      • 자기인식과 성장을 원하는 20대 여성의 인지행동치료 단일사례 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 인지행동치료(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)가 성인의 자기 인식, 성장에 미치는 효과와 함께 인지, 정서, 행동의 변화에 어떤 영향을 주는지 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 인지행동치료는 자기인식, 인지적 재구조화, 노출에 초점을 맞추어 구성되었다. 연구대상은 자기인식 및 성장을 원하는 20대 여성이다. 연구는 화상상담으로 2021년 3월부터 2021년 6월까지 주 1회, 회기당 50분씩 총 10회기로 진행되었다. 연구효과를 검증하기 위해 회기별 기술을 바탕으로 내담자의 성장을 방해하는 사고, 행동의 변화를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내담자는 회기가 진행됨에 따라 스스로에 대한 부정적 평가를 적응적인 평가로 변화시켰고, 이러한 양상은 타인에게 폐를 끼친다는 생각을 하며 회피하던 모습의 완화로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지행동치료가 내담자의 인지, 정서, 행동 변화에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 인지행동치료가 내담자의 자기인식과 자기 성장에 인지, 정서, 행동적 변화를 통해 내담자의 자기인식과 성장에 효과적임을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의를 둔다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on adult self-awareness and growth and how it affects changes in cognition, emotion, and behavior. Cognitive behavioral therapy in this study was constructed with a focus on self-awareness, cognitive restructuring, and exposure. The subjects of the study are adults in their 20s who want to know about themselves and grow through them. The study was conducted once a week from March 2021 to June 2021 with a total of 10 sessions, 50 minutes per session. In order to verify the research effect, based on the technology of each session, changes in thinking and behavior that hinder the growth of clients were examined. The results of this study are as follows. First, as the session progressed, the client found a negative evaluation of himself in a positive way, and this pattern was found to be a relief of the avoidance, thinking that it would cause trouble to others. Second, cognitive behavioral therapy showed a positive effect on the client's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes. Based on the results of the study, it is significant in that it was verified that cognitive behavioral therapy is an effective treatment for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes in the client's self-examination and self-growth.

        한국 여대생의 서비스 매너 교육 요구도

        It is necessary to survey the demand among korea university students for the education of service & manners being implemented in many universities. This study aims to provide the basic materials about the demand of korea university students in relation to the service & manners education program, the quality of the instructors and the educational system. The results of the analysis were; for the demand of the service & manners education among korea women’s university students, the educational system had a meaningful positive(+) influence with the significance level of p<.001 and also the educational program had a meaningful positive(+) influence with the significance level of p<.01. The quality of the instructors was not significant. It was confirmed that the completion of manners education had a meaningful positive(+) influence on the educational program and the demand for the service & manners education while working part time or full time had a meaningful positive(+) influence on the educational system and the demand for the service & manners education. Regarding the institute of service & manners education, university students (28.7%) asked for the opening of related subjects within the university. About the desired period of education, the majority of the students (55.5%) wished to have 4-week course, and 50.6% of the respondents said that they are willing to take the course if the courses related to the qualification certificate related to service & manners education (ex: national certificate for CS leaders) is opened as a special course within the university. The greater part of the students demanded to be able to get a job in service and marketing job category, and the highest demand was for an education program for dealing with customers (p<.05). The instructors were required to have a good ability in the production of PPT files (p<.01, various practical career, training experience and good manners with a national qualification certificate and master``s or doctorate degree in related areas, and professionalism (p<.05. The woman’s University students who wished to have a job in service and marketing area asked for an educational system which will make it easier to acquire a qualification certification related to service & manners (p<.05), and also the opening of the subjects related to service & manners (p<.05). They also answered that it will be helpful in getting a job if they acquired a qualification certificate related to service & manners (p<.05). In the meantime, the woman’s university students who wished to have a job in research and office work said that they are willing to take the course if an intermediate course for the acquisition of a qualification certificate related to service & manners is opened (p<.01). To look at the demand for service & manners education among university students who did or did not complete the manners education, the demand for the educational system (p<.001) and the educational program (p<.01) had a meaningful positive(+) effect on the woman’s university students who had not completed the manners education, while the demand for the educational system (p<.05) had a positive(+) effect on the woman’s university students who had completed the manners education. The students who had not completed the manners education responded that the intermediate qualification certificates related to manners will be helpful to job finding (p<.05). Meanwhile, the woman’s university students who had the experience of completing the manners education had a high demand of the educational programs in the order of personal relations (p<.001), dealing with customers (p<.01) and global cultures (p<.05). They also wanted an educational system that provided the exchanges between the teacher and the students (p<.01) and many asked for an educational evaluation system, educational contents (p<.05) and the administration system for the educational courses. It was confirmed that working part time or full time had a meaningful positive(+) effect on the demand for the educational system and service manners educations. However, no meaningful results were found related to the general sub-category educational programs, quality of instructors, and the educational system. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that the students who had working experience had significance in the specific variables related to the educational system. There were meaningful demands for the exchanges between the teacher and the students (p<0.05), the hours of education (p<0.05), textbook and educational contents (p<0.05), usage of the acquired certifictes (p<0.05), and the administrative system for the educational courses (p<0.05). The service & manners education about global culture (p<0.01) was found meaningful in the variables related to the demand for educational programs, and a professional image (p<0.05) with a good personality were required for the quality of instructors. The students who had no working experience responded that they are willing to take the course if a qualification course related service & manners is opened (p<0.05). To summarize the results of this study, korea women’s university students are demanding the educational administrative system that can make it easier to acquire a qualification certificate related to service & manner helpful to job finding and the educational programs that reinforce personal relations, dealing with customers and contents of global cultures. Therefore, korea universities are required to open such subjects and select the teachers who have a good ability in the production of PPT files, various practical career, training experience and good manners with a national qualification certificate and master``s or doctorate degree in related areas, and professionalism ir order to equip themselves with an educational system that can reinforce the exchanges with the students and form a mentor-mentee relationship.

        장미꽃차의 음용 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data that can be used to develop rose teas, an empirical rose tea drinking satisfaction survey was carried out. The survey was conducted on adults in Seoul and the Seoul Metropolitan area, 430 responses were utilized in the analysis, and hypothesis testing was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and Amos 18.0. For the tea-drinking group, both functionality and practicability factors had an effect of positive (+) significance on satisfaction. In particular, the functionality factor had a greater controlling effect in its impact on satisfaction for taste. Next, for the tea-drinking group, only the practicability factor had an effect of positive (+) significance on satisfaction. In particular, it was found that the practicability factor had a greater controlling effect on satisfaction with taste, whereas the practicability factor had a greater controlling effect on satisfaction with scent in non tea-drinking group.
