        Noonan 증후군에 동반된 DCRV와 심방중격결손증 -1례 보고-

        Noonan syndrome is characterized by typical facies, congenital heart defect, and some clinical features similar to Turner syndrome, but with normal chromosomes. The most commonly associated cardiac defects are pulmonary valvular stenosis and strial septal defect. We experienced a case of Nonan syndrome associated with pulmonay valve stenosis with double-chambered right ventricle and atrial septal defect and cryptorchidism. Pulmonary valvotomy was done through transannular incision. Hypertrophied muscle bundles were excised. Atrial septal defect was closed directly. RVOT was reconstructed with pericardial transannular patch. Orchiopexy was performed simultaneously without any problem.

        융⋅복합 스토리텔링과 BM(Business Model) 개발

        Storytelling at the Korean content market has always been considered an important topic. However, the current storytelling debate continues to shrink. Of course, the storytelling as a source of media content is still meaningful. However, the problem is that the media content market, to which storytelling can be applied, has reached saturation, whereby the discussion in that field no longer proceeds. And such problems are even more evident in the creative writing education of the university. In connection with the creative writing major, storytelling was accommodated in various ways, but educa- tion that can produce practical effects can still be inadequate. In particular, the point is that the research and discussion of storytell- ing, which can produce economic goods on the industrial side, is in short supply. It is necessary to more seriously accept these prob- lems if the above is the only thing that has to do with the fact that the power that debate on future storytelling can develop can produce economic goods. In this regard, in this article, we developed a storytelling Business Model (BM) based on this by consulting the possibility of business through fusion of storytelling at university and ICT technology, based on a Web novel I would like to discuss the possibility of BM development, the possibility of BM development in collaboration with sightseeing, history and culture contents.

        農村과 都市에서의 子女養育態度

        The comparative study was done on the child-rearing attitudes in the rural community. Sixth grade of 618 school-children were studied by using the questionaire from. Findings are summerized as follows; 1. In the rural community, father's child-rearing attitude toward his son and mother's to son and daughter were found to be more of active rejective type, and it become more apparent in the large sized family. 2. In the rural community, parental attitude was strict, and especially father's attitude was strict more to son than to daughter. 3. It was found that father to son and mother to children were to be blindly obedient, as well as contradictory in type. 4. In the urban community, mother was more strict and to take authoritarian role than father. Mothers in the urban community were more concerned about her children thus more anxious than mother in the rural community. The above finding were discussed along with some cultural changes brought by recent socioeconomic development in the past few years, which have been considered to have brought a considerably different impact on our family life in the rural and urban community.

      • 反芻動物 赤血球의 酵素처리가 ESR에 미치는 영향

        Their relations to the slow erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of the ruminants were investigated by treating the erythrocytes with proteinases such as trypsion, chymotrypsin and pronase, and glycosidases neuraminidase and galactosidase. Protein content in the erythrocyte membrane was 2.85 ± 0.28 in human, 3.60 ±0.41 in Korean cattle, 3.71 ± 0.36 in Holstein, 4.13 ± 0.83 in Korean native goat and 3.94 ± 0.56mg/ml in sheep, showing higher in ruminant animals than in human (p<0.01). In the erythrocyte treated with the enzymes, ruminants except sheep was better digested by proteinases than by glycosidases, showing remarkable increase ( p<0.01) of the ESR in accord by pronase, trypsin or chymotrypsin treatment of erythrecytes. In sheep, the ESRs were accelerated in erythrocytes treated with pronase, trypsin, chymotrypsin and neuraminidase. Erythrocyte osmotic fragility was ncreased in erythocytes treated with only pronase among five enzymes in all the human and ruminant animals used in this study.

      • Li^+이온이 주입된 D_2O 얼음의 열자극 발광 현상에 관한 연구

        저온에서 편극시킨 탈이온수 얼음의 열자극 편극 소거 전류(Thermally Stimulated Depolarization Current ; TSDC)를 77K∼250K 범위에서 측정하여 Li^+ 이온이 주입된 D_2O 얼음의 이온공간전하 열자극 전류(Ionic Space Charge Thermocurrent ; ITC)와 열자극 발광(Thermoluminescence ; TL)을 측정하였다. D_2O 얼음의 TSDC인 경우는 173K에서 heterocharge가 나오고 200K에서 homocharge가 나온다. 이 때 heterocharge는 1차 kinetic임을 알았고, initial rise법으로 구한 활성화에너지는 0.16eV이다. D_2O 얼음의 heterocharge는 bulk에 의한 효과이고, homocharge는 공간전하에 의한 TSDC임을 확인하기 위하여, 가속기를 이용해 Li^+이온을 주입시킨 D_2O 얼음의 TL을 조사해본 결과 114K(A-peak), 180K(C-peak)에서 3개의 TL peak가 형성되는데 각각의 활성화에너지는 0.03eV, 0.15eV 및 0.29eV이다. 이중에 B-peak의 활성화에너지 값과 거의 일치하여 그 결과로 부터 B-peak의 근원이 이온공간전하에 의한 쌍극자 재정렬임을 최초로 확인하였다. Thermally stimulated depolarization current(TSDC) has been measured in distilled and deionized water ice in the temperature range of 77∼250K at a constant heating rate, and the ionic space charge thermocurrent(ITC) and thermoluminescence(TL) has been measured from Li^+ion implanted D_2O ice. In the case of TSDC of D_2O ice, the heterocharge give rise to 173K, while the homocharge give rise to 200K TSDC peak. The heterocharge peak TSDC is found to be 1st kinetic and that the activation energy is o.16eV using the initial rise method. In order to investigate that the heterocharge is due to the polarization in the D_2O ice and the homocharge due to the ionic space charge, TL curve from Li^+ion implanted D_2O ice and the homocharge due to the ionic space charge, TL curve from Li^+ion implanted D_2O ice shows three peaks at 114K, 148K and 183K. The activation energy for these TL peaks are 0.03eV, 0.15eV and 0.29eV, respectively. The activation energy for B-peak(0.16eV) is coincide with that of ITC peak which means that both TL peak and ITC peak are caused by the dipole reorientation due to ionic space charge. This approach to clarifies for the first time to my knowledge.
