정성일의 <오아시스> 비판에 투영된 관점의 가능성과 한계 - 정성일 영화비평에 대한 일고찰 -

본 연구는 영화비평가 정성일이 <오아시스>(이창동, 2002)에 대해서 쓴 비평문「판타지, 기만적인 환영술」을 비판적으로 분석한다. 그간 한국영화계에서 영화비평은 독립적인 분과로 논의되지 못했다. 산적하는 영화들 안에서 영화적 가치를 발굴해 정리하고 새로운 영화 언어를 대중 언어로 번역하는 것이 영화비평의 역할이라 했을 때 이는 문제가 있다. 영화비평에 대한 그간의 접근은 한국영화사의 맥락에서 특정 영화비평집단을 세대론적으로 조망하거나 특정 개인의 비평 세계를 전기적 관점에서 서술한 것에 머문 한계가 있다. 정성일은 1990년대 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한국의 대표적인 영화비평가이다. 호불호가 갈리지만 그의 글은 대중들 사이에서 영화비평이라는 개념이 성립되는 과정에 주요한 이미지를 제공했다. 특히 본 연구가 다루는 정성일의<오아시스> 비판은 논쟁 참여를 전제해 작성된 덕분에 비평담론 자체가 중심에 서있고 무엇보다 정성일의 영화에 대한 태도가 여타의 글에 비해 명확하게 드러나는 특징이 있다. 더구나 그 논쟁은 영화의 윤리, 완성도, 자의식 등을 두고 벌어진 영화비평계 내부의 마지막 논쟁이라는 영화비평사적 의의도 있다. 나아가 영화 한편에 대한 긴 글이기 때문에 한국의 대표적 비평가가 영화를 비평하는 구체적 실천 양상이 현장감 있게 녹아 있기도 하다. 영화를 종교처럼 대한다는 비판이 존재하지만 정성일 영화비평의 경쟁력은 숏의 배치, 장르 문법, 카메라 시선과 같은 영화의 자의식을 정밀하게 분석하는 것에서 나온다. 영화란 무엇인가와 같은 근본적인 질문에 기반을 둔 이런 태도는 영화를 여타의 학문에 종속시킨 종래의 비평 태도와 차별되며 영화를 진지하게 바라보는 태도를 대중화시킨 의의가 있다. 하지만 그것만큼의 오류도 발견된다. <오아시스>를 비판할 때 투영되는 정성일의 관점의 가능성과 한계를 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한 영화비평가의 개성적 세계관을 비판적으로 조망하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 독립적인 분과로 인식되기는커녕 죽음까지 운운되는 영화비평의 위기 시대에 한국의 대표적 영화비평가의 세계관이 상징적으로 녹아 있는 글을 정밀하게 분석하는 것은 그것 자체로 의미 있다. This study analyzes the critique “Fantasy, deceptive hallucination” which sung-il jung wrote about < Oasis >(Changdong Lee 2002). Film critique has not been recognized and discussed as an independent field in the Korean film industry so far. It can be problematic if the role of film criticism is to get the cinematic values arranged among the pile of films and to translate new cinematographic language into the public language. The approach to the film critique to this point has limitation that in the context of Korean film industry, it viewed certain group of film critics in the perspective of theory of generation and it described certain person`s world of criticism in a biographical way. sung-il Jung is one of the representative film critics in Korea who lead the golden age of Korean film criticism in the 1990s. His writings provided important image in the process of establishing the concept of film critique among the public, even though they are controversial. The Jung`s criticisms this study exclusively deals with are based on the premise of argumentative participation, so the discourse is central and fundamental, and it brings out the cinematic view of Jung precisely compared to the other writings and articles, which is the advantages of this study. Moreover, the argument has significance in the field of film criticism for being the last dispute inside the field of film critique over the morals, degree of completion, and the consciousness of identity. Above and beyond, because this paper is a long writing about a movie, it contains detailed and vivid practical aspect which the representative critic of Korea criticizes the movie. Although there are criticisms of discussing movies like a form of religion, sung-il Jung`s film critique is competitive for detailed and precise analyze of films` sense of identity such as plot of shots, code of genre, and the eyes of cameras. This attitude based on the fundamental questions such as what is film is considered significant for popularizing and promoting earnest attitude toward movies, and is differentiated with the traditional attitudes of criticism which are to subordinate films in the other fields of study. However, due to being so, some errors are discovered. The purpose of this study is to critically outlook a distinctive world view of a film critic who enjoyed the film critique`s prime by concretely describing its possibilities and limitations through revealing Jung`s point of view which is his prerequisite for watching movies. The work of precise analyzing of one of the Korean representative film critics` writings which contains symbolic world view is significant and meaningful by itself in the time of the film criticisms` crisis when the idea of the demise of film criticism is being mentioned, let alone its separation as the independent field.

