        A study was planned to see if the ginseng has any influe ce upon the body weight of rats under stress. Three hundred eighty male rats (body weight:180-200 gm) were equally divided into the ginseng and the saline groups. For 11 days the ginseng group received every day 0.5 ml/100 gm body weight of ginseng extract solution (4 mg of ginseng alcohol extract in 1 ml of saline) subcutaneously, and the saline group received the same amount of physiological saline. On the 5th day af~er the Ist drug administration, each group was further divided into 5 subgroups, 4 of which received surgical stress of left adreralectomy on the same day while one control subgroup was kept without stress. For 3 days beginning from the 9th experimental day on, each of the subgroups which had undergone sargical stress received for 1 hr every day cold (-10C) or heat (+35C) stress, or 0. 1 unit of ACTH intraperitoneally, except one subgroup that received no further stress. The body weight of all animals was measured on the lst experimental day (before drug administration), on the 5th day (before surgery), on the 8th day (the day before further stress), and on the 11th day after final administration of drug and stress. Results obtained were as follows: 1. Ginseng significantly facilitated gain in body weight of normal rats without stress. 2. Ginseng tended to suppress loss in body weight of rats under surgical stress, and helped recover the body weight after stress. 3. Rats receiving repeated cold or heat stress or ACTH administration in addition to the previous surgical stress showed a rate of decrease in body weight as conspicuous under the influence of ginseng as under saline, but the absolute value of the body weight was maintained heavier under the ginseng. It was inferred from the above results that the ginseng facilitates gain in body weight in normal rats and that it tends to suppress loss in and promote restoration of the body weight during and after stress, respectively.

        어촌 생활 기초어휘 자료 정리 방법 분석 -국립국어원 ‘민족생활어 조사’를 중심으로-

        이 글은 2010년부터 2013년까지 국립국어원에 진행한 ‘민족생활어 조사 - 어촌 생활 기초 어휘 조사’의 자료 정리 방법을 설명하는 데 목적이 있다. ‘민족생활어 조사 - 어촌 생활 기초 어휘 조사’는 해당 어촌 지역의 정체성을 살피고 그들 삶의 역사를 이해하는 기초 작업이 된다. 따라서 이 사업의 궁극적인 목적은 사라져가는 어촌생활을 대상으로 조사지역 고유의 문화를 수반한 생활어를 조사하여 체계적인 자료를 구축하는 것이다. ‘민족생활어 조사 - 어촌 생활 기초 어휘 조사’는 3년 동안의 현장 조사를 통해 ‘1.행위자 2.환경 3.어획물 4.어획 도구 5.어로 방법과 어로 행위 6.음식 7.민속, 8.기타’와 같이 총 8개의 범주를 설정하였다. 3년 동안 조사된 6천여 개의 어휘는 8개의 범주에 따라 항목 분류하였다. 2010년부터 2012년까지 3년 동안의 조사 결과는 2013년에 기초 어휘 조사 질문지의 수정 및 조사된 어휘 자료의 체계적인 정리를 통해 갈무리하였다. 이 글에서는 『2013년도 민족생활어 조사2』에 해당하는 어휘 자료의 원자료를 단계적으로 설명한다. 어촌 생활 기초어휘 자료 정리는 연구원별로 3년 동안 동해안, 서해안, 남해안, 제주도의 12개 지역에서 조사된 자료를 기반으로 기초어휘 조사 질문지의 번호에 맞추어 엑셀 자료로 재구성하였다. 엑셀의 주요 항목 구성은 다음과 같다. 1) ‘조사연도, 표제어, 올림말, 용례, 기타정보, 출전정보’의 항목에 따라 방언 조사 시 사전 조사에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 2) ‘표제어’는 사전에 등재되어 있는 어휘, 곧 질문지의 기초어휘 항목과 일치한다. 3) ‘올림말’은 조사된 결과를 일컬으며, ‘용례’를 참고하여 더욱 자세한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 4) ‘기타정보’는 조사된 어형의 분석, 제보자의 특성, 표준어와의 관계, 사전 등재 여부 등의 내용을 얻을 수 있다. 5) ‘출전정보’의 제보자의 거주 지역을 통하여 그 어휘가 사용되고 있는 지역을 알 수 있으므로 인접지역을 조사할 때 참고할 수 있다. 6) ‘멀티정보’인 사진과 음성 정보는 현장 조사에 사용된 그림이나 영상, 제보자의 음성이다. 특히 현장 조사 때 참고할 수 있도록 하였다. 7) ‘표준국어사전등재여부’는 조사된 어휘가 현재 표준국어대사전에 등재 되었는지를 알려준다. 등재되었다 하더라도 그 의미가 현장에서 쓰이는 것과 다른 경우에는 ‘기타정보’에 기재한다. 이러한 기준으로 정리된 자료는 12개 지점의 기초 어휘를 한 눈에 파악함은 물론 한반도 어촌 생활어를 조사, 연구하는 데 기초 자료로써 큰 기여를 할 수 있다. The purpose of this paper is to explain the arrangement methods of ‘everyday word of Korean language research- research of basic vocabulary of fishing village’ conducted by National Institute of Korean Language from 2010 to 2013. ‘Everyday word of Korean language research’- research of basic vocabulary of fishing village is to examine the identity of the fishing village and to do the groundwork for understanding the history of its life. Thus, the ultimate goal of this study is to construct systematic data, investigating the everyday word accompanied with endemic culture of the research are for a fishing village. Through ‘everyday word of Korean language research’- resea rch of basic vocabulary of fishing village for three years, the study came up with eight categories which were ‘1. performer 2. environment 3. catch 4. fishing equipment 5. fishing method and fishery 6. food 7. folklore 8. etcetera.’ Six thousands of vocabularies investigated for three years were placed under the eight categories. The result of three years of research from 2010 to 2012 was put away in order through the edited inquiry of basic vocabulary and the systematic arrangement of researched vocabulary in 2013. Except for inquiry, the study accounts for raw data of the vocabulary of the 『2013 Everyday Word of Korean Language Research 2』 by stages. The arrangement of fishing villages' basic vocabulary was restructured by Excel software, matching the number in the basic vocabulary inquiry based on each researcher's investigation results from twelve regions- the East, West, South coast and Jeju Island for three years. Major item construction in Excel is as follows: 1)According to ‘Year of investigation, headline, entry, example, other information, reference information’, one can use this information to be used in the pre-investigation stage when investigating dialect. 2) ‘Headline’ stands with the vocabularies registered in the dictionary, that is, the basic vocabulary of the inquiry. 3)‘Entry’, called the investigated result, one can gain more detailed information by referring to the ‘example’. 4)‘Other information’ provides the analysis of a researched word form, the characteristics of informant, the relation with the standa rd language, and whether words are registered in dictionary. 5)‘Reference information’, gives the information of the informant's residence place. It gives information of the residents' vocabularie s of the area. The information investigated beforehand helps when researching its adjacent area. 6) The picture and the vocal information, so called, ‘multi information’ are the picture, video, and the informant's voice used in a field st udy. They are, especially, processed to be utilized in a field study. 7)‘The record of Korean standard unabridged dictionary’ notifies that the researched vocabulary is registered or not in Korean standard unabridged dictionary. In spite of being registered, if the meaning is used differently compared with the actual place, it is filled in ‘other information’ The data organized by the criteria above contributes to grasping the basic vocabulary of twelve spots just at a glance as well as studying and investigating fishing village's basic vocabulary of the Korean peninsula.

