본 연구는 춤놀이 수업을 통한 초등학생의 신체 움직임 만족도 및 참여활동에 대한 연구로써, D시 SJ초등학교에 재학하는 23명의 남·여 학생 23명을 대상으로 2019년 9월부터 12월까지 16회기(9월, 10월 주 1회- 8회/11월 주 2회- 8회)의 춤 놀이 프로그램을 실시하였다. 춤놀이에 대한 만족도를 검사하기 위하여 김종민(2011), 조범근(2007) 등이 사용한 검사지를 본 연구에 맞게 수정·보완하여 총 25문항으로 구성하였다. 만족도 척도에 대한 Cronbach's α값을 산출한 결과 .967에서 .990까지 신뢰성 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개방형 질문지는 전문가 4인의 검토 하에 전체 6문항으로 구성하였으며, 심층면담은 춤놀이를 하면서 느끼는 감정을 중심으로 비구조화된 내용을 활용하였다. 자료의 처리는 춤놀이 수업에 대한 만족도를 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 개방형 설문에 의한 자료는 귀납적 내용분석 절차에 따라 원자료를 분류하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등학생들이 춤놀이 프로그램을 통하여 그들이 느끼는 만족도는 춤놀이 수업 내용만족· 교사지도만족, 효과만족, 환경만족, 평가에서 그 평균점수가 3,23~3,44(3점 보통이다, 4점 그렇다)를 나타났다.둘째, 춤놀이 프로그램은 참여한 학생들에게‘춤놀이’를 통하여 춤 만들기에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였고, 교사의 지도와 배려에 따라 집중도에 차이가 나타났다. 또한 춤놀이를 하면서 친구들과 더 친해졌으며, 공연 참여를 통하여 춤에 대한 태도가 적극적으로 변한 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 결과에 따라 춤놀이 수업은 학생들에게 무용(표현활동)은 재미있고 즐겁게 할 수 있는 활동이라는 인식을 갖게 하였다. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Choom Nori class could be effective to elementary school students’ satisfaction level of physical movement and participatory activity. For the purpose, the study sampled as its participants 23 boy or girl students who were currently attending at SJ elementary school located in D city. And then, this research applied the Choom Nori Program to those participants from Sep. to Dec. 2019. More specifically, that program consisted of 16 sessions in total(8 based on 1 session a week from Sep. to Oct. plus 8 based on 2 sessions a week in Dec.). In order to examine those students’ satisfaction level of Choom Nori, that version was comprised of 25 items in total. Meanwhile, this study calculated Cronbach’s α of the satisfaction scale to find the value being in a range of .967 to .990, indicating the 3 constructs of that scale were all reliable. As another scale, the research also used an open-ended questionnaire that had 6 items which were finally determined through consideration by 4 experts. Besides, this study made a non-structured profound interview to know feelings that the young children had when participating in the dance play sessions. For data processing, the satisfaction level of the Choom Nori class was investigated with the calculation of mean and standard deviation values. And, data from the open-ended questionnaire survey were treated in a way of categorizing original responses according to the methods of inductive content analysis. Shortly speaking, this study was designed to determine how much satisfactory the Choom Nori Program could be to elementary school students and how much helpful the program was to the young children who actually participated in it, resultantly reaching the following conclusion. First, average scores for satisfaction that the Choom Nori Program gave to elementary school students surveyed here were 3.23 to 3.44 points(3 points : moderate, 4 : more than moderate). Here, those scores were came out for individual factors of that satisfaction like program content, teachers’ program instruction, program effect, and program environment). And second, the Choom Nori Program allowed those young students to find themselves changing in a positive way and feel a lot of fun. Also, sessions of the dance play program led the youngsters to perceive that they were becoming more expressive, healthier, and self-confident as well as collaborative, friendly and considerate in relationships with peers.

Torque Converter Lock Up Clutch for Auto Transmission makes Engine and Transmission connected directly. In order to reduce the fluctuational torque of engine when Lock up clutch is operated, a Long Travel Damper can be mounted to the Lock up clutch. This research is focused on the Stress of Retaining plate of Long Travel Damper clutch with using the simulation program, Algor and further, is on the purpose to decide the optimal damper specification in advance.
