        한국임상암학회 전이성 전립선암 치료 지침

        The management of advanced prostate cancer has evolved rapidly. Androgen deprivation therapy, via surgical or medical castration, is the first-line therapy for hormone-naive metastatic prostate cancer. For approximately a decade, docetaxel-based chemotherapy was the only approved agent to show a survival benefit for castration-resistant prostate cancer. However, over the last 5 years, significant advances in the field have led to the approval of several new agents with different mechanisms of action, such as the new androgen pathway inhibitors abiraterone and enzalutamide, a new cytotoxic agent, cabazitaxel, and new bone-seeking agents such as radium-223, which have all been associated with improved quality of life and pain palliation and an increase in survival. However, there has been no Korean treatment guideline for metastatic prostate cancer which is developed based on thorough search for relevant articles, including recently developed agents, and adequate review and assessment of evidences, and thus, a guideline adequate for domestic circumstance is eagerly needed. Experts from the Genitourinary Oncology Committee of the Korea Cancer Study Group developed clinical recommendations for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer based on 19 key questions. The Korean Association for Clinical Oncology, the Korean Prostate Society, the Korean Urological Oncology Society, and the Korean Society of Pathologists reviewed and endorsed the guidelines. These are the first Korean treatment guidelines developed specifically for metastatic prostate cancer. (Korean J Med 2017;92:124-141)

        Vibro crushed-stone compacted pile (VCCP) method is one of a ground improvement technique by a vibro compaction in vertical direction with crushed stone to build up stone pile foundation in other to ensure stability of soft ground. In spite of its long applied history in geotechnical engineering division, most of studies have not been based on the reliable In-situ condition but on the laboratory tests including model tests. These model tests can express standard and ideal behavior but exceptional status that can be occur in the ground cannot be considered efficiently. This study performed the the series of trial construction to investigate the effect of VCCP method on the improvement of soft ground expecially in railroad construction site.

      • 호텔의 IMC 활동이 고객만족과 호텔 신뢰에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 서울지역 특급호텔의 이용고객을 대상으로 호텔기업의 IMC활동에 고객만족, 고객들의 호텔 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 검증결과, 첫째, 호텔의 IMC 활동 중 홍보와 고객만족의 관계에서, β=.511, t=10.074, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 광고와 고객만족관계에서 β=-.040, t=-.859로 나타나 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이벤트와 고객만족관계에서 β=.190, t=4.225, p<.05로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 판매촉진과 고객만족관계에서 β=.336, t=7.319, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호텔의 IMC 활동이 고객의 호텔신뢰에 미치는 영향은 가설검증 결과, 호텔의 IMC 활동중 홍보와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서, β=.475, t=8.70, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가광고와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서 β=.046, t=.920으로 나타나 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이벤트와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서 β=.116, t=2.398, p<.05로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 판매촉진과 고객만족관계에서 β=.330, t=6.684, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족이 호텔 고객신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 고객만족은 호텔 고객 신뢰의 관계에서 β=.859, t=27.003, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Third, the customer is satisfied with the regression analysis was performed to analyze the impact on the hotel customer confidence. Hypothesis Testing results showed that customer satisfaction is the hotel on the customer’s trust in the relationship β = .859, t = 27.003, p shows a significant effect as <0.001.

        연구논문 : 호텔 그린마케팅이 서비스 가치, 서비스 질 및 구매결정에 미치는 영향

        This study relates to the green marketing in a hotel. This study is to theoretically examine the existing research with regard to the green marketing and to verify the green marketing`s impact on the purchase decision by consumers for services in a hotel enterprise, which produces and sells services. Green marketing not only focuses on a customer`s need and desire in addition to a satisfaction of demand. But also, it is a marketing activity, which focuses on the quality of men`s life in consideration of a customer in a broader dimension. It is conceptualized as marketing based on a production, sales and collection of a product, which is based on an environmental protection and a pollution factor is eliminated in. Consumers who are sensitive to an environmental issue as well as how a service and a product are produced, distributed and sold will play an important role in a consumption of a product like "green". In this regard, this study is to try to examine the consumers` reaction on an environment, which is a sensitive part. This study is i) to focus on a green marketing as a means to enhance a hotel image and to improve a management outcome; ii) to derive factors of activities with respect to a hotel`s green marketing; iii) to review correlation with relevant purchase decision for services; and iv) to study variables which affect such relationship.

