Although the various drugs have been widely known to potent against CCl₄ poison, it is still controversial on the protective effects of Artemisia capillaris extract and Ginseng extract against CCl₄ poison. The author for investigated the effect of Artemisia capillaris and Ginseng on the acute CCl₄ intoxication by measuring the LD_(50) of CCl₄ on mice, serum S-GOT and S-GPT activities, total cholesterol level and blood sugar content in rabbits. Animals were used healthy albino rabbits weighing about 2.Okg and healthy mice weighing 20-29g. LD_(50) was measured by Behrens-Kaerber method, 5-GOT and S-GPT by Reitman Frankel method, total cholesterol by Kiliani reaction method and blood sugar by Nelson-Somogyi method respectively. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Single oral administration of Artemisia capillaris for one week to the mice did not noticeably affect the average lethal dosage of CCl₄ but by combined administration of Artemisia capillaris extract with Ginseng extract for one week and two weeks, the average lethal dosage of CCl₄ to mice was considerably increased. 2. The increased serum S-GOT and S-GPT activities of the rabbits induced by CCl₄ administration were not altered by single administration of Artemisia capillaris extract, but those activities were significantly depressed by combined administration of Artemisia capillaris extract with Ginseng extract for one week and two weeks. 3. The increased total cholesterol levels in the blood of rabbits induced by CCl₄ administration were decreased by single administration of Artemisia capillaris extract but they were not altered by combined administration of Artemisia capillaris extract with Ginseng extract for one week and two weeks. 4. The increased blood sugar contents of rabbits induced by CCl₄, administration were significantly decreased by either administration of Artemisia capillaris extract for one week or combined administration of Artemisia capillaris extract with Ginseng extract for two weeks.

This paper aims to investigate tour status especially for the elders’ at their leisure activity and figure out the choice pattern activity for outbound tour product such as destination, package and so on. followings are the survey result. Firstly, It is shown that elder people take serious view of the tour days and cost as the most important factors when they choose tour product. Secondly, Asia area is currently the major destination as the reason of the factors related with cost, days, distance. Third, Purchasing costs comes from each sons and daughters as a part of filial duty at most cases. Fourth, Decision making of the product is mostly affected by the each spouse’s choice. Fifth, It shows that male and the elder living apart offspring prefer longer tour. Information by word of mouth is the key factor at acquiring reference data. In fact, they depends upon family, relative and colleagues. Sixth, In case of outbound trip, accompany with spouse is the general. Finally, real activity and lodging of local land are the highly affected factors at the decision of tour package. 본 연구의 목적은 수도권에 거주하고 있는 고령층을 대상으로 국외여행상품 및 목적지를 선택시 미치는 동기가 무엇인지 조사하는 데 있다. 조사방법은 설문지를 통하여 조사자가 직접 기입하는 방법으로 하였고, 표본은 객관적으로 규정하고 있는 정년퇴직한 65세 이상의 고령층을 대상으로 하였다. SPSS 패키지를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 해외여행상품을 선택시 인구통계적 특성에 따른 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보았다. 대체로 국외여행상품 선택시 고령층은 자녀, 가족들이 많은 영향을 미치고 있었다. 고령층의 특성별 내용을 살펴보면 성별, 학력별, 성격 그리고 거주지별로 국외여행상품 및 목적지를 선택시 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 여행업의 여행상품 개발 및 마케팅 측면에서도 고령층 시장이 점하는 비율이 증가할 것으로 예상되며, 이에 따른 상품개발 및 마케팅 전략수립시 본 연구의 결과는 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

원형지하매설관의 경우 관의 하단부의 다짐이 매우 어렵고, 또한 다짐효율이 떨어져서 지하매설물의 안정성을 저감시키고, 이로 인해 각종 파손이 발생하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로 저강도 콘크리트 개념을 지반공학에 적용하여 만들어진 CLSM을 이용하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지의 CLSM 실내실험결과를 이용하여 현장적용성 시험을 하기 위한 중간단계로서 베딩재, 뒤채움재, 관의 종류를 변화시킨 20가지 사례에 대한 PENTAGON 유한요소 프로그램을 이용하여 수치해석을 실시하였다. 수치해석을 실시한 결과 뒤채움재로 CLSM을 사용하는 경우에 토사나 일반모래를 사용한 경우보다 지표면 및 관의 침하를 현저히 감소시키는 것으로 해석되었다. 관의 연직변위를 놓고 볼 때 토사 뒤채움을 사용한 경우에 연성관의 변위량이 강성관의 2배 정도에 달했으나 CLSM으로 대체한 경우에는 오히려 토사 뒤채움에 강성관을 사용한 경우보다 변위가 줄어들었다. CLSM 뒤채움에 강성관을 사용한 경우도 유사하게 나타났고, CLSM이 구조적인 지지 역할을 확실히 함을 보여준다. During construction of circular lifeline pipe, the non-proper compaction along the pipe and the decrease of compaction efficiency are the main problems to induce the failure of underground pipe. The use of CLSM(controlled low strength materials) is one of the applications to overcome those problems. In this research, the numerical analysis by PENTAGON FEM program was carried out for 20 cases with the couple of combinations on bedding materials, backfill materials, and pipes. From the FEM analysis, the use of CLSM as backfill materials reduced the settlement of ground surface and the deformation of pipe employed. In case of the vertical deformation on the pipe, common soil backfill for flexible pipes showed 2 times for rigid pipes, but CLSM backfill case did less deformation than the soil backfill for rigid pipes. CLSM backfills for rigid pipes showed the similar results. Judging from the FEM analysis, the use of CLSM increases the structure capacity of the underground pipes.
