        Harmful algal blooms (HABs) can be controlled by mitigation using prevent methods of incoming eutrophication from pollution sources and restoring environmental condition using physical, chemical and biological control methods. Polymerized mesoporous zeolites (pMZ) was simply prepared by acid treatment and polymerization of ethylene diamine(ED), which evaluated as adsorbents for the removal of chlorophyll A and microcystin-LR from aqueous solutions. The effects of treatment times on the pore structure of the pMZ were studied as well as the effects of different acids which were also investigated during synthesis. The pMZ samples were characterized by nitrogen full isotherms, XRF analysis, image (SEM and TEM) analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The pMZ prepared using AFHS (ammonium hexafluorosilicate) had higher meso-pore volume, and surface area. So, polymerized mesoporous zeolite is based on AHFS treated zeolite for surface modification. The adsorption ability of pMZ for chlorophyll A and microcystin-LR which are index of algae bloom and evaluated the influence of modification materials. In addition, the adsorption isotherm were evaluated using Langmuir, Freundlich and Sips equations. The adsorption capacity resulted that the pMZ could removal the algae bloom indicators from aqueous solution at the modification of zeolite and different adsorption capacity were examined to explain the adsorption experiment. MZ is able to adsorb the chlorophyll A 29 mg/g. pMZ is able to remove 80% of microcystin-LR in 25 min.

        파랑 스펙트럼 형상에 따른 처오름 특성

        최근 우리나라 동해안에는 너울성 고파의 반복적인 내습이 빈발하고 있다. 외해에서 발생하여 갑작스런 내습과 함께 인명과 시설에 피해를 끼치는 너울성 고파를 대상으로 그 처오름 특성을 확인하였다. 파랑 스펙트럼의 형상을 정량화하기 위해 스펙트럼 형상모수 $Q_p$, ${\varepsilon}$, ${\nu}$ 등을 도입하여 이들 모수들과 유의파고 및 첨두주기와의 상관관계를 파악하였고, MIKE21 BW 모듈을 사용하여 완경사 해안에 대한 처오름 수치실험을 수행하였다. 파고와의 상관관계가 가장 낮은 $Q_p$를 추가적인 형상 변수로 채택하여 파랑 스펙트럼의 형상 변화에 따른 처오름 높이의 변화와 특성을 확인하였다. Recently the large-height swell-like waves generated in the eastern coast of South Korea have been observed frequently. The characteristics of the runup and overtopping of the large-height swell-like waves formed in deep water and attack the coast, causing damages to both lives and facilities have been studied. The correlation between spectral shape parameters and significant wave height has been investigated by analyzing long term wave spectrum data. Numerical runup experiments using MIKE21 BW Module were performed with $Q_p$, additional shape parameter, and identified the variations and characteristics of runup heights with respect to the variations of spectral shape.

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the European paradigm of health investment and its implication. Conventional content analysis of WHO/EU(/EC)/European countries' policy data, and articles shows that the European paradigm of health investment is consist of the basic and extended models, twelve life-course-based health investment policies, and SROI evaluation method. The analyses and discussion points provide policy implications for making virtuous cycle of Korean sustainable healthcare system with economic development in the post Covid-19 era.

        신사업 발굴을 위한 전략적 디자인 모형 - CPS 기반 비즈니스 모델 개발을 중심으로 -

        물리세계와 사이버세계의 무경계 연결을 기반으로 한 가상물리시스템의 응용과 확산은 다양한 비즈니스 분야에 혁신적 변화를 가져올 전망이다. 본 연구는 가상물리시스템과 비즈니스 모델에 대한 탐색적 연구를 통하여 신사업 구상을 위한 전략적 디자인 모형을 수립하고 그 접근 방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 문헌연구를 기반으로 디자인-비즈니스 모델 요소의 계층화 및 가상물리시스템 전환을 위한 속성 연구를 통해 융합적 모형을 수립하고 이를 사례 연구를 통하여 적용 가능성을 검토함으로써 지능형 가상물리시스템 사업 구상을 위한 전략적 접근 모형을 제안하였다. 제안 모형은 단계적 디자인 접근을 위하여 도입, 배양, 구현의 3단계 구조를 가지며, 비즈니스 요소에 대한 가상물리시스템 속성 전환을 통한 신사업의 비즈니스 모델 개념설계의 틀을 제시한다. 이는 가상물리시스템 사업의 개념을 정의함에 있어서 전통적 제품시스템과 차별화된 비즈니스 관점을 모색하고 단계별 전략 요소들과 상호 연관된 새로운 융합 기회요인을 정의한다는 점에서 신사업 구상을 위한 선행적 가이드를 제공한다. The application and proliferation of cyber-physical system(CPS) based on the boundless connection between the physical and cyber world is expected to bring about innovative changes in various business fields. The purpose of this study is to develop a strategic design framework for new business incubation and to suggest its practical approach through exploratory studies on cyber physical system and business model. To do this, by combining design thinking and business model and by layering the attributes of CPS, this research first established an integrated approach based on literature studies, and suggested a strategic framework to examine the implemental applicability through a case study. The framework has a three-phase structure: Initiation, Incubation and Implementation for a stepwise design approach, and presents a practical model of business concept generation through CPS attribute conversion in conjunction with the business model elements. This suggests an advanced guideline for new CPS business incubation in that it provides differentiated viewpoints of product-system and new convergence opportunities integrated with the strategic business elements.

