뛰어난 발명으로 평가되어 자금주를 만나 포스전자를 설립, 전무로서 발명과 기업을 함께 하고있는 박종구씨. 이미 10건의 발명을 양도한 바 있는 박씨는 지난 87년 뉴욕국제발명전과 88년 서독국제발명전에서 각각 동상을 차지했으며, 87년 발명의 날에는 우수발명인으로 대통령표창을 받기도 했다.

This paper presents a dynamical anti~reset windup (ARW) compensation method far saturating control systems with multiple controllers and/or multiloop configuration. By regarding the difference of controller states in the absence and presence of saturating actuators as an objective function. the dynamical compensator which minimizes the objective function is derived in an integrated fashion The proposed dynamical compensator is a closed form of plant and controller parameters. The resultlng dynamics of compensated controller reflects the linear closed-loop system. The proposed method guarantees total stabilily of the resulting system The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by- applying it to a serve motor control system. The paper is an extension of the results in Park and Choi[l].

A Resource Allocation Model for Local Governments In An Era of Local Autonomy

지방자치 시대를 맞이하여 지방정부의 재원확보와 효율적인 재원배분 문제가 중요한 관심사로 등장하고 있다. 공공서비스의 최종 공급기관이라는 점에서 지방정부의 재정 및 예산절차가 중요한 의미를 지님에도 그동안 지방정부는 중앙에 예속되어 자치의 경험이 전무한 상태이기 때문에 많은 문제점이 예견되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 예산및 자원배분 접근법과 연구결과들을 지방정부의 실정에 맞게 융합하여 "Capacity-Process"모형을 설정하였다. 이 모델에 의하면 효율적인 공공재원의 배분을 위해서 지방정부는 지역내의 재정한도(Fiscal Capacity)를 토대로 하고 조직 내부과정적(Organizational Process)변수들을 고려하는 과정을 거쳐야 한다.

1) 混作時 日照 通風 等에 많은 지장을 받을 境遇가 생기는데 靑刈옥수수와 靑刈大豆를 混作 했을때 옥수수의 生育은 旺盛하나 靑刈大豆는 日照 通風 등에 있어서 不良한 條件에 놓이게 된다. 2) 큰 차이는 없으나 收量에 있어서 混播區가 單播區 보다 약간 높은 것으로 나타났으며 D.C.P의 增加는 현저한 것으로 추측된다. 3) 畦幅의 광협은 收量面에서 60cm와 75cm사이에서 大差가 없었으나 100cm畦幅에서는 오히려 收量이 感少되었다. 1. while interrution of Sunshine and Ventlation usually used be raised in intercropping with soybean and corn, growing condition of corn was much vigorous, and yet growing conditions of immature showed much poorly. 2. Not much difference of yield was occured, yield of inter-cropping perpllot exceeded over that of single plot, while increasement of D.C.P. showed remarkably. 3. Whild not much difference of yield was occured in row spacing between 60㎝ and 75 ㎝ cm of wideth, in contraty, the yield of 100 ㎝ of row spacing was decreased.

Novel Trimeric Complex for Efficient Uptake of Plasmid Vector into HepG2 Cells

Viral and :ion-viral vectors have been used in the delivery of genetic materials into animal cells and tissues, with each approach having pros and cons. Non-viral vectors have many useful merits such as easy preparation, low immunity and size tolerance of a transgene when compared to those of viral vectors. Delivery specificity may be achieved by complex formation between receptor ligands and a non-viral vector. In the present study, non-viral vector systems are investigated in an effort to find a practical delivery means for gene therapy, Receptor-ligand interaction between transferrin-receptor and transferrin was utilized for efficient gene transfer into cancer cells. A plasmid vector, pcDNA3 (LacZ) was ligated with a small duplexed oligo fragment in which a Biotin-VN^(TM) phosphoramidite was placed in the middle of the oligo. The plasmid vector labeled by biotin was then conjugated with biotin-labeled transferrin via streptavidin. This trimeric conjugates were delivered to a hepatoma cell line, HepG2. The delivery efficiency of the trimeric conjugate was 2-fold higher than that of cationic liposomes used for transfection of a plasmid vector. These results demonstrate that a plasmid vector can be efficiently transferred into cells by forming a trimeric complex of plasmid vector-linker-ligand.

Silk apparatus of the funnel-web spider, Agelena limbata was located at the ventral end of the abdominal part, and was composed of internal silk glands and external spinnerets. Among the three pairs of spinnerets, the posterior pairs were highly elongated along the body axis. By the light and electron microscopic inspections, it was found that four types of silk glands were connected through the typical spinning tubes of each spinneret. Anterior spinnerets comprise 2 pairs of the ampullate and 125 to 150 pairs (female) or 110 to 114 (male) of pyriform glands. Another 2 pairs of ampullate glands in both sexes, 5 to 8 pairs of tubuliform glands in females, and 20 to 26 pairs (female) or 15 to 17 pairs (male) of aciniform glands were connected on the median spinnerets. Additional 8 to 10 pairs of tubuliforms in female and 41 to 53 pairs (female) or 27 to 32 pairs (male) of aciniform glands were on the posterior spinnerets, respectively. While the ampullate and tubuliform glands were connected with the spigot-type spinning tubes, the pyriform and aciniform glands with that of spool-type tubes. It has been also revealed that the tubuliform glands were only observed in female spiders, however the flagelliform and aggregate glands which had the function of adhesive thread production in orb-web spiders were not observed at both sexes of this spiders.

본 試驗은 魚粉이 韓友의 肥育에 있어서 蛋白質給源으로 大豆粕과 比較하여 얼마만큼의 肥育效果가 있으며 經濟的으로 有利한가 하는 것을 檢討하기 위하여 實施하였으며 第1回 2回 3回에 걸처서 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 가. 第1回 및 第2回 試驗 共히 肥育效果는 魚粉區가 大豆粕區보다 若干 優秀한 肥育效果를 나타내고 있다. 나. 第3回 試驗에 있어서 魚粉 多給區가 魚粉 少給區에 比하여 若干 上國하는 成績을 나타내고 있으나 그차는 극히 근소하였다. 다. 各國에 있어서 魚粉區가 大豆粕區에 比하여 肉質이나 脂肪質에 있어서 하등의 큰 差가 없었으므로 從來 우려하든 魚粉 使用으로 因한 質的 邸下를 認定할 수 없었다.
