      • Na_2O-Fe_2O_3-P_2O_5계 유리의 유전특성과 적외선 투과 특성에 관한 연구

        The dielectric properties and infrared transmission properties of the some glass in the system Na_2O-Fe_2O_3-P_2O_5 were studied by changing the melting point. This system contains Na_2 which confers an ionic conductivity on glass and Fe_2O_3 an electronical conductivity. The glass samples were prepared by melting at the glassifying temperature and melting temperature was varied at the 100℃ and 200℃ higher temperature. The dielectric properties was measured over the temperature range 20℃ ∼ 100℃ with changing the frequency from 10^4Hz. The infrared transmission properties were measured by KBr pellet methed.

      • 紫外線照射 複合에폭시樹脂의 劣化와 絶緣破壞

        This paper studied the effect of ultra-violet light on the electrical breakdown, oxidation and degradation of epoxy resin which is widely used to reinforce the insulating feature of various kinds of electrical apparatus. The specimen employed in this study is type A Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH)_3, which is irradiated with UV light. A low-pressure mercury lamp is used as the source of the light, the wave lengh of which ranges from 253.7nm to 435nm. Through the experiment, the irradiation intensity is measured to be 4510㎼/㎠. The results obtained are as follows. 1. The irradiation of UV light creates the carbonyl group and causes crazes on the surface of the specimen. 2. As the duration of the irradiation of UV light is prolonged, the electrical breakdown strength decreases at different rates depending on the amount of filler in the specimen. That is, a larger amount of filler makes the specimen undergo the electrical breakdown at a lower rate.

      • SnO₂/Si 移種接合 太陽電池 特性에 관한 硏究

        In this study, the SnO_2/(n)Si solar cell was fabricated by electron beam evaporation method, and their properties were investigated. Also the resistivity and optical transmission of SnO_2 thin film were measured, and the relations between this results and solar cell characteristics were considered, and the following conclusions were obtained. (1) In proportion to increase of substrate and annealing temperature, the conductivity of SnO_2 thin film becomes increasing, but its optical transmission decreases because of increasing optical absorption of free electrons in the thin film. (2) Solar cell characteristics were improved by annealing. But the SnO_2/Si solar cell was deteriorted by heat treatment above 500℃. (3) The optimal outputs of SnO_2/Si solar cell through above investigation were V_sc: 350mV, I_∝: mA/㎠, FF : 0.41, η=4.74%

      • 비정질 TbFeCo 합금 증착박막의 자기광학효과

        최근 광자기 기록매체로 주목받고 있는 RE-TM계 비정질 박막을 T $b_{x}$ (F $e_{0.9}$ $Co_{0.1}$)$_{100-x}$ (x=14, 17, 20, 23, 27[at%])의 조성비를 갖는 모합금을 만든후 진공증착방법으로 합금박막을 제작하였다. 각시료의 조성에 따른 자기광학효과를 알아보기 위하여 80K부터 600K에서 포화자화( $M_{s}$ )와 보자력( $H_{c}$)에 대한 온도의존성과 자기이방성상수(Ku), Polar Kerr 이력곡선을 측정하였다. 또한 Curie 온도 근처에서 열처리 시간에 따른 자기 토크 곡선의 변화를 분석 함으로써 합금박막 표면의 산화정도를 정성적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 실험결과 T $b_{22.72}$(F $e_{68.78}$ $Co_{8.5}$)인 시료가 상온에서 8.4KOe의 보자력을 가졌으며 T $b_{x}$(x=23[at%])인 경우가 가장 큰 수직자기이방성을 나타냈다. Polar Kerr 이력곡선은 Tb함량 x=25~26[at%]에서 부호가 반전됨을 알 수 있었다.다.다.다.

      • 都心 住居機能의 衰退意味와 要因에 관한 硏究

        This study is to secure the necessity and validity of recovering the urban dwelling function by examining and systematizing the meaning and factors of degeneration of urban dwelling functions and the concrete results of this study are as follows. 1. It is frequent that the degeneration of urban dwelling functions is interpreted as a part of temporarily necessary phenomena resulted in the stage of urban growth, but in the light of the aspects and seriousness of problems resulted from this, it is considered that the preparation of alternative for recovering its functions is very urgent. 2. The degeneration of urban dwelling functions means the decrease of population residing at urban area and the dispersion of the whole urban population according to the shift of residence and for establishing the index of degeneration, the continuous research and analysis of the current and motif of residential shift in urban area should be conducted on the basis of the understanding of urban spatial structure. 3. The degeneration of urban dwelling functions is resulted by complex effects of various factors, but since the weakening of competitiveness in urban location of housing and the lowering of environmental quality are major causes of the degeneration, the preparation of architectural planning and urban planning alternatives is required for improving this.

        Choosing ten public thoroughfares in Taejon, I analyzed the already equiped illumination system on them and studied the most reasonable design, depended upon the standard illumination of the street. I think it would be fortune if this thesis is able to contribute to the development of our local community.

      • Indium 添加된 CdS/(p)Si 異種接合 太陽電池의 製造 및 特性에 관한 硏究

        In this study, the CdS/(p)Si solar cell was fabricated by electron-beam evaporation method, and their properties were investigated. Also the resistivity and optical transmission of CdS thin film were measured. The relation between this results and solar cell characteristics was considered, and came to as follow conclusion. 1. CdS this film is the polycrystalline in direction of (002), and has the hexagonal structure. In proportion to increase of substrate and annealing temperature, the optical band gap, and therefore the photo-transmittance in the absorption edge increases, while conductivity above the critical conditions decreases. 2. In proportion to Indium concentration, the resistivity of CdS thin film is the lowest when Indium concentration is 2[wt%]. In the photo-transmittance for the whole visible light, when the concentration is 2 [wt%], Burstein- Moss shift is the largest. 3. I_SC, V_OC FF, η, display the maximum value when the annealing temperture is at 350[℃]. 4. The characterisitcs of solar cells, that is I_SC V_OC FF, η, fabricated by mixture with In, somewhat more increases than those which is not mixed with. 5. In the optimal conditions the I-V characterisitics of the fabricated CdS/(p)Si solar cells shows as follows. V_OC:450[mV], I_SC:11.5[mA/㎠'], FF:0.475, η:4.92[%]

      • 變壓器의 過渡勵磁電流 豫測法

        Accurate modeling of the transformer, including its saturation characteristics, is an important requirement for studying inrush current, overvoltage and ferroresonance conditions. This paper describes a straightforward method of determining the parameters for a standard T-type equivalent circuit representation of the transformer which can be used to predict the inrush current with good accuracy. The method relies on test measurements that can be readily performed on site: there is no need for design data on the transformer. A comparison of the computed waveforms with measured waveforms of the inrush currents of a distribution transformer is used to verify the accuracy of the method.
