      • 궤도품질계수(TQI)와 균열간의 상관성 분석을 통한 예측식 개발

        철도의 콘크리트 궤도는 초기 시공비가 높다라는 단점이 있으나, 생력화 궤도의 개념을 적용하여 유지보수를 위한 인력과 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 고속화 및 고중량화의 현 철도 하부구조에 가장 적합한 구조형식으로 평가 받고 있다. 하지만, 반복적인 열차하중에 의해 침목 접속부 및 궤도 상면에서 허용치 이상의 균열 발생과 궤도틀림이 발생하고 있으며, 이로 인한 궤도의 보수·보강공법 적용이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 궤도에서 발생하고 있는 균열의 현황 및 열차하중에 의한 진전 경향을 파악하고 궤도틀림 및 공용성을 수치적으로 판단할 수 있는 궤도품질계수(TQI)와의 상관성을 분석하여 콘크리트 궤도에서 발생하는 균열이 궤도 안전성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한, 분석된 결과를 이용하여 균열을 이용한 궤도품질지수 산정식을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 추후 이루어질 콘크리트 궤도 유지관리 의사결정 모델 개발을 위한 초석이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.         Several model compouds for photocyclization of alkaloids were synthesized. When benzanilide was irradiated with UV lamp in quartz photocell, surprisingly 2-aminobenzophenlone and 4-aminobenzohpenone were produced as a Photo Fires reaction, However, when the benzanilide was irradiated in Pyrex photocell, the expected photoclic-compound, phenanthridone was appeared. Orthosubsitituted benzanilides in Pyrex photocell also gave 8-subsituted-9-oxy-phenanthridines. Thus, the dihydrophenanthridone was assumes as intermediate of the photocyclization of benzanilides as model for alkaloid photocyclization reaction.

        의성지역(義城地域)의 약용작물(藥用作物) 생산현황(生産現況)

        의성지역의 약용작물 생산현황(生産現況) 및 경영분석(經營分析)을 위하여 약용작물 재배 농가 147호를 대상으로 재배실태와 작물별 소득(所得)을 조사(調査)한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 특화계수(特化計數)가 1이상인 작물은 작약(21.59), 산수유(14.82), 시호(7.90), 지모(6.41), 지황(3.96), 두충(3.44), 목단(2.28), 백지(1.51)순으로 나타났다. 2. 조사농가의 평균 토지이용면적(土地利用面積)은 1.92ha이었는데, 그중 밭이 1.35ha. 논은 0.56ha이었다. 농지분포(農地分布)는 농가당 평균 3.1곳에 10.2필지로 구성되어 있으며, 약용작물부문에 년간 노동투하(勞動投下)는 31.1%를 차지하였다. 3. 조사대상 지역에 재배되고 있는 약용작물은 36개 작물로 농가당 평균 2.4작물이었다. 대표적인 작물은 작약이었는데, 조사농가 147호 가운데 85농가가 참여하여 30.72ha를 재배하고 있었다. 4. 약용작물 재배실태를 보면, 작약, 시호, 택사, 길경, 황기, 감국 등은 재배면적이 줄어드는 추세(趨勢)이고 홍화는 새로운 소득작물(所得作物)로 재배되고 있으며, 더덕, 지모, 지황, 원황정, 백출 등은 재배 면적이 늘어났다. 5. 36개 약용작물중 10a당 평균소득이 높은 작물은 홍화(2,775천원), 원황정 (2,706천원), 일천궁(2,573천원) 등의 순이었으나 재배농가에서는 농가여건에 부응하면서 위험부담이 적고 가격안정(價格安定)이 기대되는 작물을 선택하여 농가 수준에서 부가가치(附加漂値)를 최대한 증대(增大)시켜야 할 것으로 생각되었다. To analyse the management and production of medicinal crops in Uisong region, cultural conditions and standard income of 147 farms were investigated. Location quotient of medicinal crops cultivated was high as following order ; Paeonia lactiflora > Cornus ofidnalis> Bupleurm falcatum > Anemarhena asphodeloides > Rehmannia glutinosa > Eucommia ulmoides > Paeonia suffruticosa > Angelica dahurica. The average cultivated area per farm was 1.92ha : 1.35ha of upland field, 0.56ha of paddy field. Distribution of agricultural land in each farm was average 10.2 fields in 3.1 locations. Ratio of labor input in the medicinal plant sector was 31.1 %. The number of medicinal crops cultivated was 36 species among 147 farms and 2.4 species per farm. Among the cultivated medicinal plant, peony (Paeonia lactiflora) was the most popular medicinal plant, which was cultivated in 30.72ha of 85 farms. Income from medicinal plants was high in order of Carthamus tinctorius, Polygonatum stenophyllum, Angelica genuilexa. Medicinal crops should be selected based on farm condition, risk level and price settlement in order to maximize productivity and income.

