materials is known to lead beneficial changes in aspects of structural and electronic properties. In this work, the effects of Ag alloying of $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$-based solar cells has been investigated. Wide bandgap $(Ag,Cu)(In_{1-x},Ga_x)Se_2$ (x = 0.75~0.8) films have been deposited using a three-stage co-evaporation with various Ag/(Ag+Cu) ratios. With Ag alloying the $(Ag,Cu)(In_{1-x},Ga_x)Se_2$ (x~0.8) films were found to have greater grainsize and film thickness. Device were also fabricated with the $(Ag,Cu)(In_{1-x},Ga_x)Se_2$ (x~0.8) films and their J-V and quantum efficiency measurements were carried out. The highest-efficiency $(Ag,Cu)(In_{1-x},Ga_x)Se_2$ solar cell with Eg > 1.5 eV had an efficiency of 12.2% with device parameters $V_{OC}=0.810V$, $J_{SC}=21.7mA/cm^2$, and FF = 69.0%.
중소기업 연구개발인력의 직무 인식 수준과 성과와의 연관성 분석

본 연구의 목적은 기업에 재직하고 있는 연구개발인력의 연구개발 환경, 업무 인식, 연구 및 조직성과와의 연관성 분석하고, 중소기업 연구개발인력의 관리에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년도 인적자본기업패널조사 자료, NICE 기업정보DB, 특허자료를 이용하였고, 기초통계 분석, 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 분석 기법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 299인 이하 중소기업 연구개발인력은 규모가 큰 기업에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 연봉과 많은 근로시간으로 직무만족과 조직몰입, 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이와 같은 요인은 연구성과에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러 기업의 연구성과와 재무성과 간에도 비교적 뚜렷한 연관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 299인 이하 중소기업에 재직 중인 연구개발인력의 직무 인식 수준과 조직성과 간의 관계는 명확하게 증명되지 않았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 논문은 중소기업 연구개발인력의 낮은 처우가 업무인식, 연구경쟁력과 재무성과 저하의 원인이 될 수 있다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between R&D environment, job recognition, research and organizational performance of R&D personnel who work in a company, and draw implications for the management of SME R&D personnel. To do this, 2017 HCCP survey data, NICE company information database and patent data were used. The statistical techniques used are basic statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was found that SME R&D personnel have a relatively low salary and a large number of working hours, affecting job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress. And we confirmed that these factors affect the research results. In addition, it is analyzed that there is a relatively clear correlation between research performance and financial performance. However, the relationship between job recognition level and organizational performance of R&D personnel in SMEs with less than 299 employees has not been clearly proven. Nonetheless, this paper shows that poor treatment of SME R&D personnel is a cause of decline of job recognition, research competitiveness and organizational performance.

기계학습 기법을 이용한 소상공인 신용평가모형 구축에 관한 연구

본 논문은 로지스틱회귀모형, 의사결정나무모형, 신경망모형을 이용하여 소상공인 신용평가모형을 구축하고, 예측 성능이 가장 좋은 모형이 무엇인지를 확인하는 것이다. 모형 구축을 위한 분석 대상은 지역신용보증재단에서 보유하고 있는 자료이다. 이 자료를 이용하여 결측치와 특수값 등을 제거하고 통계적인 변수 선택 기법을 적용하여 최종적으로 15개의 독립변수와 67,308개의 차주의 자료가 모형 구축에 사용되었다. 구축된 세 가지 모형은 10중첩 교차타당법을 이용해 평가하였으며, 모형 평가 측도로는 오분류율, G-mean, F1 측도와 반응률을 이용하였다. 지역신용보증재단의 자료와 세 가지 기계학습 기법을 이용하여 3개의 모형을 구축한 결과, 로지스틱회귀모형을 적용했을 경우 예측 성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 계급불균형인 자료를 이용하여 기계학습 모형 구축 시 예측 성능이 저하될 수 있다는 사실을 발견하였다. 본 논문은 소상공인 신용평가모형 구축에 대해 자료의 양과 신뢰성 부족 문제로 비재무 자료 이용이라는 기존 연구의 틀에서 벗어나, 기계학습기법 적용 가능성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this paper is to construct a credit scoring model for small businesses using logistic regression model, decision tree model and neural network model, and to identify the model with the best prediction performance. The data used to build the model are data used by the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation for credit evaluation. From the data, We removed the missing values and special values, selected variables by statistical procedure, and finally used 15 independent variables and 67,308 borrower’s data. The three models were evaluated using the 10-fold cross-validation method, and the error rate, G-mean, F1 measure, and reaction rate were used as the model evaluation measure. As a result of constructing three models using the data of the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation and three machine learning techniques, the predictive performance was the best when the logistic regression model was applied. And we found that the prediction performance can be degraded when constructing a machine learning model using class imbalance data.

`Purpose: To determine the risk factors of corneal ulcers that require eyeball removal even when properly managed. Methods: We performed a retrospective review of 30 patients (30 eyes) who were diagnosed with corneal ulcers and underwent eyeball removal, even though their cases were properly managed, between 1990 and July, 2005. The Patients included of 14 males and 16 females. The mean age of the patients was 61.6±12.2. The ages of 20 patients were between 60 and 79. Results: Unknown (13/30 [43.4%]) was the most commonly identified predisposing factor. The other predisposing gactors were ocular trauma (10/30 [33.3%]); bullous keratopathy (3/30 [10%]); keratoplasty (1/30 [3.3%]); pterygium excision (1/30 [3.3%]); history of Mooren's ulcer (1/30 [3.3%]); and bee sting (1/30 [3.3%]). The visual acuity at the time of evisceration was LP(-) (14/30 [46.7%]); LP(+)(4/30 [13.3%]); and hand motion (12/30 [40%]). Organisms were cultured in 7 patient (23.3%). Among these patients, funguses were cultured in 4 patients, and bacteria were cultured in 3 patients. The most common causes of evisceration were perforation (13/30 [43.3%]); pain (7/30 [23.3%]); impending perforation (7/30 [23.3%]); phthisis bulbi (1/30 [3.3%]); and endophthalmitis (1/30 [3.3%]). Conclusions: According to this study, old age, ocular surface and other ocular disease and the corneal ulcer caused by fungi are the risk factor that can lead to a condition that requires removal of the eyeball. Consequently, we should pay special attention to patients who have these risk factors.`
무세포성 진피 동종이식편을 이용한 하이드록시아파타이트 안와충전물 노출의 치료

Purpose: To investigate the results of acellular dermal allograft (SureDerm?, Hans Biomed Co., Korea) as a new covering material in the exposure of hydroxyapatite orbital implant. Methods: SureDerm graft was performed in 5 patients with exposed hydroxyapatite orbital implant. Under local anesthesia, the anterior surface of the exposed implant was trimmed and the designed SureDerm was sutured at the margin of the sclera with 6-0 Vicryl. Finally, conjunctival suture was done. The patients were followed up regularly until postoperative 10 months. Results: The average diameter of exposed implant was 9.6×9.0 mm. The grafted SureDerm had survived in all patients at postoperative 10 months and exposure of implant was treated successfully in all cases. Conclusions: We consider that acellular dermal allograft will be a good replacing material when preserved sclera is not available. It also features the advantage of avoiding the intricate harvesting procedure and the scarring of the donor site in dermo-fat graft.
