온라인서비스제공자(OSP)의 혐오표현 규제환경이 혐오표현 사용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

이 연구는 온라인서비스제공자(OSP)의 규제에 대한 시민들의 인식을 측정하고 OSP에 대한시민들의 인식이 사이버 상에서의 혐오표현 사용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하였다. 이를위하여 2021년 국가인권위원회의「한국사회 혐오차별 인식 조사」데이터의 표본 1200명을 분석하였다. 분석결과 사이버 공간에서의 혐오표현 규제환경은 혐오표현 사용에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 추가적으로 연령 또한 혐오표현 사용에 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음의 제언을 하였다. 첫째 현실 공간과 마찬가지로 사이버 공간에서의 환경변화도 범죄 감소에 유의미한 영향을미칠 수 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 사이버 CPTED를 지지하는 논거로 활용될 수 있다. 둘째 이연구는 엄밀한 의미에서 규제에 대한 시민들의 인식을 측정하였다. 이는 실제 규제와는 별개로 시민들이 규제가 있다고 인식시켜주는 것이 중요할 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 사이버 상에서온라인서비스공급자가 혐오표현에 대해서 다양한 규제를 실시하고 있음을 홍보하고, 혐오표현이 사회에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 범죄임을 명확히 인식시킬 필요성이 존재한다. 마지막으로연령이 낮을수록 할 사이버 공간에서 혐오표현을 할 가능성이 높았다. 이는 사이버 공간에서젊은층이 혐오표현을 사용함을 의미한다. 따라서 청소년을 포함한 20대를 대상으로 혐오표현방지 교육을 진행하는 것이 효율적으로 혐오표현 사용을 감소시키는 전략이 될 수 있다. This study measures citizens' awareness of online service provider (OSP) regulations and identifies how citizens' awareness of OSP affects the use of hate speech in cyberspace. To this end, 1200 samples of the data of the 2021 National Human Rights Commission's "Korean Social Hate and Discrimination Awareness Survey" were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the regulatory environment of hate speech in cyberspace had a significant effect on the use of hate speech, and additionally, age was also identified as a variable affecting the use of hate speech. Based on these research results, the following suggestions were made. First, as in real space, environmental changes in cyberspace can have a significant impact on crime reduction. The results of this study can be used as an argument to support cyber CPTED. Second, this study measured citizens' awareness of regulation in a strict sense. This suggests that it may be important to make citizens aware that there are regulations, independent of actual regulations. Therefore, there is a need to publicize that online service providers are implementing various regulations on hate speech on cyberspace, and to clearly recognize that hate speech is a crime that has a negative impact on society. Lastly, the younger the age, the higher the possibility of expressing hate in cyberspace. This means that young people use hate speech in cyberspace. Therefore, conducting anti-hate speech education for teenagers and those in their 20s can be a strategy to effectively reduce the use of hate speech.

Vocal repertoires of the B1ack-tailed gull (Larus crassirostris) were studied at established reproductive colonies. The Black-tailed gull has eleven different vocal signals which can be grouped into three different call classes according to behavioral functions: contact call, alarm call (attention call), and aggressive call. The contact call or mew call is the most frequently used and functions as means of recognition among individuals, particularly between parents and youngs. Our results show that each call plays .an important role in particular social relationships in a high- density breeding colony.

합금발명은 특허요건 판단 시 고려해야 할 여러 가지 사항이 존재하며, 바라보는 관점에 따라 선택발명으로 볼 수 있고, 수치한정발명으로도 볼 수 있다. 이런 특수성으로 인하여 합금발명은 특허요건을 정확히 판단하기가 비교적 어려운 발명이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 합금발명의 특허요건 판단 시 합금성분, 합금성분의 조성범위, 합금성분의 조직상태, 그 합금만이 가지고 있는 고유한 성질 및, 또는 용도인 유용성을 어떻게 조합하여 판단하여야 하는지 살펴보고, 보다 정확한 판단을 하기 위하여 합금발명의 특허요건을 선택발명의 특허요건, 수치한정발명의 특허요건과 비교하여 보자.

In this research, we delve into the behavioral decision-making processes of decision-makers possessing bounded rationality within a supply chain framework. We focus on three interconnected decision-makers, each with distinct levels of influence. Our behavioral experiments, centered on their trading dynamics, revealed that these decision-makers don’t solely rely on rational choices influenced by their peers’ responses. Rather, they recalibrate their trading strategies, adopting a collaborative approach that advantages their partners. Such adjustments not only optimize their individual gains but also amplify the collective benefits across the entire supply chain.

공존과 서술: D. H. 로렌스의 『아아론의 지팡이』(Aaron’s Rod)

D. H. Lawrence’s Aaron’s Rod records the main character Aaron Sisson’s breaking away from ‘home’ and the subsequent nomadic adventure in a strange country. The abrupt dislocation, as if a total negation of ‘home’, creates a structural rupture in the novel. The second half of the novel is featured by the intrusive and self-referent narrator. The disjunctive and jerky narration exposes the failing authoritative narrative which cannot configure Aaron’s adventure. Yet the structural complicity of Aaron’s Rod defeats any easy application of postmodern narratology which is predicated on the notion of the novel as a linguistic autonomy constitutive of the endless deferral of meaning. This structural oddity rather reveals the nature of the writer’s quest for a new mode of representation, which revolves around the concerns about community and individuality. The conflation of structural oddity and theoretical engagement with community invites Jean-Luc Nancy’s reflection on ‘unworking’ and totalitarianism in connection with the Western metaphysics. Nancy’s totalitarianism denotes the tendency to view a community as an embodiment of the essence or spirit. Nancy suggests the immanence of totalitarian worldview will be destroyed by reviving ‘a thinking of community’. Nancy calls this process ‘unworking’ of community, which belongs to the anti-philosophical tradition of ‘ungrounding’. In so doing, Nancy alludes ‘unworking’ to the ‘unended and unending’ literature. Here Nancy’s anti-philosophical notion of literature, with a strong resonance of Lawrence’s reiteration of the novel as a means to debilitate totalitarianism, sheds new light on the the intrusive narrator of ‘word-user’.

비전정에 발생한 모낭종(Trichofolliculoma) 1예

Trichofolliculoma is a rare skin lesion. It is an adnexal tumor of hair follicles, which was first described by Miescher. Trichofo-lliculoma is a hamartomatous lesion of hair follicle origin, intermediate in diferentiation between a hair follicle nevus and tri-choepithelioma as classified by Kligman and Pinkus. It usually manifests clinically as a small, slowly growing, well-demarcated, flesh-colored papule on head and neck. The diagnosis is dificult clinically and is based mainly on histopatholigic appearance. It is comonly misdiagnosed as sebaceous cyst, nevus, and basal cell carcinoma.
