        보편요금제 도입에 따른 요금인하가 이동통신 사업자별 후생에 미치는 효과분석

        본 논문은 최근 이동통신시장에서 보편요금제 도입에 따른 요금인하가 사업자별 후생에 미치는 효과를 다양한 각도에서 분석하였다. 분석결과, 단말기유통개선법 정책의 도입은 사업자의 실질 요금을 인하시키는 효과가 있었지만, 이동통신수요를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 여전히 사업자의 마케팅 지출이 이동통신 가입수요와 매출액 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이동통신요금 인하는 소비자후생과 정(+)의 관계를 가지고 탄력성은 약 0.2~0.26수준인 것으로 나타나고, 요금인하로 인해 후생손실은 감소하고 생산자잉여는 줄어드는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 보편요금제 수준을 20,000원에서 25,000원까지 차등을 두었을 때, 소비자후생은 보편요금제의 수준에 따라 2019년 기준 405.5조원에서 423.6조원의 차이가 발생하는 것으로 나타난다. 후생손실은 45.4조원에서 47.6조원, 생산자 잉여는 10조원에서 10.4조원의 차이가 발생하고 있다. 즉, 이동통신시장에서 소비자잉여가 차지하는 비중이 높기 때문에 통신시장의 요금하락은 후생손실규모 및 생산자잉여가 감소하는 대신에 소비자에게 큰 이익을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, we analyze the effects of the rate cuts of the universial price system on the welfare of each service provider from various angles in the mobile communication market. As a result of the analysis, introduction of the handset distribution improvement law reduced the actual price rates of operators but it decreased the demand for mobile communication, and the marketing expenditure of the operators still positively affects the subscription demand and sales increase respectively. Telecommunication rate cuts have a positive (+) relationship with consumer welfare, and the elasticity of price is about 0.2 ~ 0.26, and welfare loss is decreased and producer surplus is decreased by rate cut. When the universal fare system is shifted from 20,000 won to 25,000 won, consumer welfare changes by 423.6 trillion won from 405.5 trillion won in 2019, depending on the level of universal payment system. The welfare loss is 47.6 trillion won from. In other words, consumer surplus accounts for a large portion of the mobile telecom market, so that the telecom market price decline is expected to provide a significant profit for consumers, instead of reducing the amount of welfare loss and producer surplus. 45.4 trillion won and the producer surplus is 10.4 trillion won from 10 trillion won.

        Effect of Amine-Based Antioxidants as Stabilizers for Biodiesel

        Biodiesel is an environmentally-friendly fuel with low smoke emission because it contains about 10% oxygen. Biodiesel fuel prepared by transesterification of vegetable oil or animal fats is susceptible to auto-oxidation. The rate of auto-oxidation depends on the number of methylene double bonds contained within the fatty acid methyl or ethyl ester groups. Biodiesel may be easily oxidized under several conditions, i.e., upon exposure to sunlight, temperature, oxygen environment. Maintenance of the fuel quality of biodiesel requires the development of technologies to increase the resistance of biodiesel to oxidation. Treatment with antioxidants is a promising approach for extending the shelf-life or storage time of biodiesel. The chemical properties of various amine-based antioxidants were evaluated after synthesis of the antioxidants by condensation of phenylenediamine with alkylamines at room temperature. In general, the oxidative stability can be assessed based on various experimental parameters. Such parameters may include temperature, pressure, and the flow rate of air through the samples. The Rancimat method (EN14112) was selected because it is a rapid technique that requires very little sample and provides good precision for oxidative degradation analysis. Specifically, the EN 14112 technique provides enhanced efficiency for oxidative stability evaluation when a larger ester head group is utilized. Therefore, this technique was employed for evaluation of the oxidation stability of biodiesel by the Rancimat method (EN14112).

        Synthesis of Antioxidant and Evaluation of Its Oxidation Stability for Biodiesel

        Biodiesel fuels contain unsaturated fatty acid ester, which can easily oxidize, especially whenexposed to ultraviolet light. The products formed by this oxidation give rise to sediment or gum formation. Asa result, the fuel can contribute to the corrosion and plugging of the filter pump. Antioxidants have been usedin an effort to stabilize biodiesels, but there is still a need for a biodiesel composition with improved oxidationstability. In general, good fuel compositions should provide synergistic combinations of a biodiesel and antioxidants. Our work involved the synthesis of antioxidants to improve the oxidative stability of biodiesel fuel.