        에폭시-산무수물계 경화물의 열안정성에 미치는 혼합비의 효과

        Thermal stability of specimen cured at various mixing ratios of epoxy resin to acid anhydride in the presence of an accelerator was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermorgravimetric analysis (TGA), and Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy(FTIR). The mixing ratios, represented by weight ratio (A/E=anhydride/epoxy), were epoxy-excess (A/E=0.6, 0.8), stoixhiometric (A/E=1.0), and anhydride-excess (A/E=1.2). In this study, the mixing ratio greatly affects the maximum glass transition temperature ($T_{g}{\infty}$) and weight loss initiation temperature ($T_{i}$). Among the mixtures, an epoxy-excess ratio, A/E=0.8, showed the highest $T_{g}{\infty}$ and $T_{i}$ which suggests it is the most thermally stable. The thermal stability of the specimen may be attributed to i ) the formation of additional ether linkages which are known to have better thermal resistance than esters, ii ) the increase in the crosslinking density, and iii ) less unreacted epoxy and anhydride groups compared to other ratios. Molecular structure of cured specimen for various mixing ratios is discussed.

        다중 지진 시나리오를 고려한 원전 격납구조물의 조건부평균 스펙트럼 기반 지진취약도 평가

        A methodology to assess seismic fragility of a nuclear power plant (NPP) using a conditional mean spectrum is proposed as an alternative to using a uniform hazard response spectrum. Rather than the single-scenario conditional mean spectrum, which is the conventional conditional mean spectrum based on a single scenario, a multi-scenario conditional mean spectrum is proposed for the case in which no single scenario is dominant. The multi-scenario conditional mean spectrum is defined as the weighted average of different conditional mean spectra, each one of which corresponds to an individual scenario. The weighting factors for scenarios are obtained from a deaggregation of seismic hazards. As a validation example, a seismic fragility assessment of an NPP containment structure is performed using a uniform hazard response spectrum and different single-scenario conditional mean spectra and multi-scenario conditional mean spectra. In the example, the number of scenarios primarily influences the median capacity of the evaluated structure. Meanwhile, the control frequency, a key parameter of a conditional mean spectrum, plays an important role in reducing logarithmic standard deviation of the corresponding fragility curves and corresponding high confidence of low probability of failure (HCLPF) capacity.
