        물리치료 전공 대학생들의 정형도수 물리치료 분야의 취업 및 진로 선호도 조사

        Background: This study aimed to determine the employment and career preferences for orthopedic manual physical therapy for college students majoring in physical therapy. Methods: The subjects were 267 college students majoring in physical therapy, and a survey was conducted both online and offline. The collected data were statistically processed to analyze employment and career according to the general characteristics. Results: Interest, temporal satisfaction of education, and the need for special lectures on orthopedic manual physical therapy were significantly different by sex. There were significant differences in sex, grade, and age with regard to whether they go to graduate school related to orthopedic manual physical therapy and whether to study more about orthopedic manual physical therapy. Conclusions: The educational curriculum must be reinforced for students through systematic curriculum reorganization reflecting their preference for orthopedic manual physical therapy.

        Prostaglandin E<sub>2</sub>와 Indomethacin이 백서 치조골 내 Collagen과 Chondroitin Sulfate의 정량 변화에 미치는 영향

        The alveolar bone remodeling is essential in tooth movement by orthodontic forces. The collagen and chondroitin sulfate are acting as an important roles in bone remodeling. This study was performed to measure out the quantity of the collagen and chondroitin sulfate in the alveolar bone of rats applied by experimental orthodontic forces. The 150 Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into the $PGE_2$ treated group, indomethacin treated group and the normal group. A 80gm force rubber band was used as a orthodontic appliance between upper incisors and right upper 1st molar, and left side of experimental rats with no appliance was regarded as a control side. The samples of alveolar bones were obtained from pressure and tension sites in all three groups. respectively, and in control sides, too. The results were as follows. 1. The change in total collagen remains stable in both pressure and tension sites of all three groups, compared with control side by the time consuming. 2. The change in soluble collagen showed the most highest level in tension site, lowest level in pressure site of $PGE_2$ treated group in 5th. experimental day. 3. The change in chondroitin sulfate showed the most highest level in pressure site, lowest level in tension site of $PGE_2$ treated group in 5th. experimental day. 4. In indomethacin treated group, the change of soluble collagen and chondroitin sulfate showed small range of variance compared with $PGE_2$ treated and normal group.

        효율적인 비정형 도로영역 인식을 위한 Semantic segmentation 기반 심층 신경망 구조

        With the development of computer vision systems, many advances have been made in the fields of surveillance, biometrics, medical imaging, and autonomous driving. In the field of autonomous driving, in particular, the object detection technique using deep learning are widely used, and the paved road detection is a particularly crucial problem. Unlike the ROI detection algorithm used in general object detection, the structure of paved road in the image is heterogeneous, so the ROI-based object recognition architecture is not available. In this paper, we propose a deep neural network architecture for atypical paved road detection using Semantic segmentation network. In addition, we introduce the multi-scale semantic segmentation network, which is a network architecture specialized to the paved road detection. We demonstrate that the performance is significantly improved by the proposed method. 컴퓨터 비전 시스템의 발달로 보안, 생체인식, 의료영상, 자율주행 등의 분야에 많은 발전이 있었다. 자율주행 분야에서는 특히 딥러닝을 이용한 객체인식, 탐지 기법이 주로 사용되는데, 자동차가 갈 수 있는 영역을 판단하기 위한 도로영역 인식이 특히 중요한 문제이다. 도로 영역은 일반적인 객체탐지에서 활용되는 사각영역인식과는 달리 비정형적인 형태를 띠므로, ROI 기반의 객체인식 구조는 적용할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 Semantic segmentation 기법을 사용한 비정형적인 도로영역 인식에 맞는 심층 신경망 구조를 제안한다. 또한 도로영역에 특화된 네트워크 구조인 Multi-scale semantic segmentation 기법을 사용하여 성능이 개선됨을 입증하였다.

        난치성 당뇨 족부 궤양에 대한 임상적 고찰: 치료에 영향을 미치는 인자 분석

        Purpose: Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most important diabetic complications because it increases the risk of amputations. Moreover, it lowers the quality of patients' life and increases the social medical expenses. Authors analyzed risk factors of intractable diabetic foot ulcer using retrospective study. Materials and Methods: From January 2007 to December 2010, 40 patients who could not achieve complete healing despite more than 12 weeks of proper management among who had been diagnosed and treated as diabetic foot ulcer at our hospital were included and evaluated retrospectively. We compared the risk factors between two groups who were finally treated by amputation and non-amputation. Results: The sample was composed of 31 male patients (77.5%) and 9 female patients (22.5%). Comorbidity including hypertension and hyperlipidemia were 77.5% and 80% each. By Wagner classification, 30 patients (80%) had ulcerative lesion over the grade 3. From bacteriology results, 29 patients (72.5%) had polybacteria infection. 35 patients (87.5%) had neuropathy and 26 patients (65%) had vascular stenosis at least one level. The mean initial ankle-brachial index and toe-brachial index were 0.982 and 0.439. In comparison between amputation group and non-amputation group, ulcer severity, number of stenotic vessel and initial ankle-brachial index/toe-brachial index had statistical significance. Conclusion: The most commonly risk factor of intractable diabetic foot ulcer was peripheral neuropathy reaching 87.5% of cases. In comparison with non-amputation group, ulcer severity according to Wagner classification, number of stenotic vessel and initial ankle-brachial index/toe-brachial index were demonstrated as a risk factor of amputation in intractable diabetic foot ulcer.

