네트워크 모델을 활용한 대장암 5년 생존 위험요소 분석

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that may affect the 5-year survival of colon cancer through network model and to use it as a clinical decision supporting system for colorectal cancer patients. This study was conducted using data from 2,540 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery from 1996 to 2018. Eleven factors related to survival of colorectal cancer were selected by consulting medical experts and previous studies. Analysis was proceeded from the data sorted out into 1,839 patients excluding missing values and outliers. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, BMI, and heart disease were statistically significant in order to identify factors affecting 5-year survival of colorectal cancer. Additionally, a correlation analysis was carried out age, BMI, heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases were correlated with 5-year survival of colorectal cancer. Sex was related with BMI, lung disease, and liver disease. Age was associated with heart disease, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases, and BMI with hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases. Heart disease was associated with hypertension, diabetes, hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases. In addition, diabetes and kidney disease were associated. In the correlation analysis, the network model was constructed with the Network Correlation Coefficient less than p <0.001 as the weight. The network model showed that factors directly affecting survival were age, BMI levels, heart disease, and indirectly influencing factors were diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease and other diseases. If the network model is used as an assistant indicator for the treatment of colorectal cancer, it could contribute to increasing the survival rate of patients.
대학생들의 정치 관여도와 정당 선호도에 따른 옥외정치광고 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대학생 집단을 대상으로 정치 관여도와 정당 선호도에 따라 옥외정치광고 인지 효과와 옥외광고 자체에 대한 평가의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 정치 관여도 수준에 따라 두 집단으로 나누어 옥외정치광고 유형별 인지 효과에 대한 차이를 비교 분석한 결과 명함형 광고에서 두 집단 간에 차이가 나타났다고 관여 집단이 저 관여 집단보다 명함형 광고의 인지적 효과에 보다 높게 나타났다. 아울러 정치 관여수준이 높을수록 옥외정치 광고를 긍정적으로 평가하는 반면., 관여수준이 낮은 경우 옥외정치 광고를 부정적으로 평가하고 있었다. 또한 정당 선호도를 기준으로 정당 선호도가 낮은 집단과 정당 선호도가 높은 집단에 대해서 옥외정치 광고 유형별 인지 효과를 분석한 결과 유권자들의 정당 선호도에 따라 옥외정치 광고 유형별 인지 효과에 차이가 나타났다. 자신이 선호하는 정당에 대해서 낮은 선호 집단보다 정당에 높은 선호도를 보인 집단이 인지 효과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 정치 관여도나 정당 선호도가 높을수록 후보자나 정당 그리고 선거관련 이슈에 대해서 보다 적극적으로 정보를 추구하고자 하는 반면, 정치에 대한 관여와 정당 선호가 낮을수록 이와 같은 행위자체를 거부하거나 정치 냉소주의로 표출될 가능성이 매우 높게 나타난다고 할 것이다. Political party preference in standard where the political party preference the low group and the high group. According to the political party preference of the resultant voters who analyze an outdoor political advertisement type by recognition effect by the difference appears in effect. The research result higher tendency student of political involvement and a political part preference on actively about election pertinent information.
순환골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도와 탄성계수와의 관계에 관한 연구

Various empirical equations for estimating the modulus of elasticity of concrete form the compressive strength have been suggested. In addition, many practical and universal equations for predicting elastic modulus of concrete have been also proposed considering coarse aggregates and types of mineral additions. Meanwhile, these equations are inapplicable to the whole data about recycled aggregate concrete, because mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete highly depend on both the type of recycled aggregates and the ratio in mix proportions of recycled aggregate concrete. In this study, more than 800 experimental data, obtained by many researchers between 1980 and 2010 in Japan, about the relationship between compressive strength and elastic modulus were analyzed statistically. The compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete ranged from 20 MPa to 60 MPa. As a result, a prediction equation for recycled aggregate concrete is proposed, which taRes into consideration of recycled aggregate ratio and recycled aggregate types.
