참당귀 초임계 이산화탄소 선택 추출물의 항염 효능

본 연구에서는 참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai)의 핵심 유효 성분인 decursin과 decursinol angelate를 높은 수율로 추출한 초임계 이산화탄소 선택 추출물의 항염증 효능을 에탄올 추출물과 비교하여 측정하였다. 항염증 효능을 측정하기 위해 염증 매개 인자인 nitric oxide(NO), 염증성 사이토카인인 interleukin(IL)-6, IL-8 생성량을 측정하였다. NO 생성량은 lipopolysaccharide(LPS)로 염증 반응을 유도한 Raw 264.7 세포를 대상으로 Griess assay를 통해 측정하였고, IL-6 및 IL-8 생성량은 tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α로 염증 반응을 유도한 human keratinocyte cell line(HaCaT) 세포를 대상으로 enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA)를 통해 측정하였다. NO 생성량은 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물이 에탄올 추출물에 비해 뛰어나게 억제하였다. IL-6 및 IL-8 생성량 또한 에탄올 추출물은 오히려 증가시키는 반면, 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물은 6.25 ㎍/mL의 농도에서 통계적으로 유의하게 억제하였다(P<0.01). 우리는 이러한 결과를 통해 참당귀 초임계 이산화탄소 선택 추출물이 아토피 피부염을 완화시키는 항염증 코스메슈티컬 소재로써 활용 가능함을 확인하였다.

An Improved Parametric Estimation Method of High-Resolution Bispectrum

측정된 신호의 길이가 짧은 경우, 높은 해상도의 전력스펙트럼을 추정하는 매개변수 방법으로 최대 엔트로피 방법이 있다. 바이스펙트럼을 추정하기 위한 매개변수 방법은 최근에 제안되었는데 표본화한 데이터의 길이가 약 1000 정도의 비교적 짧은 신호에 적용할 경우 좋은 해상도를 얻기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 위와 같은 비교적 짧은 신호에 대해서도 높은 해상도의 바이스펙트럼을 추정할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. The maximum entropy method is a well-known parametric estimation method of the power spectrum with high-resolution for short-time signals. Although a parametric estimation method for the bispectrum was proposed in recent years, it is not easy to estimate the bispectrum with high resolution for relatively short-time signals of which the total length is about 1000 data points. In this paper, a bispectrum estimation method is proposed to estimate the high-resolution bispectrum even for the relatively short-time signals.

조경업 출신으로 대한 전문건설협회 울산광역시회장에 선출된 이상걸 회장을 찾아서 취임소감과 앞으로 역점 사업 등 궁금한 점을 들어본다. 건설업의 20여개의 업종 중의 하나인 조경업 출신이 선출된 것은 극히 이례적인 일로서 약 20년 전 부회장직을 역임하신 김병오 회장에 이어 두 번째이다. 이상걸 회장은 현재 한국조경수협회 울산지회장이며, (주)월성조경 대표로서 지역사회발전에 부단한 노력을 경주하고 있다.

소아 두통 환자에서 간질과의 연관성에 관한 연구

Purpose : Headache, especially migraine disorders, have been thought to be pathophysiologically related to epilepsy. We sought to elucidate the differential diagnostic clues between headache and epilepsy by analyzing the clinical characteristics of patients who presented with a chief complaint of headache and who had been subsequently diagnosed with epilepsy. Methods : We studied 399 patients with headache who had been followed-up in Pediatrics Department of Ilsan Hospital from January 2005 to July 2009. Patients were divided into two groups and analyzed retrospectively. The test group included 15 patients who had been diagnosed with epilepsy. The control group included 305 patients whose symptoms had been diagnosed as primary headache. We compared the type of headache, presence of aura, subtype of aura, family history of migraine disorders, EEG findings, and response to a hyperventilation test between the two groups. Results : 305 patients had primary headache, 20 patients secondary headache, and 74 patients unclassified headache. Between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference in mean age, sex, type of headache (P =0.23), type of aura (P =0.64), or associated family history (P =0.84). However the epilepsy group had more migraine with aura (P <0.05), more EEG abnormalities (P <0.0001), and more abnormal hyperventilation test (P <0.0001), which were all statistically significant. Conclusion : The presence of aura, probably visual aura, and EEG abnormalities or abnormal response in hyperventilation test are very useful differential diagnostic clues for epilepsy in headache patients. Therefore, we highly recommend that EEG are performed in order to rule out the possibility of epilepsy in those children who present with headache and have migraine headache with aura and abnormal result on hyperventilation test.

