The aim of this study is to propose solutions for improving the quality of candidate debates. The focus of this study is on the structure and format of debates with the aim of improving their overall quality. Based on our analysis of three debates held during the 2022 local elections, it appears that the joint press conference format may be limited in its capacity for providing voters with substantial information. The format of a head-to-head debate between candidates basically enables the exchange of perspectives regarding policies. In order to facilitate an informative debate, it is imperative to incorporate additional inquiries and counterarguments, and ensure a minimum of ninety seconds for each reply. The initiative debate method, which has faced significant criticism in Korean candidate debates, has been observed to foster a dynamic discussion only when the moderator assigns the topic of debate.

Tight Skirt의 동작적합성에 관한 연구

This study is to investigate the fitness of tight skirt in moving lower limb. The fit- ness was tested by measuring the step length, stride length, maximum stair step height. One humdred and twenty female subjects participated in the experiment. It was shown that the tight skirt caused the most reduction in the maximum stair step height among the five lengths measured. It was also shown that the long tight skirt limited the maximum stair step height more than the mini tight skirt.

動作適合性에 따른 Slacks Pattern 설계에 관한 연구 (PartⅢ)

선행연구(Part Ⅰ, Part Ⅱ)에서 동작적합성이 우수하다고 분석된 두 연구 slacks pattern을 중심으로 하지동작에 따른 의복압 Test. 관능검사 및 착의형태변화 실험을 한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 두 연구 pattern에서 의복압 측정치로서 동작기능성을 비교한 결과 거의 모든 측정부위에서 연구 pattern 1(R.P.1)이 연구패턴 2(R.P.2)보다 낮은수치를 나타내었다. 2. 관능검사법을 실시하여 관능인자득점을 통하여 기능성을 비교한 결과 타보정 pattern보다는 연구패턴에서 관능인자득점이 높았으며 두 연구 pattern 사이에서는 거의 유사한 수치를 나타내었다. 3. Slacks 착용시 형태변형에 따른 실험에서 R.P.1이 R.P.2에 비해 형태변형률이 훨씬 적게 나타났다. 따라서 이들 전반적인 실험을 종합해보면 연구 pattern 1이 연구 pattern 2의 설계 방법보다 동작적합성에 따른 기능성이 훨씬 우수한 pattern으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the slacks pattern making on the movement-fitness of the research pattern. The experimental items were divided into the 5 lower limb movement (M1-M5) and 2 research pattern construction of slacks. This study was done by clothing pressure test, sensory evaluation test and the difference shape-transformation of wearing-slacks. The summarized finding resulted from experiments and investigation are suggested as follows: First, the clothing pressure score of research pattern 1 was lower than research pattern 2. Second, the functional factor score of two research pattern was nearly similar. Third, the ratio of shape-transformation of research pattern 1 was higher than research pattern 2.

한국 청년 세대 남성의 양가적 성차별주의 성향과 투표선택 : 2021년 서울시장 보궐선거 분석

The goal of this research is to gain a better understanding of gender conflict among the younger generation and its impact on their voting choices. This study examined young men’s ambivalent sexism and perceptions of gender inequality compared to those of other age-gender groups, as well as whether ambivalent sexism affected young men’s voting choices. While there are gender differences in hostile sexism, the results demonstrate that young men’s hostile sexism is not significantly different from that of older male generations. Generational differences in benevolent sexism were more prominent than gender differences, and young males had lower levels of benevolent sexism than older men and women. Also, gender disparities in perceptions of gender inequality were most pronounced among young people. The voting choices of both young men and women were unaffected by hostile sexism, but benevolent sexism increased young men’s probability of voting for Park Young-sun rather than Oh Se-hoon. Our findings have important implications for our understanding of the causes and political consequences of gender conflict among younger generations. 본 연구는 최근 청년 세대 내에서 가장 중요한 갈등으로 자리잡은 청년 세대에서의 젠더갈등을 이해하고 이 갈등의 정치적 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 20~30대 청년 남성들의 양가적 성차별주의 성향과 성불평등에 대한 인식이 다른 세대와 얼마나 다른지를 분석하였으며, 양가적 성차별주의가 서울시장 보궐선거에서 나타난 청년 남성들의 투표선택에 영향을 미쳤는지를 분석했다. 분석결과, 적대적 성차별주의에서는 성별 간 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타나지만 청년 남성들의 적대적 성차별주의는 다른 남성 세대에 비해 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 온정적 성차별주의에서는 성별 간 차이보다 세대 간 차이가 나타났으며 청년 남성의 온정적 성차별주의는 오히려 나이가 더 많은 남성이나 여성들에 비해 유의미하게 낮았다. 또한 성불평등에 대한 인식의 성별 간 차이는 청년세대에서 가장 현저했다. 양가적 성차별주의 성향이 청년 남성의 투표선택에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과, 적대적 성차별주의는 청년 남성과 여성 모두에게 영향을 미치지 않았으며 청년 남성의경우 온정적 성차별주의가 높아질수록 오세훈 후보가 아니라 박영선 후보를 선택할 확률이 높았다. 이는 청년 세대에서 젠더갈등의 원인과 정치적 영향을 이해하는데 중요한 함의를 제공한다.

지방민주주의 활성화를 위한 주민자치조직 개선방안: 표적집단면접(FGI)을 통한 분석

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the local autonomy organization from the viewpoint that the local democracy needs to be strengthened in the situation where decentralization has emerged as the main national agenda. We argue that the role of the local autonomy organization is important to make local democracy harmonized with representation, deliberation, and participation. The focus group interview is conducted to identify the problem and improvement of the local autonomy organization. As a result of the survey, it was revealed that the local autonomy organization has several problems in terms of representativeness, independence, etc. This paper suggested various solutions to solve these problems. 본 연구는 단순한 지방분권을 넘어 자치분권이 주요한 국가적 의제로 부상된 상황에서 지방의 민주주의 강화가 필요하다는 관점에서 그 방안 중 하나로서 주민자치조직의 개선방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 지방은 대의민주주의뿐만 아니라 숙의민주주의, 참여민주주의가 혼용될 수 있는 공간적 조건을 가지고 있다고 본다. 또한 본 논문은 대표, 숙의, 그리고 참여가 조화를 이루는 지방의 민주주의를 만들기 위해 주민자치조직의 역할이 중요하다고 주장한다. 주민자치조직의 문제점과 개선방안을 파악하기 위해 표적집단면접을 시행하였다. 조사결과, 대표성, 독립성, 등의 측면에서 주민자치위원회가 문제점을 드러내고 있다는 것이 나타났으며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 해법을 제시하였다.

SOFT($\underline{So}lar\;\underline{F}lare\;\underline{T}elescope$) installed at BOAO(Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory) is purposed for observing solar active regions using four refractors on single mount with a $400"\times300"$ field of view: Two refractors with a diameter of 15cm(f15) are observe the white light and $H\alpha$, and the other two refractors with a diameter of 20cm(f8) are observe the magnetic field distribution and Doppler shifts at the solar chromosphere. Three Lyot filters, one of the most important observational instruments, are installed on the optical rails for VMG, LMG, and $H\alpha$ that possible to very narrow pass band observation under high precision stability of temperature. From the combination of KD*P and quarter wave plate in the Lyot filter possible observe the magnetic fields strength and doppler shifts by using the characteristics of polarization components. In this paper, we introduce the basic characteristics, optical system, and monitor system of the SOFT.