        후과 골절을 동반한 Lauge-Hansen 회내-외회전형 4단계 족관절 골절에서 원위 경비인대 결합 손상에 대한 원위 경비 나사 고정술과 후과 고정술의 결과 비교: 수술 1년째 추시 결과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the radiologic and clinical results of syndesmotic screw fixation and posterior malleolar fixation for syndesmotic injury in Lauge-Hansen classification pronation-external rotation (PER) stage IV ankle fractures with posterior malleolus fracture. Materials and Methods: We designed a retrospective study that included patients with Lauge-Hansen classification PER stage IV ankle fracture with posterior malleolus fracture. Of 723 patients who underwent ankle fracture surgery from March 2005 to November 2012, 29 were included in this study. In this study, syndesmotic injury was treated with syndesmotic screw fixation or posterior malleolus fixation. There were 15 cases of syndesmotic screw fixation and 14 cases of posterior malleolar fixation. We compared the radiologic and clinical results at one year postoperatively. Posterior malleolus fragment size on a pre-operative computed tomographic image, and tibiofibular overlap, medial clear space, articular step-off, Kellgren-Lawrence grade, and Takakura classification on a postoperative one year followup radiograph were used for comparison of the radiologic results. The clinical results were assessed using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score, visual analogue scale score, and patient subjective satisfaction score. Results: Posterior malleolar fragment size was $12.62%{\pm}3.01%$ of the joint space in the syndesmotic screw fixation group and $27.04%{\pm}4.34%$ in the posterior malleolar fixation group. A statistical difference was observed between the two groups. However, other results, including tibiofibular overlap, medial clear space, articular step-off, Kellgren-Lawrence grade, Takakura classification, and clinical scores showed no statistical difference. Conclusion: In the Lauge-Hansen classification PER stage IV ankle fracture with posterior malleolus fracture, if the posterior malleolus fracture can be reduced anatomically and fixated rigidly, syndesmotic screw fixation, which can cause several complications, is usually not required for achievement of a satisfactory syndesmotic stability; this would be a recommendable option for treatment of syndesmotic injury.

        수자원 확보를 위한 URC공법의 적용 I: 유기물, 중금속, 영양염의 제거특성에 관한 연구

        초고속응집침전공정(URC)은 가중응집제(WCA)를 첨가하고 슬러지를 반송시켜 응결핵으로서의 역할을 수행시킴으로서 floc의 성장속도를 향상시키고, 입자표면의 흡착을 활성화하여 유기물, 중금속, 인 등 수중에 존재하는 오염물을 보다 효율적으로 제거하며, 기존의 응집 공정에 비하여 침전성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 현재까지 하수처리장과 하천, 호소에서 수행된 URC pilot-test와 Jar-test의 결과를 비교 검토하여 가중 응집제와 반송 슬러지에 대한 오염물 제거특성에 대한 연구가 수행되었으며, 수자원의 재이용을 위한 가능성을 평가하였다. A physicochemical process called Ultra Rapid Coagulation(URC) can dramatically remove organics, metals, and phosphates in wastewater by adding weighted coagulation additive(WCA) and recycling sludge into the coagulation basin to increase the growth rate and adsorption ability of floc. Also this process can improve floc settling rate than conventional coagulation process and reduce the pollutants loaded into the receiving water for securing water source. It was evaluated that WCA and sludge added have effects on the removal efficiency and estimated the possibilities of reusing the effluent from this process.

        체계적 배치계획을 이용한 특수 건축물의 설계사례

        This paper investigates the methodology to develop a layout of the simulator for measuring and evaluating human sensibility. Since the simulator layout is different from general building layouts in that it is organized in order to communicate systematically between facilities, laboratories to evaluate human sensibility and equipments to support experiments in simulator, two approaches based on eigenvector and cut tree are support to develop a simulator layout. Qualitative input data (relationship chart, space requirements for each laboratory and equipment) are obtained and transformed into quantitative data. The information obtained by two approaches provides several meaningful clues to generate the simulator layout. The simulator layout is presented based on the obtained information by two approaches. Extracted quantitative data by using eigenvector and cut tree are meaningful of generating the simulator layout.

        소변의 생성, 구성성분, 색깔, 그리고 이상소견

        Urine production is vital for the removal of certain waste products produced by metabolism in the body and for the maintenance of homeostasis in the body. The kidneys produce urine by the following three precisely regulated processes: filtration, reabsorption, and secretion. Urine is composed of water, certain electrolytes, and various waste products that are filtered out of the blood through the glomeruli. The physical features of urine are evaluated carefully to detect any abnormal findings that may indicate underlying diseases in the genitourinary system. A change in urine color may indicate an underlying pathological condition, although many of the causes of abnormal urine color are benign effects of medications and foods. A characteristic and specific odor may be the result of a metabolic disease rather than a concentrated specimen or a simple urinary tract infection. Although transient changes in urine output and nocturia are usually benign conditions, persistent abnormal findings require further workup, with a thorough medical history taking. This article presents many of the conditions that physicians may encounter and will help them in the diagnosis and in establishing a treatment plan.

        이기종 저장장치를 위한 제거 비용 평가 기반 캐시 관리 기법

        The objective of cache is to reduce I/O access of physical storage device so that user accesses their data faster. Traditionally, the most important metric to measure the performance of cache is hitratio. Thus, when the cache maintains hitratio high, it is regarded as a good cache replacement policy. However, the cache miss latency is different when the storages are heterogeneous. Though the cache hitratio is high, if the cache often misses with low performance disk, then the user experiences low performance. To address this problem we proposed eviction cost estimation based cache management. In our result, the eviction cost estimation based cache management has 10~30% throughput improvement compared with LRU cache management.
