완숙토마토 품종별 서양뒤영벌(Bombus terrestris) 방사시 추가 화분공급에 의한 봉군수명 연장과 경제적 효과

토마토 및 경제작물의 수분용으로 50,000봉군 정도 이용되고 있는 서양뒤영벌을 시설완숙 토마토하우스에 방사하여 품종별로 효율적인 사용과 경제적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 2008년 2월부터 8월까지 춘천시 에서 추가화분공급효과를 조사하였다. 슈퍼도태랑, 제우스42, 그리고 슈퍼선로드 품종에서 서양뒤영벌 봉군내 추가화분공급($5{\sim}6g$/3일)으로 화분매개활동과 방화흔 비율 그리고 봉군수명이 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 특히 슈퍼도태랑과 슈퍼선로드품종에서 추가화분공급효과가 더 크게 나타났다. About 50,000 hives of Bombus terrestris are used for pollination of tomato and other economical crops (fruit vegetables and fruit trees) in Korea. Therefore this study was conducted to find out the effective use of B. terrestris and its economic effect in the major beefsteak-tomato cultivation areas from February to August in 2008. The pollinating activities, rate of bite-mark and lifespan of B. terrestris's hive according to all beefsteak-tomato varieties (Super Momotaro, Zeus42, Mascara and Super Sunroad, 500 $m^2$, $9,600{\sim}12,000$plants) were apparent by regular supplement of pollen ($5{\sim}6g$/3 days) to the hive of B. terrestris. Especially, Super Momotaro and Super Sunroad variety were most distinctive in the effects by regular pollen supplement.

본 연구는 최근 교육당국이 정책적으로 시행하고 있는 토요 스포츠 데이 실태조사를 위해 참가 청소년들의 참여동기, 참여제약, 긍정적 효과를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 15개 중고등학교 총 673명의 청소년들을 대상으로 참여동기, 참여제약, 긍정적 효과에 대한 설문을 실시한 결과 첫째, 토요 스포츠 데이 참여동기는 흥미, 운동욕구, 즐거움 등이 31.7%로 가장 높았고, 호감운동 14.2%, 학습동기 11%, 사교 9.9%, 건강체력 8.2% 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여제약은 학업영향, 타 활동, 주요타자의 영향 등 시간적 제약이 46.3%로 가장 높았고, 동기부족, 흥미 부족, 희망운동부재, 소질부족 등 참여태도제약이 29.9%, 휴식필요, 피곤함, 나태함 등 신체적 제약이 21.4%, 접근성, 프로그램, 시설미비 등 환경적 제약이 2.4%로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여에 따른 긍정적 효과는 체력향상과 건강, 다이어트와 키성장, 몸매관리 등 신체적 혜택이 43.5%로 가장 높았다. 본 연구는 토요 스포츠 데이 프로그램에 대한 동기, 제약, 효과적 측면에 대한 고찰 및 개선은 청소년들이 직면하고 있는 정신적ㆍ행동적 측면에 대한 근본적인 대안이 될 것이라고 본다. The purpose of this study is to explore participation motivation, participation constraint, and positive effect of adolescents who participate, for surveying the actual status of Saturday Sports Day that is being enforced politically these days by the educational authorities. Data were collected by targeting totally 673 adolescents of 15 middle and high schools. Specifically, the intrinsic motivation such as interest, exercise needs, and enjoyment was the highest with 31.7%. Second, The time constraint such as schoolwork influence, other activity, and main person"s influence was the highest with 46.3%. Third, The physical benefit such as fitness improvement & health, diet & height growth, and body shape management was the highest with 43.5%. Based on this, a suggestion was made about the operation of Saturday Sports Day program, which is being enforced now, and about the future improvement direction.