        기내 엔터테인먼트 시스템에 대한 승객태도와 행동의도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용하여 승객들이 기내 엔터테인먼트 시스템에 대해 지각하는 인식수준과 그에 따른 태도와 행동의도와의 영향관계를 파악하여 항공사 고객 유치에 필요한 마케팅전략수립에 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 총 318부의 설문지를 유효표본으로 분석에 적용하였다. 분석방법으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성, 지각된 즐거움은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 지각된 즐거움이 태도에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 태도는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 기내 엔터테인먼트 시스템의 유용성과 편의성을 활용한 마케팅 전략의 필요성을 증명하였으며, 다양한 기내 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠를 승객의 기호에 맞게 제공해야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 기내 엔터테인먼트 시스템은 고객의 충성도를 향상시키는데 매우 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment toward in-flight entertainment on passengers` attitude and behavior intentions. Data were collected from 318 respondents who experienced long-haul flight. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to examine the reliability and validity of constructs. Path analysis also used to test the hypotheses. Empirical analysis was undertaken and reported here to explain the factors that influence user`s adoption of in-flight entertainment by the Extended Technology Acceptance Model. Five factors were identified: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, attitude and behavior intentions. This study findings reveal that the Extended Technology Acceptance Model has a satisfactory fit to the data and the underlying dimensions have a significant effect on attitude and behavior intentions to use in-flight entertainment system. Among them, perceived enjoyment is the most important factor affecting passengers` attitude. In-flight entertainment system is the primary factors affecting passengers` choice and it contributes greatly to passengers` satisfaction with airline services. Therefore, airlines need to make a big effort to provide differentiated and high-quality contents of in-flight entertainment system to attract more passengers. The implications of this study for future research are discussed.

        호텔입지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구

        This paper investigates the determinants of hotel location using the multiple regression analysis. It employs a two-stage model that estimates the relationship number of hotel and characteristic of retail trade areas in a stage one using the diagram graph and then a model investigating the determinants of a number of hotels. The data include information on real estate price, pedestrian traffic, number of business for 29 retail trade area in Seoul. Our findings are three parts. First, many of the hotels is relatively located in the Jonggak station, Gangnam station, and Yeongdeungpo station retail trade areas in Seoul. Second, the hotel is clustered with the restaurants·hotel, and service business in Seoul. Third, there is a positive relation between pedestrian traffic and number of hotels. the hotel has an even appeal to a large proportion of 20 age passing-by women pedestrian. In summary, the result provided the basis for implementation of a hotel location model analysis.

        호텔 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This article investigated that influence of the servant leadership of hotel manager on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Because it requires a new leadership applies to the hotel management. To research, survey was conducted by people who employees working in five-star hotel located in Seoul and Gyunggi-do. and 348 respondents answered. 337copies of questionnaire among them are effective for analysis after excluding the insincere answers. The collected data was analyzed by reliability, factor analysis, correlations and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. As the results of analysis, Servant leadership``s factors(awareness and foresight, commitment to growth, listening, persuasion and conceptualization) influenced job satisfaction. And Servant leadership``s factors(awareness and foresight, community building, commitment to growth, empathy and persuasion) influenced organizational commitment. Based on the study, suggestions are as follows: First, To the servant leadership paradigm shift, the leader``s attention is required. Second, The discussion is necessary about ``stewardship`` and ``healing``. Third, the preparation of a hotel is required for a paradigm shift in Servant Leadership.

        1,3-Dichloropropanol 흡입에 의한 랫드간의 조직변화에 관한 연구

        1,3-Dichloro-2-propanol (1,3-DCP) is known as chloride chemicals and causes severe hepatotoxic agent. The Ito cells and Kupffer's cells of the liver in the 5 old F344 Rats were exposed to 1,3-DCP gas chamber for 6 hours/a day, 5 days/a week, and 13 weeks, in the 0, 5, 20, 80 ppm, respectively. After then the body weights, liver weights, and relative liver weight to body weight were measured, and the hepatic tissues were prepared by the routine and Immunostain method, and observed by the LM, and EM. In the results, there were severe body weight decrease (p<0.05) in the 80 ppm of the male and female rats. The relative liver weights to the body weight were increased relate with exposed 1,3-DCP concentration (P<0.001). Inflammatory cells, infiltration was observed at the perivascular area in the 20 ppm exposed group, and bilirubin pigment infiltration, bile duct hyperplasia, inflammation hepatocytic necrosis, fibrosis were observed in the 80 ppm exposure group. In the 80 ppm exposure group, disarrangement of the endothelial cells, erythrocytes and hepatic cell fragment in the Disse space and numerous migration macrophages were observed in the necrotic area by EM observation. In the immunostained hepatic tissues positive stained ED1 cells were extremely increased (P<0.05) in central vein area, but ED2 was weakly positive immunostained in the 80 ppm exposed group. Immunostained desmin was observed in the Ito cell. It was no difference in the low and medium exposed group but it was typical increase in the necrotic area. In conclusion, These results suggest that NOAEL of 1,3-DCP may be 5 ppm in rats and the Immunostained of desmin, ED1 and ED2 positive cells activated in the inflammatory liver were related to the exposure volume and density. The increase of the lto cells were related to the severe phagocytosis of the Kupffer's cells.