        고속중성자 감쇠에 의한 영상특성과 원자성분비 분석

        The possibility of discriminating the shapes and the atomic ratios simultaneously for blind materials has been studied by using the attenuation of irradiated white fast neutrons with the MCNPX code simulations. Graphite, ammonium nitrate, C-4, and sugar were selected as testing materials. The neutron energy spectrum produced by bombarding 2-GeV incident electrons on the Pb or Bi target was adopted. Neutron detection with and without the blind material was done with a 2.4-cm wide, 2.4-cm high 5-cm long 17 x 17 square-type NE-102 plastic scintillator array with a total number of 289. The atomic ratios were determined by using the elemental effective cross sections to on fold the transmittances for the specific detector-shown apparent shape of the testing material and were compared with the true values derived from the molecular formulae. The atomic ratios of the tested materials wrapped with 2-mm aluminium bags were compared with the results obtained without the bag. Cadmium or tungsten was substituted as the interlayer material of the detectors to get more precise data, and the relative errors were reduced considerably. The atomic ratios and the radiograph obtained by using the MCNPX code simulation with the neutron spectrum produced by the 40-MeV incident electron beam correspond with the photoneutron results for a 2-GeV incident electron beam. 미지 시료에 연속스펙트럼의 고속 중성자를 조사하여 감쇠에 따른 특성을 MCNPX 코드를 사용한 모사로 분석하여 그 형태의 구별과 원자수비를 동시에 구할 수 있는 가능성을 연구하였다. 흑연과 질산암모늄, C-4, 설탕을 시험재료로 선택하였다. 중성자의 에너지 분포는 2 GeV 에너지의 전자빔이 납(Pb)표적에 조사되어 발생되는 스펙트럼을 적용하였다. 미지시료에 의한 감쇠 전후의 중성자는 폭과 너비가 2.4 cm이고 길이가 5 cm인 NE-102 검출기 289개를 17 x 17 형태로 정방형으로 배열하여 검출하였다. 물체의 형태를 명확히 나타낸 특정 검출기에 검출된 중성자의 투과도를 구성 원소의 유효단면적으로 전개하여 미지 시료의 원자수비를 구하고 분자식에의한 참값과 비교하였다. 미지시료가 2 mm 두께의 알루미늄 가방으로 둘러싸여 있을때의 원자수비와, 가방이 없을 때의 결과도 비교하였다. 검출의 정밀도를 높이기 위하여 검출기사이의 알루미늄격자를 카드뮴이나 텅스텐격자로 대치하여 상대오차를 줄였다. 40 MeV 의 전자빔이 Pb 표적에 충돌하여 발생하는 광중성자의 에너지 분포를 사용한 전산모사로 구한 복합물질의 영상과 원자수비 계산 결과는 2 GeV 에너지 전자빔에 의한 광중성자로부터의 결과와 잘 일치하였다.

        Development and Evaluation of Fixation Equipment for Transporting Unit Modules

        The unit modular construction system is a building technique in which unit modules are manufactured at a factoryand then assembled at the construction site. It has many benefits, including reduction of the construction period andimprovement in quality. For this reason, it is utilized for various purposes in Japan and England. While it has beenintroduced in Korea, there have been few Korean studies conducted on the unit modular system. In particular, littleresearch has been done on the method of safely fixating the unit modules to a truck. Therefore, this study reviewedthe fixation methods of unit modules for transport, analyzed the problems, and designed a fixation device for unitmodules. In addition, a device for the fixation of unit modules to a truck was developed, and a structural simulationwas implemented for a safety test by considering the maximum stress generated during the transport of the unitmodules fixed on a truck. When the device for the fixation of unit modules is manufactured based on the results of thestructural simulation done in this study, it is expected to aid the development of a more practical fixation device forunit modules.

        산업용 전자빔조사시설의 유효선량 계산과 차폐 분석

        Peripheral shields with labyrinths for Industrial irradiation facilities, which use electron beams of 2 MeV/100 kW and 10 MeV/31.4 kW on a metal target, have been designed. In order to find the radiation fluences at sequentially appointed places along the path from the target to the entrance we used the MCNPX code to carry out, Monte Carlo calculations. These result were compared with those obtained by using from the DUCT-III design code. For the 10-MeV electron-beam facility, photo-neutrons produced by photonuclear reactions were also investigated. The fluences from sphere-shaped phantoms were converted into effective doses. These results were used for a safety evaluation. 2 MeV, 100 kW 그리고 10 MeV, 31.4 kW의 가속 전자빔을 금속표적에 입사시키는 산업용 전자가속기 시설과 그 통로를 포함한 주변 차폐시설을 설계하였다. MCNPX 코드를 사용한 몬테카를로 계산으로 표적이 있는 방으로부터 출입구까지 터널 내부의 순차적인 각 지점의 방사선 선속을 구하였으며, DUCT-III 설계코드의 계산 결과와 비교하였다. 10 MeV 입사 전자빔 시설은 광핵반응으로 광중성자를 발생하므로 그 영향도 함께 연구하였다. 구형태의 검출모형을 이용하여 계산된 선속으로부터 유효선량을 구하여 작업 안전성을 평가하였다.

        Structural health monitoring systems are widely adopted to monitor the in-situ behavior of structure, to assess its performance under various loads, and to determine the structure’s condition. Thus the reliability of acquisition data plays a key role in managing of these systems. But conventional monitoring systems accompanying cable installations have indispensably the problems, such as involving electromagnetic noises and voltage drops. In this study, a new wireless sensing system consisting of remote sensors, A/D converters, and wireless communication controllers is developed and makes it possible to the multiplex communication and the low installation cost through eradication of extensive lengths of wires.
