The azimuth thruster is fitted for maneuvering performance being excellent role for cruise, offshore and warship. But the azimuth thruster for small ship is not developed yet in the domestic. This paper shows the result of development about the revolution system of azimuth thruster which of power is less than 5㎾ for small ship. Advanced Azimuth revolution system can revolve propeller and rudder from 360 degree so that this system for vessel maneuvering can be excellent of propulsion effectively. Fluid power control system for azimuth revolution is designed with PID control system by using CEMToo/SIMTool program. And the actuator used for servo valve can control speed of revolution and direction. The usefulness of AMEsim modeling was verified by comparing the result of modeling experiments and simulation.

Since semi-active suspension systems of automobile, of which suspension damper are controlled actively, exhibit high performance with light system weight, low cost and low energy consumption. From this view point, semi-active suspension systems are greatly expected to be in the mainstream of future controlled suspension systems. In this paper, mathematical modeling and dynamic characteristics analysis of a reverse continuously variable damper and pilot valve used for semi-active suspension systems are investigated. The mathematical model of piston with valve are proposed by IMAGINE/AMESim in the paper. To verify the mathematical model developed, the dynamic characteristics are simulated by AMESim and are compared with experimental results. It was confirmed that the developed models represent well the actual system and can be used for control system design.

본 논문에서는 국내 암호 알고리즘 검증제도(KCMVP¹)를 준수하는 TLS 1.2² 응용 개발 툴(C Libaray)을 개발한다. 국내 암호응용 네트워크 장비들이 암호화용 대칭키를 교환하는 방법으로 대부분 TLS프로토콜을 사용하고 있으나 RFC³표준에 국내알고리즘들이 등제 되지 않아 TLS 프로토콜을 사용 할 경우 알고리즘 검증제도를 준수하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 TLS 1.2 표준의 cipher spec extension을 이용하여 국산 암호화 알고리즘의 TLS 적용을 구현한다.

In case which uses the past hydraulic system comes to be complicated and expense when various control speed and pressure. The control location is fixed with on/off operation of the solenoid and the switching which the valve is makes sudden surge pressure and becomes the cause of damage, sound, temperature rises and the viscosity changes. It solves a problem use proportional control valve and it will be able to remove the surge pressure and knocking state which removes the change of sudden speed and direction. In this paper, it understood the characteristic and a construction proportional control pressure relief valve by AMESim, and it has been confirmed the useful for hydraulic press simulation modeling by comparison of simulation result and actual result from experiments.

Liquefied Natural Gas takes up six hundredths of the volume of natural gas, which makes storage and transportation much easier. To send out natural gas via a pipeline network across the nation, high-pressure LNG pumps supply highly compressed LNG to high-pressure vaporization facilities. The Number of high-pressure LNG pumps determined the send-out amount in LNG receiving terminal. So it is main equipment at LNG production process and should be maintained on best conditions. In this paper, to find out the cause of high beat vibration at cryogenic pumps, vibration and motor current analysis have been performed. And high beat vibration of cryogenic pumps could be reduced due to the modification of motor rotor.
