        Rhizobium meliloti TAL1372 에서 섬유소분해효소 유전자 클로닝

        The involvement of the cell-wall degrading enzymes in Rhizobium has long been an unsolved question about the infection process in the formation of root nodule. To assess the contribution of the cellulase to the nodulation of rhzobia, here we report the production of cellulase from R. meliloti TAL1372 which degrade carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) model substrate with CMC-plate method. We constructed a genomic library by cloning Sau3A-digested genomic DNA from R meliloti TAL1372 into the BamHI site of the cosmid vector pLAFR3. Out of more than one thousand transductants of E. coli, one clone (pRCB-71) had CM-cellulose activity and contained pLAFR3 cosmid with 30 kb insert of R. meliloti DNA. The product of CM-cellulose gene was analyzed by native PAGE. About 45 kD protein was considered to be a product of the gene. Tn5 mutagenesis reveals that the structural gene located in a ca 3kb KpnI fragment. The cellulose-minus mutants of R. meliloti TAL1372 were obtained by Tn5 mutagenesis of pRC8-71 and marker exchange techniques. Analyses of the nodulation ability of these Tn5 mutants showed that the CM-cellulose gene of R. meliloti TAL1372 may be involved in early nodulation development on alfalfa.

        Effect of Injection Temperature Condition on Root Mean Square and Peak-to-Valley of F-theta Lens

        This study is focused on the root mean square and peak-to-valley based on the injection conditions of the f-theta lens, one of the main components of laser printers and laser scanning systems. The f-theta lens of an aspherical plastic lens requires ultra-preaction. Injection molding is typically used for the mass production of aspherical plastic lenses. In the injection-molding method, the resin in the lens shape is filled with the resin after melting the plastic pellets at a constant temperature and then cooled. It is necessary to maintain a uniform injection molding system to produce high-quality lenses. These injection-molding systems are influenced by different factors, such as pressure, speed, temperature, mold, and cooling. It is possible to obtain a lens that exhibits the optical characteristics required to achieve harmony. We investigated the root mean square and peak-to-valley caused by variations in temperature, a critical parameter in the melting and cooling of plastic resins generated inside and outside the injection mold.

        21세기 대학선교 어떻게 할 것인가? ; 기독교 채플을 통한 선교

        The majority of Christian universities in Korea require students to earn credits in a liberal arts chapel course in order to fulfill the founding ideologies of the Christian universities. In this thesis, I will first examine freedom of religion and the university chapel courses, then take a look at the identity of the Christian university and the status of the establishment of the chaplain``s office. Finally, I will explore the meaning of the university chapel and the mission being performed through the chapel. Unlike national and public universities or elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, the Supreme Court ruled that private Christian universities have the right to witness to students through chapel hours as long as it does not violate their rights of freedom of religion. However, chapel classes are different from church services because they are actual college courses. Chapel courses do not set their objectives on nurturing the religious person through conviction and conversion, but rather the focus is to formulate Christian values into people. This is the limit of ministry in universities. In order for a Christian university to properly minister, it must have a firm identity as a Christian university. The identity of the Christian church must be found in the founding goals and the founding reason. There can only be an uncertainty of identity when such acts as privatization by an individual out of greedy intentions occurs. In order for effective chapel services and ministry the chaplain``s office should not need to rely upon the chancellor of the university, but should be able to stand alone. University ministry should not just be the responsibility of the chaplain``s office, but rather the whole university should be involved in this ministry. Also, Christian denominations should actively participate in the ministry. The university chapel courses should enlighten and interpret today``s social issues through the word of God. The university ministry should move away from merely defending the conservative Christian faith, and efforts should be made to move toward bringing forth a new Christian culture. Although many different methods can and should be used in chapel classes, a uniform standard method should be avoided in favor of a method where choices can be made and ideas are free and welcome. Also, in order for a highly effective chapel to suit the needs of college students in the information technology era, the use of multi -media and the development of cyber chapels are needed.

        공공건설사업 건설성과 영향요인 가중치 개발

        공공건설사업은 사람들의 복지 후생 향상과 국가 또는 공공단체 등이 공공자원을 사용하여 시행된다. 따라서 본 논문은 공공건설사업의 성과를 제고시키기 위해 건설성과에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하였다. 그리고 전문가를 대상으로 AHP를 실시하여 영향요인 별 영향정도를 가중치로 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 영향요인을 건설관련 제도, 프로젝트 관리노력, 프로젝트 환경을 구분하고 세부 영향요인 16개를 제시하였다. 그 결과 적정 예산확보, 합리적 사업시행 절차, 사전 기획 등의 순으로 가중치가 결정되었다. 이는 시공 이전단계의 업무에 해당되는 요인들로 시공이전단계의 관리업무의 중요성을 나타내고 있다. 반면, 자재조달, 작업난이도, 현장 조건 등 시공과 관련된 요인의 중요도는 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가중치가 높게 나타난 영향요인을 중점 관리하여 건설공사의 성공적인 수행이 가능 할 것이다. Public construction projects are implemented by government or public agencies using public resources to enhance the welfare of the people. Therefore, this paper investigates the impact factors for public construction performance. Then, the weights for impact factors are assigned using AHP. The impact factors are categorized into construction policies, project management efforts, and project environment. Further, 16 detail impact factors are listed in each category. The results show that weights are ordered in appropriate budget, reasonable project implementation process, and pre-project planning. These impact factors are related with pre-construction management activities. However, construction related impact like procurement, work difficulty, and construction environment show relatively low weights. The results can be useful to improve construction performance with managing impact factors showed high weights.