건칠계복정으로 치료한 임상적 진행성 폐암 환자 1례

Objective : This case report presents the effects of Gunchilgyebok-Jung to a patient who was clinically diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Methods : The study involved a 74-year-old male patient clinically diagnosed with advanced (stage III) lung cancer by chest computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography. The patient had two masses (11.32 mm and $23.03mm{\times}35.34mm$) in the right upper lobe of the lung and in the mediastinum respectively. Gunchilgyebok-Jung commonly used for its anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effect is composed of Rhus verniciflua stokes and Guizhifuling wan extracts. We prescribed Gunchilgyebok-Jung at a dosage of 1 g three times a day for 50 days. Results : After the administration of Gunchilgyebok-Jung, a decrease in tumor size to 10.69 mm and $22.71mm{\times}34.21mm$ on chest CT was observed. A numerical rating scale (NRS) showed an improvement in symptoms from points 7-8 to 3-4. Conclusion : This study suggests that Gunchilgyebok-Jung may have considerable anti-tumor and immunopotentiating activity in lung cancer without any adverse effects.

생태계서비스 기반 국립공원 생태복지 개념정립 및 정책방향 설정

생태복지는 인간의 복지와 건강한 생태계의 상호관계성에 대한 국제적 담론에서 시작되었다. 본 연구는 국립공원이 생태복지의 최대 실현가능 지역이라는 점에서 국립공원에 적합한 ‘국립공원 생태복지’ 개념을 정립하고 정책방향을 설정함으로써 향후 국립공원에서의 생태복지 실현을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사전워크숍과 총 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 ‘국립공원 생태복지’는 국립공원에서 생태계의 지속가능성과 생물다양성을 유지하며, ‘국립공원 인간복지’와 ‘국립공원 생태계복지’의 조화를 지향하는 복지로 정의되었다. 2차 델파이 결과 모든 항목에서 평균 4.00 이상, 내용 타당도(CVR) 0.37 이상, 변이계수(CV)0.5 미만으로 타당한 내용으로 확인되었다. 국립공원 생태복지의 정책방향을 설정하기 위해 생태복지의 바탕이 되는 생태계서비스의 요소들 중 국립공원에 적합한 주요 요소를 도출한 결과 공급서비스에서 먹이·식량, 물, 유전자원 3항목, 조절서비스와 기반(서식지)서비스의 모든 항목, 문화서비스에서 미적정보, 휴양관광, 심신치유, 지식체계ㆍ교육적가치 4항목이 최종 도출되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 국립공원 생태복지의 개념과 향후 국립공원 생태복지 정책이 어떻게 나아가야할지 방향성을 제시하였다. 그러나 이를 실현하기 위해서는 향후 이에 대한 구체적인 단위사업에 대한 실행계획이 수반되어야 하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다. The concept of Eco-welfare emerged in the process of discovering the relationship between a healthy ecosystem and human wellbeing. The objective of this study is to offer basic data for eco-welfare policy realization by conceptualizing the ‘National Park Eco-welfare’ since national parks are appropriate places for eco-welfare to be optimally implemented. A pre-workshop and two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted to determine the concept of the ‘National Park Eco-welfare ’ and the main elements to be included in ecosystem service. Through this study, the concept of ‘National Park Eco-welfare’ was defined as efforts to conserve the biodiversity and sustainability of the ecosystem and create harmony between ‘National Park Ecosystem Welfare’ and ‘National Park Human Welfare’. To establish the direction of the National Park Eco-welfare policy, we identified the main elements of ecosystem services which are appropriate for the National Park. These are comprised of 3 elements (food, fresh water and genetic resources) from supply service, all elements from regulating service and supporting/habitat service and 4 elements (aesthetic information, recreation-based ecotourism, healing, and knowledge systems with educational values) from culture service. In this study, the concept of National Park Eco-welfare was established, and its policy objectives and scope were suggested. However, further studies are necessary to develop action plans areand thereby realize the policy.

