疫情常态化背景下朝鲜族海外务工家庭青少年学校适应影响因素研究

新型冠状肺炎疫情的不断恶化和反弹,对社会各领域的影响不容小觑。特别是,疫情常态化对海外务工家庭青少年的发展和适应也产生了深刻的影响。在中国延边地区有大量特殊的社会群体,即海外务工家庭青少年。受严峻的疫情形势影响,这些青少年长期与父母分居,经受着各种烦恼、遇到了诸多问题。考虑到学校适应是衡量青少年社会适应能力的重要尺度,为了探讨朝鲜族海外务工家庭青少年的学校适应的影响因素及体系,本研究通过整群取样的方法对朝鲜族学校青少年开展了问卷调查,共收回有效问卷602份。其中,海外务工家庭青少年有289名,约占48%。以此为基础,通过统计软件SPSS24.0,整理289份问卷数据并进行了相关关系分析和多元回归分析。研究结果表明:第一,从相关关系分析结果来看,主要因素之间存在着显著的相关关系。第二,个人因素中的自尊和抑郁、家庭因素中的亲子依恋、学校因素中的师生关系和学校成绩等诸多因素对青少年的学校适应有着显著的影响。最后,根据分析结果提出了建立朝鲜族海外务工家庭青少年学校适应体系,以及其他具体的干预措施。 With the continuous deterioration and rebound of Novel Corona Virus Disease worldwide, the impact on all areas of society can not be underestimated. In particular, the normalization of the pandemic has also had a profound impact on the development and adaptation of adolescents from overseas working families. There are a large number of special social groups, adolescents from overseas working families in Yanbian, China. Affected by severe pandemic normalization, these adolescents have been separated from their parents for a long time, suffering from troubles and many other problems. School adaptation is an important measure of adolescents social adaptability. In order to explore the influencing factors of school adaptability of Chinese-Korean adolescents from overseas working families, this study did a questionnaire survey on them through the method of cluster sampling. A total of 602 valid questionnaires were collected. Among them, there are 289 adolescents from overseas working families, accounting for about 48%. The correlation and multiple regression analysis were carried out with SPSS 24.0. The results show that: 1) There is a significant correlation between the main factors; 2) Self-esteem and depression in personal factors, parental attachment in family factors, and teacher-student relationship and school performance in school factors have a significant impact on adolescents‘ school adaptability. Finally, this paper puts forward a system to strengthen the school adaptability of adolescents from Chinese-Korean overseas working families, as well as some specific intervention measures.

“互联网+”背景下延边地区社区居家养老服务模式探讨

延边地区人口老龄化水平已经超越了中国人口老龄化水平,形势十分严峻。据调查发现,延边地区老年群体中独居老人和贫困老人的比重较高且表现为未富先老的情况下,呈现出了老年问题的多样化、老年个体之间差异悬殊、养老规划意识淡薄、老年人主体意识薄弱等。在人口老龄化背景下,延边地区社区居家养老护理也面临着巨大挑战。延边地区的社区养老服务中存在专项资金不够、专业性不足、社会服务传送体系中的矛盾、老年社会工作承载主体之间尚未形成合力等问题。因此,要建立“医养护”相结合、“四位一体”多方联动的社区居家服务模式,搭建老年服务网络体系,实现老年服务承载主体多元化,在推进服务专业化的过程中,满足延边地区老年群体的多元化和个别化服务需求。 The level of aging in Yanbian area has surpassed that in China so that the situation is very serious. With the high proportion of the elderly living alone, the poor elderly in Yanbian area and the premise of insufficient provision for the aged, there are many problems, such as the diversification of the elderly problem, the disparity of the elderly individuals, the weak awareness of the old-age planning and the weak subjectivity of the elderly. The home-based care for the elderly in Yanbian community is also facing great challenges. There are some problems in Yanbian community pension service, such as insufficient special funds, low level of professionalism, contradiction of social service delivery system, and lack of a joint force among the main bearers of social work for the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a medical treatment+supporting+nursing combined, four in one multi-linked community home service model and set up a service network system for the elderly to realize the diversification of the service carriers for the elderly, fulfill the diversification and individualization service needs of the elderly groups in Yanbian in the process of service specialization to meet the diversified and individual service needs of the elderly groups

중국 연변지역 내 해외취업가정 청소년의 우울・불안과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감의 조절효과