        A Study on Thermal Simulation for Adhesive Curing of Cylindrical Cigarettes

        In this study, cigarettes, which are an essential element in the production of tobacco, are generally not cylindrical. The main materials used for cigarettes are generally hemp and pulp. For the production of cylindrical cigarettes, the cigarettes or cylinders are mounted via gluing. This adhesive is a vinyl acetate emulsion, a high-temperature melt adhesive, and is adhered in a cylindrical shape immediately after being linearly applied to the inner surface of the paper roll or a local part. These adhesives are greatly affected by the atmospheric temperature of the manufacturing space in summer and winter. In the summer, even if the adhesive is temporarily adhered, the coagulation time of the adhesive is long, and problems such as deterioration of the adhesive state occur. in the winter, there is a problem that the temperature of the manufacturing space is low and the adhesive force of the adhesive is poor, resulting in defective adhesive products. In order to solve these problems, another heat transfer device is utilized to cure the remaining adhesive to ensure higher adhesiveness.

        Effect of Injection Molding Conditions of Effective Surface Properties of F-theta Lens

        The effective surface of lens was studied for injection molding process and to enable mass production of f-theta lens, which is the primary component of laser printers and laser scanning systems. Injection molding is an optimal method if f-theta lens is frequently used for the mass production of plastic lenses as an aspherical lens that requires ultra-precision. A uniform injection molding system should be maintained to produce high quality lenses. Additionally, to maintain these injection molding systems, various factors such as pressure, speed, temperature, mold and cooling should be considered. However, a lens with the optical characteristics of an f-theta lens can be obtained. The effects of melting and cooling of plastic resin on the effective surface of f-theta lenses and the numerous factors that affect the injection molding process were studied.

        This study examines the processing and performance of an f-theta lens, one of the main components used in laser printer and laser scanning systems. To design an f-theta lens, the optical path of the components of the laser scanning unit f-theta lens, cylinder lens, and collimator lens must be identified.       • 야생 버섯시장의 유통구조와 가격 변동 추이 (충북지역을 중심으로)

        본 연구는 충북지역의 야생 버섯에 대한 유통구조와 버섯 발생시기에 따른 가격 변동 추이를 알고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 충북지역에서 야생 버섯은 청주 육거리시장, 청천 푸른내시장, 문경재래시장, 제천 청풍 재래시장등을 통하여 유통되고 있었으며 청천 푸른내시장이 규모가 가장 컸다. 야생버섯의 유통구조는 채집자에게 상인이 직접구매하고 이를 소비자에게 판매하는 시스템이다. 판매되는 야생버섯의 종류나 생산량은 그 해의 기온이나 강수량에 따라 다르며 일반적으로 9월 중순부터 11월 초까지 판매된다. 야생버섯의 가격은 종류별로 다르며 송이나 능이를 제외하고 1kg에 약10,000원 ~ 40,000원까지의 가격이 형성되고 이 시기에 생 표고버섯의 생산지 가격은 1kg에 약10,000원 ~ 12,000원이였다. 야생버섯의 판매가 마감되는 시기는 다색벚꽃버섯(Hygrophorus russula)이 9월 초중순으로 가장 빨랐으며 흰굴뚝버섯(Boletopsis leucomelas)이 가장 늦게 까지 판매되었다. This study was conducted to investigate the distribution system and price fluctuation of wild edible mushoom in ChungBuk-do. The wild mushrooms sold at Yukgeo-ri market in Chung-ju, Pulun-ne market in Chung-Chun, Mun-kyoung conventional market and Chung-Pung conventional market in Je-Chun. In those markets the traders bought wild edible mushrooms from local collecters, and directly sold to consumers. The wild edible mushroom speices numbers and amounts of sales were influenced by temperature and rainfall during the season. It was usually sold in September to Nobember. Wild edible mushroom prices differed according to species. It was 10,000 ~ 40,000 won per 1kg(except for Tricholoma mastake and Sarcodon aspratus). Letinula edodes was 10,000 ~ 12,000 won per 1kg at the same season. Hygrophorus russula was sold out faster than other mushrooms, and Boletopsis leucomelas was sold at the end of the season.
