        The following study looks at the importance of internal communication, which has been an area predominantly an area of the service, in the manufacturing industry. Through this study we look at how the five elements: information sharing, cooperation, communication, interpersonal relationship, and atmosphere affects goal achievement, job satisfaction, and customer service. In order to find this relationship we observed various forms of events including: award ceremonies, seminars, workshops, employee education workshops, lectures, employee trainings, etc. We found that there is indeed a deep correlation between communication and employee job satisfaction. Through an analysis, we learned that all five elements greatly affected job performance. Especially first, information sharing and job performance had a positive relationship and second, cooperation had a positive relationship with job performance. Next, communication and job performance had a direct relationship and communication had a deep correlation with goal achievement, job satisfaction. Fourth, although interpersonal relationship and goal achievement did not have a direct correlation, interpersonal relationship affected job satisfaction and customer service to a large extent. Lastly, the atmosphere at a job had a significant relationship with goal achievement and job satisfaction. Therefore through this study we learn that in the manufacturing industry, communication should be further emphasized and should be approached differently pending on the employees.

      • 기업내부이벤트 커뮤니케이션이 조직 갈등해소에 미치는 영향

        This study explores the importance of internal communication through corporate event. Today’s business environment of a corporate has become increasingly competitive and struggling to survive in the market. Therefore, improvement of a corporate’s position in their business environment is crucial, and effective communication in an organization represents the role of enhancing the organization’s competitiveness. In this research, it is revealed that how the communication function of corporate event may influence on the resolution of conflicts within an organization. Through previous research, five key factors of corporate event communication function have been generated as information sharing, cooperation, communication, interpersonal relationship and atmosphere. Whereas, key factors of organizational conflict resolution were found as collaboration and consolidation, persuasion and compromise, and problem solving. With these factors on questionnaire, data were collected from 230 participants of a corporate event while they were to leave the venue after their experience and activities at the event. A total of 223 responses among 230 samples were analysed by SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 for verifying the hypothesis. Findings were 1. The organizational conflict resolution factor of ‘collaboration and consolidation’ was mainly affected by the event communication factors of ‘cooperation’, communication, and ‘interpersonal relationship’, 2. The organizational conflict resolution factor of ‘persuasion and compromise’ was mainly influenced by the event communication factors of ‘information sharing’, ‘cooperation’, and ‘communication’, 3. The organizational conflict resolution factor of ‘problem solving’ was affected by ‘cooperation’, ‘communication’, and ‘interpersonal relationship’. Thus the event communication factors of ‘cooperation’ and ‘communication’ were the most influential factors to resolve the organization’s conflict by the means of corporate event communication functions.

        마쉬리크와 마그립의 교육정책 및 제도의 특성 비교

        이 논문은 마쉬리크와 마그립 아랍 국가의 정책 및 체제 내에서 교육 정책적 특성의 추적을 중심으로, 사우디아라비아에서 추구하는 근본적인 이슬람 원칙과 튀니지의 정책기조인 국민교육을 통한 중산층 기반 확대에 대한 분석을 통하여 양국의 교육 시스템에서 제반 특성에 대해 비교 설명을 연구목표로 한다. 세부적으로, 양국의 교육 이념과 제도, 교육관리 체제와 교육정책의 특성을 독립이후 역사적 발전 과정에서 조망하고, 채용하는 교육원칙과 방향 및 우선정책 목표를 확인한다. 연구결과, 사우디아라비아의 교육은 기본적으로 이슬람의 원리와 이상을 체득시키는 과정이며, 아랍인의 정체성을 교과 과정과 방향으로 유지하고자 한다. 반면에 튀니지는 국가 교육이 사회 및 공공 측면을 강조하여 국민 전체에게 교육의 기회를 제공 한다는 개념으로 프랑스 학제 표준의 특성에 따른 이슬람의 가치 및 지중해 문화와 전통의 균형을 원칙으로 하고 있다고 평가하였다. 마쉬리크의 사우디아라비아와 마그립의 튀니지는 무상교육을 원칙으로 하고 있는 점이 공통적 특징이다. 결국 사우디아라비아의 교육은 이슬람의 가치와 이념에 대한 축적 과정으로써 아랍의 정체성이 교육과정 및 방향에 담보되어 있고, 특히, 영어권의 국제적(미국식) 학제기준을 준거하고 있어서 교육 환경의 국제적 연계성이 높은 것으로 평가된다. 튀니지는 주요 국민교육이 사회‧후생적 측면이 강조되어서 국민전체에게 교육의 기회를 부여한다는 개념으로, 전체 마그립국가의 특성인 프랑스식의 학제 기준을 준거하고 있으며, 피교육생에 대한 이슬람과 지중해 문화가 균형을 이룬 국제적 교육을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 프랑스에서는 유급제도가 완화(2015년 법 개정)되고 상황인 반면, 튀니지는 과감한 유급제도를 통한 경쟁력 확보의 원리에 기초한 인적 자본형성을 교육의 우선순위에 놓고 있다고 평가된다. The main goal of this study is to trace the details in the educational system of an Arab country through the law and rule of Saudi Arabia in Mahraq and Tunisia in Maghreb. Some issues, such as a major factor in educational value, in addition to general education policies, primary education, middle school education, and high education systems of the Mashreq and Maghreb Arab countries were discussed. Also, with elaboration upon reasons from different viewpoints that might give us implications to extend educational horizon of understanding to Arab society. The common feature of Saudi Arabia and Tunisia is a principle of free education. In addition, the education of Saudi Arabia is a process of accumulation of Islamic values and ideals, and the identity of the Arabs is secured in the curriculum and direction. On the other hand, Tunisia is the notion that major national education emphasizes social and public aspects, giving education opportunities to the whole people. They follow a principle of international education, which is in accordance with the characteristics of the French interdisciplinary standards and balances the Islamic and Mediterranean cultures.
