This study using a protease was measured according to the molecular weight of the antihypertensive activity cucumber protein hydrolysate.The enzyme Transglutaminase, Protamax, Neutrase, Pepsin, Alcalase using a total of five enzyme. A single enzyme and mix enzyme divided into 12 different groups (TGA, TGAN, A, AN, TGP, TGPN, P, PN, TGPe,TGPeN, Pe, PeN) were hydrolyzed. Using ultrafiltered samples of 30KDa,10KDa, 30~10KDa. The hydrolyzate was used for the measurement and the supernatant freeze-dried and centrifuged. Using HPLC and spectrophotometer by measuring the ACE inhibitor effect To evaluate the antihypertensive activity of the protein hydrolyzate of the molecular weight of the sea cucumber.

Background: The subcutaneous formulation of biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) was preferred due to favored self-administration and would be an economical treatment option for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. This study was to compare the economic impact of biologic DMARDs administered by subcutaneous injection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who had inadequate response to conventional DMARDs. Methods: The cost-minimization analysis was conducted to estimate the lifetime health care costs of treatment sequences with subcutaneous biologic DMARDs as first-line therapy from a health care system perspective. The Markov model was developed to represent the transitions through treatment sequences based on American College of Rheumatology response rate and discontinuation rate. The health care costs comprised the cost of medications, administration, dispensing, outpatient visits, test/diagnostic examination, palliative therapy and treatment of serious infection. All costs were expressed in 2016 Korean Won (KRW) and discounted at 5%. Results: The mean lifetime health care cost per patient was lowest in the etanercept sequence, which was estimated at KRW 63,441,679. The incremental costs of the treatment sequence started with adalimumab, golimumab, abatacept, and tocilizumab were KRW 7,985,730, KRW 4,064,669, KRW 2,869,947, and KRW 4,282,833, respectively, relative to etanercept sequence. These differences in costs mainly were attributable to medication costs. One-way and probabilistic sensitivity analyses confirmed that etanercept represented the option with the lowest cost compared with comparators. Conclusion: This study found that etanercept is likely a cost-saving treatment option among subcutaneous biologic DMARDs in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

시공 중 발생한 사고로 인하여 주탑 하부 비틀림에 의한 경사균열 등이 발생되어, 주탑 내외부 유리섬유 보강을 통해 저하된 내하력을 확보하였다. 주탑 상단의 상시 흔들림이 점검자에게 불안감을 유발하였고, 유리섬유 보강부는 육안 점검이 불가능하여 손상의 진행여부를 확인할 수 있는 방법이 없어 간접적인 방법을 통한 구조물의 건전성에 대한 확인이 필요하였다. 이에 재하시험을 통해 가속도계측기로부터 얻은 가속도 데이터와 구조해석을 통한 주탑 변위를 비교 분석하여 유지관리에 활용 하였다.

Recovering the Colors of Objects from Multiple Near-IR Images

This paper proposes an algorithm for recovering the colors of objects from multiple near-infrared(near-IR) images. The International Commission on Illumination (CIE) color coordinates of objects arerecovered from a series of gray images captured under multiple spectral near-IR illuminations usingpolynomial regression. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm is tested experimentally by using 24 colorpatches of the Color Rendition Chart. The experimental apparatus is composed of a monochrome digitalcamera without an IR cut-off filter and a custom-designed LED illuminator emitting multiple spectralnear-IR illuminations, with peak wavelengths near the red edge of the visible band, namely at 700, 740,780, and 860 nm. The average color difference between the original and the recovered colors for all24 patches was found to be 11.1. However, if some particular patches with high value are disregarded,the average color difference is reduced to 4.2, and this value is within the acceptability tolerance forcomplex image on the display

Oysters are foods that contain a variety of nutrients called milk of the sea. Vitamins, calcium, iron and the like containing various nutrients.Enzyme used is Protamex (P), Alcalase (A), Neutrase (N), bromelain (B),was used as a transglutaminase (T). These are different from the reaction temperature and pH. DPPH radical scavenging activity of the positive control, and A is the BHT 93.65% 52.33% and 84.65% and the TA AN showed the scavenging by 51.83%. At this time, the concentration of the sample was used as 250~1000 mg / ml. In den by the same result it can be seen that has a bioactive.
Antioxidant and anti-obesity effects of purple sweet potato extract

Studied the antioxidant and anti-obesity effects of obesity induced SD-Rats by high fat diet of purple sweet potato extract. Antioxidant activity of purple sweet potato extract measurement results, showed a concentration-dependent manner in general. 1 mg/ml in the extract concentration showed the highest activity with 1,810 ppm poly phenol content, DPPH radical scavening activity of 30% and standards BHT 50 ug/ml and showed a similar activity in comparison. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and reducing power is increased antioxidant activity in a concentration-dependent. This purple sweet potato extract that oral administration of 8 weeks in a way that leads to obesity in the high-fat diet SD-Rats reduced body weight, total cholesterol and triglyceride was also reduced. Therefore, we expect to leverage the potential of a possible natural antioxidant and anti-obesity purple sweet potato extract.
ACE inhibitory activity of sea cucumber gelatin hydrolysates

This study was hydrolyzed gelatin of sea cucumbers as a protease compared to ACE inhibitory activity. Protein degradation enzyme Transglutaminase,Protamex, Neutrase was used. Enzymes each of the four groups (P, Protamex, PN, Protamex + Neutrase, TG, Transglutaminase,TGP, Transglutaminase + Protamex) divided by cucumber gelatin hydrolyzate was prepared. The obtained using the ultrafiltration sea cucumber gelatin hydrolyzate separated by a molecular weight less than 30kDa or more and made of a powder-form freeze-dried and used as a sample. ACE inhibition was measured by HPLC. Captopril was used as positive control. Sea cucumber gelatin hydrolysates with ACE inhibition was higher. Therefore, gelatin hydrolyzate from sea cucumber suggests that hypertension may be used as the material of the functional food.