중국의 WTO 가입 후 한국,중국 간 품목별 수출경쟁력 비교분석

Import and export size of China has been constantly increased after China`s economic reform and open policy. Korea`s trade balance to China was deficit before 1993, however, it turned to surplus in 1993. The reason to make surplus was change of import and export items. High value added item has been increased in export list while the items of the agricultural products and raw materials were in import list from China. The total value of export from Korea passed that of import from China after 1993. Competition between China and Korea in world markets has been more intense after China`s joining of WTO in 2001. Markets in steel and metal products, electric appliance, machinery, and fine appliance have been intense in competition during the 2000s. China is catching up Korea in automobile and ship building industries. In this context Korea needs to specify high value added manufacturing as national strategic export items, and develop industrial government policy not to be overtaken.

The supply of oxygen for aeration is the largest energy consumer at activated sludge wastewater treatment plants. Replacement of less efficient aeration systems with fine pore aeration devices can save up to 50 percent of aeration energy costs. The purpose of this study was the diagnosis and evaluation of a domestic wastewater aeration system by the off-gas method which had been studied by US EPA and ASCE. For this study, an off-gas analyzer and its hood were made to collect off-gas. Also, a vacuum pump was connected to the analyzer to make suction of off-gas. Experiments were conducted at a domestic activated sludge wastewater treatment plant which had a single spiral roll aeration system installed with P.E tube diffuser. Data on OTE(f), SOTE(pw), OUR, and air flow rate were obtained from these experiments. In case of replacing an aeration system, it is recommended that it should be replaced with perforated membrane disc or ceramic disc fine bubble diffusers installed in a full floor coverage or grid pattern.

Korean peninsula has been divided for around two generations because of ideological difference between South Korea and North Korea. So Korean culture has become different one and shapes strange one to each other. In order to unify into one Korea from two Koreas, each Korea has tried to spread their ideology into each other. One of the way to escalate Korea unification is to consider what North Korea women"s situation are and suggest alternatives to move to the Korea unification. North Korea Women has been discriminated by men who have power to dominate and govern their country. They have been marginal position and few power as their people in their country. They just has worked for giving a pleasure to men who dominated and controlled their country with unfair power. They could not speak out their voices to break this paradigm. They could not help following men"s directions and policies. Men who has privileges to govern their country has used their power with unjustice. In order to unify Korean peninsula, women should realize what unfair power is and consider ways to protect women from men"s unjustice. Another way to unify Korea is to strength women"s power to let privileged men class influence.