        청소년의 인터넷 과다사용에 미치는 개인적, 환경적 영향요인 연구

        본 연구에서는 청소년의 인터넷 사용양태와 중독관련 변인들 간의 인과관계를 파악하고, 인터넷 중독 상담 전략 및 상담 프로그램의 내용 구성에 필요한 사항들을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중학교 학생 298명과 청소년상담관련 기관의 청소년 내담자 16명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 성별, 부모 직업관계, 결석횟수, 지각횟수, 학업성적 등의 인구통계학적 변인이 중독군과 일반사용자군 간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 군집분석 결과 중독군과 일반사용자군이 두 집단으로 분류되었고, 우울정서, 자존감, 충동성, 자기조절, 학교만족, 부모의 과잉통제에서 집단별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중독군을 대상으로 인터넷 중독에 대한 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 우울정서와 충동성, 양육태도 변인 중 부모의 과잉통제, 학교만족변인 중 교우관계와 학습적응이 가장 큰 영향력을 갖는 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이들 중 가장 큰 설명력을 나타낸 우울정서와 충동성을 매개변수로 상정하고 다른 변수들과의 관계를 분석한 결과, 우울정서는 교우관계가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 충동성은 부모의 과잉통제와 학교학습적응이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of personal and environmental variables on the internet use and addiction among Korean adolescents. Data were collected from 262 middle school students and 40 adolescent clients at community youth counseling centers. Results from a cluster analysis showed that the participants were classified into two groups (i.e., addicted and non-addicted group) and that the two groups differed in terms of gender, parents` jobs, frequency of school absence, and academic achievement. Also, in the addicted group depressive symptoms, parental overcontrol, peer relationship, and academic problem were predictive of internet addiction. Results from multiple regression analysis showed that the link between peer relationship and internet addiction was partially mediated by depressive tendency. Finally, impulsiveness partially mediated the relationship between parental overcontrol and internet addiction.

        골반골 골절 환자의 혈역학적 불안정화에 미치는 영향요소

        Purpose: Treatment and prognosis in patients with pelvic bone fracture depend on the characteristics of the fracture and the stability of the pelvic ring. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of and the relationships between fracture patterns, injury mechanisms, clinical courses, and prognoses according to the hemodynamic pattern. Methods: Between January 2004 and September 2006, 89 patients under diagnosis of pelvic bone fracture were retrospectively analyzed on the basis of medical records and radiologic examinations. Patients with confirmed hemorragic shock with a systolic pressure of less than 90 mmHg were defined as the shock group. Young`s classification was used to characterize fracture patterns. Factors relating to the clinical manifestation and to treatments such as transfusion and surgery were analytically compared. Results: The mean age of the patients was 48.8±18.7, among which 49 (55.1%) were male. The numbers of shock and non-shock patients were 35 (39.3%) and 54 (60.7%) respectively. Eighteen (51.4%) of the shock patient had injuries resulting from pedestrian accidents (p=0.008). According to Young`s classification, lateral impact fractures amounted to 20 and 33, front-rear impact fractures to 9 and 20, and multiple fractures to 6 and 1 among the shock and non-shock patients, respectively (p=0.027). Thirty-nine (39) cases in non-shock injuries were conservatively managed while 18 cases in shock injuries were surgically treated. In the shock group, the liver and the kidney were often damaged, as well. Among the shock patients, the average admission period was 7.5±8.7 days in intensive care and 55.1±47.9 days in total, which were longer than the corresponding numbers of days for the non-shock patients (p<0.05). No deaths occurred in the non-shock group while 5 deaths (14.2%) occurred in the shock group (p=0.007). Conclusion: The factors affecting hemodynamic instability in patients with pelvic bone fracture are injury mechanism, classification of fracture, and associated injuries.
