우리나라는 급격한 고령화와 인구구조 변화로 인해 고령사회를 미쳐 준비도 하기 전에 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 베이비부머들 중에는 아직 노후를 준비하지 못한 채 은퇴를 맞게 되어 사회적 부담으로 작용하는 경우가 많을 것으로 예상되나 정부조차도 이들의 노후대비에 대해서는 정책적 접근조차 이루어지지 못하고 있는 것이 우리의 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 베이비부머들의 주거선호도를 조사하여 이들이 은퇴 후 선호하는 주거의 입지, 입지선택시 고려하는 주요항목, 주택의 유형과 규모, 주거정책의 방향을 분석하여 베이비부머의 향후 주거문제를 해결하기 위한 공급측면의 주택정책 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. Nowadays, drastic ageing trend and rapid demographic changes have become the most important issue in Korea for the absence of the provision on the aged society. On account of the social issue on ageing, especially the baby boomers have difficulty preparing for later life after their retirement due to this social issues. The fact is that the government have yet prepared for the policy on the provision of the public s later years in spite of these severe social problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this research on the housing shortage is to suggest the direction for the housing policy in the aspect of supply after researching the dwelling preferences for baby boomers in order to ease the housing problem.. That is, this article suggests you the solution by analyzing the baby boomers preferred site for settlement after their retirement, main considerations on selecting the place for living, the type of the house and the size of the house.

The construction for apartment building has been progressing actively to supply house smoothly since 1970s in Korea, but the renewal or remodeling for pipes with shorter life cycle than building with semi-permanent life has been implementing. In general, to diagnose a pipe deterioration has to measure a residual thickness of pipe and judge whether evaluated pipes are changed or not after assuming a residual life on the base of that, but method and standard for the evaluation of the pipe deterioration is not established correctly. Therefore, this research would establish the evaluation standard for judgement of pipe deterioration.
대전광역시 거주가구의 주거만족도 영향 요인에 관한 연구 - 2016년 주거실태조사를 중심으로 -

Following the changes in the housing market, various studies are undertaken on the level of satisfaction for residential environment. In addition, the government implements residential status survey in every two years and it implements the survey on the level of satisfaction for nationwide residential environment through this study. Therefore, this study facilitates the micro-data of 「2016 Residence Status Survey」 for the subject of Daejeon Metropolitan City as one of the major regional cities to formulate the factors influencing on the level of satisfaction for residence for the housing dwellers to analyze the factors statistically important influence. As a result, first, physical factor, socio-environmental factor and location factor are shown to make actual influence to the level of satisfaction for residence. Second, the area of residence is analyzed to influence on the level of satisfaction for residence. And, third, the occupancy type of housing and monthly average household income are analyzed as not influencing on the level of satisfaction for residence.
LiDAR 자료를 이용한 산림 CO₂ 흡수량 산출 연구

산림지역에서 이산화탄소흡수량 산출을 위해서는 현지산림조사와 영상정보 등의 원격탐사 자료를 이용함으로써 흉고직경이나 수고와 같은 산림 탄소흡수량 추정에 필요한 기본자료를 정량적으로 수집하여 활용한다. 그러나 여전히 현장조사의 비중이 높고 혼효림이 많은 국내 산림 여건상 취득된 산림정보의 정확도가 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LiDAR 자료를 이용하여 경사기반 영역확장법을 적용하여 수목의 수직적 구조를 파악하고 수목정점추출 알고리즘을 통한 개체목의 수고 및 개체수를 파악하여 이를 현장조사를 통한 자료로부터 도출된 수고-흉고직경 관계식에 대입하여 정량적인 이산화탄소흡수량 산출에 필요한 기본데이터를 산출 할 수 있었다. 또한 총3종류의 수목에 대한 이산화탄소흡수량을 계산하고 단위면적당 이산화탄소흡수량을 추정할 수 있었다. Generally, Calculation of carbon dioxide absorption in the forest area is calculated using the information of the forest, such as tree height and DBH(Diameter of Breast Height). Tree height and DBH of these are obtained using the remote sensing data such as imagery and information of local forest survey. However, Mixed forest with a high proportion of field survey to lower the accuracy of forest information. In this study, vertical structure of the tree were identified by applying region growing method based on the slope using LiDAR data and height and number of the tree were identified by applying extracting top of the tree algorithm. Through the vertex tree extraction algorithm to identify height of tree and the number of individuals, substitute this for the DBH relation formula which is drawn from data through field surveys. In this, a quantitative calculation of carbon dioxide absorption were able to calculate the basic data. Also, carbon dioxide absorption of three type trees were calculated and average per unit area of carbon dioxide absorption were able to estimate.
바비큐 및 장조림 소스로 제조한 사슴고기 통조림 제품의 품질특성 비교

캔에 105 g씩 충전하여 $121^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 가열처리한 두 종류의 사슴 캔 개발 제품(T1; 바비큐 소스, T2; 장조림 소스)의 품질 특성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 사슴 캔 제품의 품질 특성에 있어 T1이 T2에 비하여 pH, 염도, 당도는 낮고, TBARS 및 VBN은 높았다. 관능검사 결과, $30^{\circ}C$에서 저장 60일 전 기간 T1과 T2 모두 6.0 이상의 좋은 점수를 얻었기에 상품화 가능성이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. The objective of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of canned deer meat produce with prepared BBQ sauce (T1) and Jangjorim sauce (T2). The mixture were stuffed into cylindrical can (about 150 g each) and thermally processed at $121^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, the sample were stored at $30{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ for 60 days and analyzed with an interval of 30 days. pH, salinity, saccarinity of T1 were significantly lower (p<0.05) than that of T2. TBARS and VBN of T1 were significantly higher (p<0.05) than that of T2. In the result of sensory evaluation, all product obtained good score (p>6.0) in overall acceptability during whole storage at $30{\pm}1^{\circ}C$. Theses result should be useful in developing guidelines for canned deer meat preparation by consumer and processors.