본 연구는 연변지역 조선족 가족으로 부모가 해외취업 중인 청소년을 대상으로 한 연구이다. 부모가 해외취업중인 청소년은 부모와의 장기적인 별거로 심리・정서적 어려움을 많이 경험하는 것으로 보고되고 있는데, 본 연구는 부모와의 장기 별거로 우울・불안을 경험하는 청소년의 학교적응을 살펴보고 우울・불안과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감의 조절효과를 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연변지역 중・고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 285명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 해외취업가정 청소년에 해당하는 총 167부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 중국 연변지역 내 해외취업가정 청소년의 우울·불안은 학교적응에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 우울·불안과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감의 조절효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 이러한 연구결과를 통해 연변지역 내 해외취업가정 조선족 청소년의 우울・불안 수준을 줄이고, 자아정체감의 향상을 통해 학교적응을 높일 수 있는 실천적 대안들을 제시하였다. This study s target is adolescents from overseas-employed families. Adolescents from overseas-employed families experience psychological and emotional problems because of long term separation from their parents. This study examined the moderating effect of self-identity between depression, anxiety, and school adaptation of adolescents from overseas-employed families in Yanbian, China. The data was collected through a survey of 285 middle school students and 167 valid questionnaires which marked as overseas-employed family, SPSS 24.0, regression analysis was performed. The results were as follows: depression and anxiety had a significant effect on the school adaptation of adolescence from overseas-employed families in Yanbian, China. Furthermore, depression, anxiety, and self-identity had significant interactions with school adaptation. In the conclusion, the researchers suggest various practical strategies based on results of the study to improve the self-identity and school adaptation of Chinese-Korean adolescents in China

중국 연변지역 조선족 청소년의 주관적 빈곤감과 사회적 위축의 관계 - 자아탄력성과 양육태도의 조절효과 -

This paper aims to investigate Chinese-Korean adolescents' subjective sense of poverty and social withdrawal, based on the moderating effect of ego-resilience and parenting attitude. Totally 803 valid questionnaires were collected in five areas in Yanbian and regression analysis was employed to analyze those data. The result shows that subjective sense of poverty has positive effect on social withdrawal. Ego-resilience and parenting attitude have significant moderating effect on subjective sense of poverty and social withdrawal. In the conclusion, the researchers suggest some theoretical and practical implications based on results of the study

중국 대학생의 자원봉사의식과 진로정체감의 관계 - 자아존중감과 전공만족도의 매개효과 중심으로 -

To identify the relationship between consciousness of volunteering and career identity of university students and to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem and major satisfaction, this study conducted a survey of college students of Y University in China. Totally of 235 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The result shows that, firstly, consciousness of volunteering have a positive influence on college students' career identity. Secondly, self-esteem and major satisfaction have statistically significant effects on college students' career identity. Thirdly, consciousness of volunteering statistically explain self-esteem and major satisfaction. Fourthly, self-esteem has a significant mediating effect on consciousness of volunteering and career identity, but major satisfaction has no mediating effect on consciousness of volunteering and career identity. Finally this paper discussed the establishment of volunteer activity support system and operation of related programs, in order to promote college students' employment and enhance the career identity.

연변 노인들의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인: 경제적 요인과 사회적 요인

This paper aims to investigate the influencing factors on elderly depression in Yanbian. Based on the previous studies, the housing satisfaction and health security were treated as economic factors, while the adult children support and social participation were treated as social factors. 273 elders living in Yanbian community were chosen as research object. Multiple regression analysis through SPSS24.0 was conducted to analyze the data. The result shows that economic factors, such as the housing satisfaction and health security have significant effects on the elderly depression in Yanbian community. The social factors, such as the adult children support and social participation have significant effects on the elderly depression. Based on the results in this survey, some theoretical and practical implications were suggested to improve the mental health of elders who are living in Yanbian community.

연변 조선족 청소년들의 부모와 별거기간이 학교적응에 미치는 영향과 부,모 애착의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parent-child separation and school adjustment among Korean-Chinese adolescents, to explore the mediating effects of father attachment and mother attachment on those relationship and to suggest practical implications for social work services for those adolescents. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 525 adolescents who have been separated from parents in 1-2 grade middle school and 1-3 grade high school students, Yanbisn(Yanji, Longjing City), China. Collected data were analysed by Structural Equation Modeling in AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0. The findings of this study were as follows: First, subjects reported 63% of both parent separation, 22.8% of father separation, 17.2% of mother separation. The reasons of parent-child separation reported oversea employment 69.3%, parental divorce 22.3%, separation due to marital conflict 8.0%. Also 53.5% of subjects experienced parent-child separation under the age of 10. Second, longer separation from parents showed lower father attachment and mother attachment. Thirds, father attachment and mother attachment had fully mediating effects on relationship between parent-child separation and school adjustment. Based on these findings, the research discussion reinforced the importance of parent-child attachment and suggested effective intervention programs.