위험관리 측면에서의 제어시스템 보안 표준 동향

감정노동이 서비스 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

간호사들은 조직 내에서의 관계뿐만 아니라 환자와 보호자 간의 만남에서 다양한 감정노동을 경험하고 있다. 그러나 감정노동에 관한 기존 연구들은 주로 간호사와 환자와의 관계에서 발생하는 감정노동이 아닌 조직 구성원들 사이에서 발생하는 감정노동을 주로 연구해 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 환자와 간호사들 사이의 감정노동이 병원서비스 맥락에서 근무하는 간호사에 대한 직무열의와 고객지향성에 미치는 효과를 고찰하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 SPSS 24.0프로그램이 사용되었다. 분석결과, 환자로부터 지각된 간호사의 감정노동은 능동조절에 10%수준에서 유의하게 나타났다. 또한, 능동조절, 자기암시, 회피분산, 지지추구가 직무열의에 미치는지에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과, 능동조절과 지지추구는 직무열의에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기암시와 회피분산은 직무열의에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 능동조절, 자기암시, 지지추구는 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회피분산은 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 환자로부터 지각된 간호사의 감정노동은 자기암시에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 환자로부터 지각된 간호사의 감정노동은 회피분산에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 환자로부터 지각된 간호사의 감정노동은 지지추구에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Nurses are experiencing a variety of emotional labor in meetings with patients and carers as well as in their relationships within the organization. However, many studies on emotional labor have mainly studied emotional labor among members of an organization rather than emotional labor arising from their relationships with nurses and patients. In this study, we would like to examine the effect of emotional labor between patients and nurses on work engagement and customer orientation for nurses working in the context of hospital service. Regression analysis was performed through the SPSS 24.0 Statistical Package to validate the hypothesis predicted in this study. The analysis showed that the emotional labor of the nurse had a significant effect on active regulation. Also, emotional regulation had a significant impact on task enthusiasm and customer orientation. Specifically, active regulation and support seeking regulation had a positive effect on work engagement, and active regulation and self-suggestion regulation, and support seeking regulation had a significant impact on customer orientation. However, it has also been showed that the emotional labor of a nurse does not had a significant effect on self-suggestion regulation, avoidance/distract regulation, and support seeking regulation.

특발성 두개 내 고혈압으로 진단된 비만 환아 1례

특발성 두개 내 고혈압은 두개 내에 구조적 이상이나 종양이 없이 두개 내압이 상승하여 두통, 구토,박동성 이명, 복시 등의 증상을 보이는 질환이다. 원인으로는 호르몬 이상, 약물, 감염, 비만 등이 있고특히 비만은 강한 영향을 줄 수 있는 인자이다. 우리나라 소아의 비만 인구는 증가하는 추세이며 따라서 소아에서 특발성 두개 내 고혈압의 발병률도 높 아질 가능성이 크다. 진단이 늦어질 경우, 시력소실등 나쁜 결과를 초래할 수 있으므로 특발성 두개 내고혈압과 관련된 증상을 호소하는 비만한 소아에서면밀한 경과관찰과 정확한 진단은 매우 중요하다.비만이 원인으로 여겨지는 특발성 두개 내 고혈압 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Idiopathic intracranial hypertension(IIH), as known as pseudotumor cerebri, which commonly presents with headache, nausea, vomiting, pulsatile tinnitus, diplopia, arises from increased intracranial pressure although with no structural abnormality nor any mass in the intracranial cavity. Various factors including hormonal abnormalities, medication, infection and obesity are considered for causes of IIH, among which obesity shows a strong influence. As the incidence of obesity in children increases in Korea, prevalence of this disease is also likely to rise among children. We experienced a case of newly diagnosed IIH from an obese female child presenting with intermittent diplopia. We would like to report this case to alarm clinicians for considering IIH in obese child who consistently complains of symptoms related to IIH. Because belated diagnosis or negligence can be directly linked to poor prognosis, such as loss of eyesight, close observation and accurate diagnosis are critical for obese child with symptoms in relation to IIH.

