        가압소결에 의한 자체강화 탄화규소 세라믹스의 제조

        출발원료의 상분을 제어와 가압소결 및 열처리에 의하여 자체강화 미세구조를 갖는 탄화규소 세라믹스를 제조하여 그 특성을 고찰하였다. 자체강화 탄화규소 세라믹스는 알파상과 베타상 탄화규소 분말을 혼합한 모든 원료조합으로부터 얻어졌으며, 이러한 미세구조는 열처리 동안 베타상 탄화규소 입자가 긴 막대상 입자 형태를 갖는 4H 상의 알파 탄화규소로 상변태하면서 형성되었다. 긴 막대상의 탄화규소 입자의 부피분율 및 장단축비는 베타상 탄화규소 분말의 함유량이 50%인 시편에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 이로 인하여 이 시편은 제조된 시편 중에서 가장 높은 인성을 나타내었다. Self-reinforced silicon carbide was prepared by hot pressing and the control of starting phases of raw materials and its microstructural characteristics was investigated. The specimens with self-reinforced microstructure were obtained from the compacts with mixed compositions of ${\alpha}$-and ${\beta}$-SiC powders. Self-reinforced microstructure which is composed of large dispersed grains with rod-like shape and matrix with small equiaxed grains was formed by the transformation to the ${\alpha}$-SiC with 4H polytype for ${\beta}$-SiC and anisotropic grain growth during the heat treatment. Of all speimens the values of volume fraction maximum length and aspect ratio for large grains with rode-like types were the highest at the specimen with 50 vol% ${\beta}$-SiC in the starting SiC powder and therefore this specimen showed the highest fracture toughness due to the crack deflection by rod-like grains during crack propagation.

        공동주택의 수직증축형 리모델링에 대한 거주자 의식 연구

        The amendment of the housing law that allows the vertical expansion of apartment housing is expected to bring changes to the way to renovate and improve apartment housing aged more than 15 years old in Busan region. This study, therefore, aimed at presenting basic materials for the promotion of remodeling in Busan region by identifying in advance the problems of each area through an empirical analysis on residents" perception of vertical expansion remodeling. As for research methods, a literature review was conducted, collecting date from domestic and foreign theses, books and online portal sites. In addition, in order to identify variations by factor related to residents" perception for the promotion of remodeling, preceding studies were divided into the following three types and then examined: Furthermore, interviews involving actual residents of aged apartment houses were conducted to produce the final questionnaire for a survey, and then a survey and an empirical analysis were carried out on the residents of apartment complexes aged more than 15 years in each of 16 district and county in Busan region, In order to achieve the aims of this study, the degree of satisfaction for the promotion of remodeling was set as a dependent variable, and the following nine variables were set as independent variables: necessity of remodeling; satisfaction with the residential complex; age of the residential complex; the size of the complex; rate of building volume to lot; land price per pyeong; the effect of price rise; proportion of possessed real estate assets; and average monthly income. According to the results of a correlation analysis and a regression analysis on the collected data, the necessity of remodeling had a statistically significant positive effect on degree of satisfaction with vertical expansion remodeling.

        독성가스 안전관리기술 개발 및 비전에 대한 고찰

        There has been and will be continuous increasing in the use and demand of toxic gases in accordance with the rapid development of domestic semiconductors and related high-tech industries. With the number of facilities handling high-risk toxic gases continuing to skyrocket, the need for a toxic gas safety management agency has emerged for the safe management and use of toxic gases. As part of the safety management policy, Industrial Gas Safety Technology Support Center, a world’s first toxic gas comprehensive safety management center, was founded. The task of Industrial Gas Safety Technology Support Center comes to 3 major businesses : toxic gas disposal business that safely removes toxic gas residue to prevent potential hazards from industrial sites, performance evaluation of toxic gas safety devices to improve the performance and reliability, and education specialized in toxic gas to train toxic gas safety management professionals and to secure technology. In addition, according to the 2nd Basic Plan for Gas Safety Management, the Center performs tasks such as developing toxic gas certified reference materials, establishing a comprehensive education infrastructure, developing certification standards and expanding certification obligations, establishing as toxic gas container disposal system and distributing guidelines. As a toxic gas safety management control tower, the Center is to lead the toxic gas safety management technology, contribute to prevention of toxic gas accident and enhance safety management capabilities through continuous expansion of business areas such as the establishment of an Virtual Reality based educational system and training ground for toxic gas and the construction of and electromagnetic wavetest infrastructure for safety equipment.

      • 알루미나 첨가가 불규칙 입자형상을 갖는 세리아 안정화 지르코니아의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        The effect of Al₂O₃ addition on the microstructure of ceria-stabilized zirconia with irregular grain shape was investigated. Specimens doped with a mixed solution of Al₂O₃+ Ce(NO³)₃ showed undulated grain shape after annealing at 1650℃ for 2h. The specimens added Al₂O₃ inhibited grain growth of Ce-TZP and simultaneously increased the irregularity of the grain shape due to drag effect. Ceria concentration difference between convex and concave sides in irregular grains was observed over 1mol%.
