Due to digital convergence, mobile embedded systems need more functionalities and a fully fledged OS. Applications for such embedded systems are linked with many shared libraries available in the OS and access a large data set at launch time. This results in increased application launch time. In this paper, we propose two techniques for reducing the application launch time: lazy-loading and pinning. Lazy-loading defers loading shared libraries that are not used in the application at launch time, whereas pinning guarantees the residence of shared libraries and data used at launch time in the main memory.
한국 박쥐의 한타바이러스 감염에 대한 혈청면역학적 연구

To understand whether the bats inhabiting in Korea play role as hosts harboring Hantavirus that cause acute febrile diseases, a total number of 802 bats of 9 species were collected from seven provinces in Korea from 1989 to 1995 and tested for the presence of antibodies to Hantavirus by means of immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) technique. The results are summarized as follow. 1. Total 802 captured bats were classified into 9 different species with the following distribution. They were Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Eptesicus serotinus, Miniopterus sehreibersii, Vespertilio superans, Myotis mystatinus, Murina leucogaster, Myotis formosus, Myotis macrodactylus and Plecotus auritus with numbers and rates of 423 (52.74%), 291 (36.28%), 47 (5.86%), 28 (3.49%), 8 (1.00%), 1 (0.12%) and 1 (0.12%), respectively. The predominant species of the bats was Rhinolophus ferrumequinum with 52.74% of the captured. 2. Among 9 species of bats, species of Rhinolophus ferrumequinum and Eptesicus serotinus were positive with Hantavirus antibody of strain numbers 76-118. The rate of antibody positive was 3.78%. 3. The seasonal differences of Hantavirus antibody in 802 bats tested were 5.83%, 4.17%, 3.67% and 0.64% in winter, spring, summer and autumn, respectively. Again the highest viral antibody prevalence was detected in winter. It could be concluded through the study that certain species of bats inhabiting in Korea play a definite role as the host animals of certain species of Hantavirus.

This study is a case study focusing on the residents' participation and satisfaction in the promotion of rural development projects under the Block Grants System in Buyeo. Along with changes in the way to support rural development projects, it requires the autonomy, responsibility, creative planning etc. in the municipal governments and the active participation of local residents for the effective development in rural areas. The purpose of this study is to suggest some policy implications by analyzing the relationship between the level of participation of local residents and residents' satisfaction in rural development projects. This study explained the background and characteristics of rural development projects under the Block Grants System, and also reviewed the theoretical literature on the residents' participation and satisfaction, including the survey of the local residents. For this study, we selected some variables, and then divided into the participating groups such as the resident representatives, the development committee and the local residents. Finally, using statistical method we analyzed the level of participation and satisfaction of the local residents in rural areas.

Developed countries are fiercely competing in technology development with the increasing demand for eco-friendly hydrogen energy to prevail economically efficient hydrogen production technology and to prepare for entry into the hydrogen economy society. Korea is also fostering the hydrogen production and supply industry to prepare for the advent of the hydrogen economy, to secure economical, environmentally friendly and highly efficient hydrogen production technology. In particular, Chungnam Province has a high potential for hydrogen production capacity compared to other regions because it has abundant energy source (stockbreeding industry) for producing environmentally friendly hydrogen. A resource-based facility capable of producing hydrogen energy based on biogas has been established and based on this, it has a regional capacity to nurture the hydrogen production and supply industry. This study examines the importance and role of the hydrogen supply business in the Chungnam region and shows the position of the hydrogen supply business in the value chain system and requirements to build a regional network platform for the successful hydrogen supply project. It is an analysis of regional ecosystem of hydrogen supply industry through analysis of model of value chain system and regional innovation cluster theory for regional network platform construction. In order to analyze the demand for biogas-based hydrogen supply industry, a questionnaire survey was conducted for consumers and suppliers.
