압력조건에 따른 바이오가스정제의 실험적 고찰

The concentrations of carbon dioxide range from 20 to over 40% in digestor gas. The CO2 can be removed from the biogas in order to increase the calorific values. One of the practical approaches for upgrading the biogas is water scrubbing. The solubility of gases in water follows the Henry's law. In this study, a series of experiments was conducted for CO2 absorption into water under the different flow and pressure conditions. The absorption tower was filled with 2" plastic pall rings. At the pressure of 10kgf/cm2, about 95% of CO2 was removed in the synthetic biogas, which is composed of 45% of CO2 and 55% of nitrogen. The removal rate was maintained even when the gas flow rate was at 15 LPM and water flow at 3 LPM. The results could be used in estimating mass transfer coefficient for the pall rings, and then for designing CO2 absorption tower for biogas upgrading.

광역경제권 기업투자환경 비교분석

기업 활동에 유리한 여건을 조성해야 투자 및 창업이 활성화되고 많은 기업들의 투자를 유치할 수 있을 것이다. 기업이 어느 지역에 투자할 것인가의 문제는 각 지역의 투자환경에 의해 결정될 것이다. 본 연구는 기업투자환경을 4대 영역으로 나누고 이를 다시 10개 하위 영역으로 나눈 후, 각 영역별 가중치를 구하고 영역별 평가점수를 표준화하여 기업투자환경 지수를 산출하였다. 최근 지역발전의 방향이 광역적 연계를 강조하기 때문에 정부에서 제시한 7개 광역경제권별로 투자환경지수를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과를 종합한 결과, 수도권과 동남권 및 대경권의 기업투자환경이 상대적으로 우위에 있는 것으로 평가되었고 강원과 제주권, 그리고 호남권과 충청권의 투자환경이 상대적으로 열위인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경제권별로 기업투자유치를 추진할 때, 지역에 대한 강?약점을 충분히 인지하고 장점을 활용하고 약점을 보완하는 바람직한 기업유치 전략을 수립할 필요가 있겠다. In order to energize investment and entrepreneurial activities, and promote investment from other companies, setting advantageous condition benefiting corporate activities in advance is significant. When a corporate comes to decide an investment area, the investment circumstances of each region is very critical issue. In this study, investment circumstances index is calculated by dividing investment circumstances into 4 areas, and subdividing these 4 areas into 10 subcategories for each area, then calculating the weighted values from each subcategory, and standardizing evaluation values of each category. Because the connection among great-sphere economic region is emphasized in when discussing the direction of regional development, this study compares and analyzes investment circumstances index by seven economic regions proposed by the Korean government. In outcome being considered the analysis results above together, the investment circumstances in Seoul metropolitan region, East-south region and Daegu-Gyeongbuk region was comparatively superior to Gangwon, Jeju, Honam and Chungcheong region. Therefore, it would be necessary to establish appropriate strategies being considered strength and weakness of a region in order to attract businesses, when promoting investment by each economic region.

Biogas produced in digestion processes is mainly composed of methane and carbon dioxide. The concentration of carbon dioxide ranges from 30% to over 40%. Therefore, a special engine or upgrading biogas is required in using the gas as an alternative fuel. The upgrading biogas includes removal of CO₂ for increasing calorific values. When the biogas is conditioned, it can be used to fuel many natural gas powered engines or appliances. In this study, synthetic biogas was prepared by mixing methane with CO₂ gases, and commercial engine generators were tested for their power outputs and engine runs depending on the gas compositions. A natural-gas engine showed a reasonable engine runs and powers. The powers generated were directly related to the concentration of the methane in the synthetic biogas. Meanwhile, a modified gasoline engine resulted more adaptable power outputs, compared to the natural gas powered generator.

With the rapid growth of the Internet and related application of the World Wide Web (WWW), there is much discussion on the application of this technology in educational environment. Success of implementing information technology at the campus is largely depend upon the professor's attitudes and managing skills. The purpose of this research is to gather information how university professors use information technology; personal computer, pe-telecommunication, and internet. In addition, this research describes how professors percieve the usefulness of information technology as well as what factors influence them to use. Data were gathered via mail survey. 134 questionnaire were delivered to professors of Dong-Shin university. 70 respondents returned the questionnaire form. Date were analyzed by using SPSS-PC. Forty-four (62.8%) respondents revealed that they had difficult experiences because of their poor computer skills. Among 70 respondents, only 23 respondents indicate they use internet. However, in terms of internet training, over 80 percent of respondents pointed that they would like to participate the training class if university offers. The most common discouraging factors of internet use that respondents pointed out are expense of use, inconvenient user interface, poor English skills and misused information by others. Training should be reinforced to activate information technology use in the campus.

多次元尺度를 이용한 地域百貨店 포지셔닝 硏究

The department stores in Korea, which represent the existing distribution industries, face a structural turning point. Especially, such environmental changes seriously threaten the department stores in Kwangju. In addition the big department stores and discount stores in Seoul opened or will open their branch shops in Kwangju, and so the keen competition of local industries is expected. If the big department stores with rich fund and advanced management know-how establish their branch shops in local areas, the status of existing local department stores will lowered as much. Therefore, the local department stores need to analyze and examine all conditions of competitors as well as their own current conditions and levels. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the department stores have been recognized by consumers as a pre-stage for facing the environmental changes, to schematize the consumer's preference for department stores in Kwangju spatially and to connect the properties which compose the image of a department store based on the perceptual position and competitive relations which the consumers recognize for four department stores (Garden, Songwon, Shinsegae and Funny) in Kwangju as research objects, and then to find the strength and weakness of a department store. This study uses PC-MDS program to grasp the competitive relations among department stores and make a positioning map. As a result of examining the matrix data about customers' responses for the degree of similarity of four department stores by each couple with a KYST analysis, Shinsegae and Songwon are superior to Garden and Funny. In addition, in order to interpret the axis (dimension) of scheme from KYST, this study abstracts 12 properties which compose the images of department stores and performs a PROFIT analysis, and furthermore consumers are asked to choose their preferred department stores in three conditions (gift purchase, dress purchase, and A/S and disposal of returned goods) and then this study conducts PREFMAP analysis. The result suggests that the consumers recognize Shinsegae and Songwon as the best department stores. Finally, the results of this study show the perceptual position of four department stores in Kwangju schematically and propose the position of the most ideal department stores, and this study suggests the direction of strategy for positioning of department stores in Kwangju, as a pre-stage to understand how the department stores are recognized by consumers, in order to cope with the environmental changes.