배전계통에서 봉형접지극의 접지저항 향상을 위한 접지저항저감제 사용방법에 관한 연구

봉형접지극은 우리나라 배전계통에 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 접지전극이다. 현재 배전계통에 사용하고 있는 봉형접지극은 접지동봉, 심타용접지봉 그리고 도전성콘크리트접지봉 등이 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 접지저항값은 토질에 따라 소정의 접지저항값을 얻기가 어려울 때가 많아 접지저항저감제를 사용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 봉형접지지전극 중 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 접지동봉에 물을 제공하였을 때 얻어진 접지저항값을 기준으로 접지저항저감제의 사용방법(시공법), 접지저항저감제의 종류 등에 따라 얻어진 초기접지저항값, 시간경과(1년)에 따른 저항값의 변화폭 추이 등을 비교 검토한 연구이다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 신공법으로 접지저항저감제를 사용하였을 때 낮은 초기접지저항저감을 얻는 효과뿐만 아니라 시간경과에 따른 접지저항값의 변화폭도 적어 안정됨을 확인할 수 있었다. The bar-shaped electrode is very popular for earth construction in Korea. Copper ground rod, Deep-buried ground rod and conductive concrete ground rod are major types of the bar-shaped electrode and generally applied on the distribution system. But in most case, to obtain the targeted ground resistance is difficult, because ground resistance is very different by soil condition. Therefore, a chemicals for reducing ground resistance is applied. In this paper, the initial and the variation of ground resistance according to the applied methods and types of chemicals over one year are compared with copper ground rod applied with water and the experimental results show that the new methods with chemicals reduced not only the initial ground resistance but also the variation of ground resistance over year.

폴 리쾨르의 "시간과 이야기" 관점에서 해석한 슈즈리테일샵 공간디자인 특성

단계에 따른 디자인 제요소간의 특성 및 관계적 맥락을 심층적으로 분석하고자 한다. 공간 구성의 주요 속성 요인 시퀀스와 세노그라피의 기법을 폴 리쾨르의 서사해석학 중 삼중미메시스와 결부하여 연구하고자 한다. 현대 슈즈리테일샵의 공간 디자인에 대한 해석에 있어서 리쾨르의 철학사상을 공간에 연결하였다는 점에서 향후 공간디자인의 연구와 지평을 확장 하는데 기대효과를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to explain the characteristics of a space design shown in shoes retail shops in the perspectives of prefiguration, configuration, and refiguration, all of which are the essence of Paul Ricoeur`s Threefold Mimesis. The Study has been conducted to connect both philosophy and a space design. Although the composing of a story is very important with respect to the commercial space design, any studies have not existed that connected a story philosophy of Ricoeur, to a space. Therefore, this study holds unique significance in that it has conducted such research that has connected his story philosophy and a space. In conclusion, among Threefold Mimesis shown in shoes retail shops, the ``prefiguration`` has indicated a sequence, has shown in prior and symbolizing a space image through visual symbols including a facade`s logo or brand names. The ``configuration`` has indicated a sequence and a scenography, both of which were unified through a structual factor and a dramatic factor. The ``refiguration`` indicates a scenography has shown in an interrelationship in which customers and a space interact with each other due to the circulation, a factor from furnishings, furniture and their layout. Finally, because this study has interpreted Ricoeur`s philosophy and shoes retail shop in the perspective of Threefold Mimesis. Continuing to study on a space design in the future is needed, while opening a new prospect in the feasibility of the study.

증례보고 : 혈소판 수혈에 내성을 보인 글란츠만씨 혈소판무력증을 가진 환자의 정형외과 수술 시 전신마취 경험

Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia is an autosomal recessive bleeding disorder caused by qualitative or quantitative abnormalities of the platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa), which can lead to excessive bleeding. Glanzmann thrombasthenia is associated with clinical variability, with some patients only having minimal bruising and others having frequent, severe and potentially fatal hemorrhages. Platelet transfusions, which used to be the standard treatment, may lead to the development of antibodies to HLA and/or GPIIb/IIIa, thereby rendering future transfusions ineffective. Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia can be a severe hemorrhagic disease; however, the prognosis is excellent with careful supportive care. In this case, administering allogenic plateletpheresis to patients with Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia who were refractory to platelet transfusions was found to be successful during bone surgeries.