        작약(芍藥) 화뇌제거시기에 따른 근수량(根收量)과 Paeoniflorin함량(含量) 변화(變化)

        작약(芍藥)의 화뇌제거시기가 생육(生育), 건근수량(乾根收量) 및 Paeoniflorin함량(含量)에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 시험연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 작약 재배시(栽培時) 화뇌제거에 따른 경장은 무제거에 비하여 7~9cm정도 제거된 만큼 짧아졌으며, 경수와 경직경은 차이가 없었다. 2. 화뇌제거에 따른 뿌리수와 생근중은 제거시기가 빠를수록 증가하였으며 , 건근수량은 화뢰크기가 10mm정도 될 때 제거한 것이 1,647/10a으로 무제거에 비하여 27% 증수되어 가장 많았다. 3. 화뇌제거시기별 paeoniflorin 함량은 뿌리굵기 5mm와 10mm에서는 무제거와 일정한 경향이 없었고, 15mm이상부터는 화뢰를 일찍 제거한 것이 화뢰 무제거보다 증가되었다. 4. 잎, 줄기의 paeoniflorin 함량은 잎이 줄기보다 높았으며, 생육초기에 높고 후기로 갈수록 낮아졌는데, 화뢰를 제거한 것이 무제거에 비하여 높았다. This experiment was carried out to determine the proper time for flower bud removing to improve growth, yield and paeoniflorin content of root in peony(Paeonia lactiflora Pallas). The flower buds removement caused short stem length by 7~9cm compared with control, but number of stem and stem diameter were similar to that of control. The number of root, fresh root weight and paeoniflorin content in peony increased when their flower buds were removed at earlier stages. The root dry weight was highest of 1.647kg/10a, and increased by 27% compared with control when their flower buds were removed at early stage (bud diameter was less than 10mm). The root dry weight increased by 13% and 10%, respectively. when their flower buds were removed prior to flowering and at flowering stage. Paeoniflorin content in leaf was higher than that in stem, and was higher at early stage. Leaf and stem showed higher paeonif1orin content when their flower buds were removed.

        Memory Enhancing and Neuroprotective Effects of Selected Ginsenosides

        The effects of ginsenosides Rg3(R), Rg3(S) and Rg5/Rk1 (a mixture of Rg5 and Rk1, 1:1, w/w), which are components isolated from processed Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (Araliaceae), on memory dysfunction were examined in mice using a passive avoidance test. The ginsenosides Rg3(R), Rg3(S) or Rg5/Rk1, when orally administered for 4 days, significantly ameliorated the memory impairment induced by the single oral administration of ethanol. The memory impairment induced by the intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine was also significantly recovered by ginsenosides Rg3(S) and Rg5/Rk1. Among the three ginsenosides tested in this study, Rg5/Rk1 enhanced the memory function of mice most effectively in both the ethanoland scopolamine-induced amnesia models. Moreover, the latency period of the Rg5/Rk1-treated mice was 1.2 times longer than that of the control (no amnesia) group in both models, implying that Rg5/Rk1 may also exert beneficial effects in the normal brain. We also evaluated the effects of these ginsenosides on the excitotoxic and oxidative stress-induced neuronal cell damage in primary cultured rat cortical cells. The excitotoxicity induced by glutamate or Nmethyl- D-aspartate (NMDA) was dramatically inhibited by the three ginsenosides. Rg3(S) and Rg5/Rk1 exhibited a more potent inhibition of excitotoxicity than did Rg3(R). In contrast, these ginsenosides were all ineffective against the H2O2- or xanthine/xanthine oxidase-induced oxidative neuronal damage. Taken together, these results indicate that ginsenosides Rg3(S) and Rg5/Rk1 significantly reversed the memory dysfunction induced by ethanol or scopolamine, and their neuroprotective actions against excitotoxicity may be attributed to their memory enhancing effects.