The emergence of the genre of crime story in modern mass media has attracted scholarly attention in relation to the literary influence of the Western detective story in modern Korean literature. By and large, it has been misread as an adaptation of modern European culture. However, such analysis centered on modern literary discourse has completely overlooked the fact that these crime stories in modern newspapers were closely linked to Confucian discourse and Korean legal tradition, in which popular crime stories were produced and circulated as a genre of Korean legal literature rather than as popular fiction. On the other hand, in a paradoxical way, those crime stories were strikingly modern in expressing uneasy and complex emotions towards traditional law and society and distancing themselves from traditional legal literature in which social criticism was overshadowed by Confucian conservatism. This paper examines how the popular perception of law and justice was transformed during the transitional period and how the people perceived the gap between Confucian values and the newly adopted modern judicial system by taking a closer look at crime reports and popular crime stories such as the Sindan gongan or Celebrated Court Case Stories (1906) serialized in modern Korean newspapers. These seemingly “mediocre” crime stories, however, deserve our attention in that they shed light on the conflicting and entangled relationship between tradition and modernity, which was nearly impossible to sever in cultural practice in the modern times.

롯데월드타워 완공 전·후 아파트 가격 영향요인 비교 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of new Lotte World Tower development project on the nearby housing market. Using the apartment market data before and after the completion of Lotte World Tower, the effect on the surrounding apartment market was analyzed empirically. This study focused on Songpa-gu in Seoul, as the study area. The time span of the data was from 2010 to 2018, and the data was separately analyzed based on the year of 2015 when Lotte World Tower was completed. The analysis model was largely divided into the pre- and post-construction phases of Lotte World Tower to analyze the impact on the apartment market. A total of 22 variables were used to examine changes in the apartment market, including the actual selling price, public land, and the rental price of apartments. According to the analysis, three factors that affect apartment prices before the completion of Lotte World Tower are found to have a positive effect on the rate of increase in sales prices: the standard volume ratio, the ratio of land support and the rate of increase in jeonse prices. On the other hand, four factors were found to have negative effects: the average number of people, the distance to elementary and high schools and the elderly. Next, for factors that affect apartment prices after the completion of Lotte World Tower, two factors were analyzed to have a positive effect on the rate of increase in the sale price, and three factors were found to have a negative effect on the rate of increase in the sale price, including Average Number , Oldness , and Uniformity . Whether or not the Han River View has a positive effect on the rate of increase, while “Distance to Middle School , Nohudo and Distance to Lotte World Tower” have negative effects.

법률과 도덕감정 - 동아시아 법사학 연구의 새로운 시각

이 논문에서는 최근 제기된 법과 감정의 관계에 대한 새로운 시각과 성찰에 주목하여 이를 동아시아 법사학 연구에 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 살펴보고자 했다. 최근 마사 누스바움(Martha C. Nussbaum)의 논의는 ‘법과 감정의 관계’에 관한 연구로서 가장 주목받고 있는 연구이다. 누스바움은 법적 판단에서 문학적 상상력과 합리적 감성이 필수적임을 역설하면서 근대법의 지나친 이성주의와 추상적 보편주의가 오히려 인간의 구체적 현실과 정의 실현을 외면하는 모순에 빠질 수 있음을 비판한다. 그런데 누스바움의 논의와 유사하게 유교적 사법전통에서도 ‘법과 정’ 혹은 ‘정 · 리 · 법’의 관계가 중요하게 다루어졌다는 사실은 비교법사학의 관점에서 매우 흥미로운 사실이 아닐 수 없다. 다만 유교적 사법전통에서는 덕치 및 예치의 중시가 법의 공평성과 보편성을 약화시키는 결과를 초래하지 않도록 ‘법과 정’의 균형을 유지하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요한 과제가 되었다. 이처럼 감정의 인지적 기능을 강조한 감정 이론은 동아시아 사법전통과 현대 동아시아 법문화를 폭넓게 이해하고 통찰하는 데에도 새로운 실마리를 제공할 것이다. This article aims to introduce new perspectives on and insights into the relationship between law and emotion and to examine how to utilize these approaches in the field of East Asian legal history. Regarding the relationship between law and emotion, the recent arguments made by Martha C. Nussbaum have received much scholarly attention. Nussbaum contends that literary imagination and emotional rationality are necessary for sensible legal judgments, because the excessive rationalism and abstract universalism of modern law may paradoxically neglect concrete human existence and even obstruct the realization of justice. Her arguments seem very interesting from the perspective of East Asian legal history, because the relationship between law and emotion or the qing · li · fa relationship was considered vital in the Confucian legal tradition. However, balancing law and emotion was the most difficult task in the Confucian legal tradition, inasmuch as the emphasis on moralistic or ritualistic norms might have attenuated the equity and universality of law. Furthermore, the recent cognitive approaches to emotions will provide us with new perspectives for a broad understanding of the East Asian legal tradition and contemporary East Asian legal culture.
