Seventy two samples of feedstuff were collected from commercial channels all over Korea. As a study on the moisture contents, microflora and mycotoxin production of each sample investigated. Moisture content of the samples was 11.2~l5%. Total counts of the samples were 1.8×10²~2.4~10^(6) per gram. The Coli-form group were counted from 9 to 6.3×10^(5) per gram which composed mainly of Enterobacter and Klebsiella, whereas Escherichia coli was minor ones. The contamination of many feeds was not remarkable, and only some broiler feeds was contaminated largely with Escherchia coli. Fungi were below detectable limit in 45% of the samples and the most contaminated sample had 4.5×10^(5)/g fungi counts. Osmophilic mold were counted from 2.5×10 to 3.5×10^(5) per gran which consisted mainly of species of Aspergillus glaucus group, Asp. amstelodami, Asp. ruber, Asp. ochraceus and a little amount Asp. versicolor and Penicillum sp. Mycotoxin producing fungi, Asp. flavus, Asp. candidus, Asp. ochraceus were also detected, but their growth frequencies were so low that it might not be serious proble. There was no mycotoxin in all samples.
두개저병변의 수술적치료 및 재건후 장기추적관찰에 대한 고찰

Purpose Skull base regions are composed of complex anatomic structures that are prone to fatal complications such as meningitis, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, and injuries in vessels and nerves. The proper reconstruction based on keen analysis of the lesion and the patient’ s status facilitates the restoration of the anatomical structures and minimizes complications. Patients and methods A retrospective review of patients who underwent reconstruction of skull base lesions was carried out. Cases from September 1992 to August 2011 were reviewed and their postoperative results were evaluated. Results The medical records of forty-seven patients were retrospectively analyzed . Based on the Irish classification of skull base, nineteen cases had lesions in region I, seven cases in region II, eleven cases in region III, seven cases in region I + II, and three cases in region I + II + III. Thirty free flaps and seventeen bone grafts were performed for reconstruction of the skull base. Free flap was selected over bone graft for patients who either had a history of adjuvant therapy, or had lesions in region II, III, or I + II. Conclusion The various, complex defects in skull base were successfully reconstructed by one-stage operation. Free flap was preferred over bone graft and pedicled flap. However, the surgeons should decide the methods of reconstruction through analysis of the location of the lesions, contents of defect, sealing ability between intracranial space and nasopharynx, and the history of or postoperative possibility of adjuvant therapy.

Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune, subepidermal blistering disease commonly seen in the elderly. It is known as autoimmune bullous dermatoses with an estimated prevalence of 1 in 40,000 and shows no gender or racial predilection. It has an autoimmune nature with immunoglobulin (Ig) G and/or C3 complement targeting hemidesmosomal antigens located in the epidermal basement membrane zone. Drug-induced pemphigoid, although rare, can occur in patients taking penicillamine, furosemide, captopril, penicillin, or sulfasalazine, but infliximabinduced pemphigoid has not been reported. We experienced a case of infliximab-induced pemphigoid in 54-year-old woman with a 17-year history of rheumatoid arthritis.

There is no genetic activity information with the functions of dental pulp and periodontal ligament in human. The purpose of this study was to identify the gene-expression profiles of, and the molecular biological differences between periodontal ligament and dental pulp obtained from human permanent teeth. cDNA microarray analysis identified 347 genes with a fourfold or greater difference in expression level between the two tissue types 83 and 264, of which were more plentiful in periodontal ligament and dental pulp, respectively. Periodontal ligament exhibited strong expression of genes related to collagen synthesis (FAP), collagen degradation (MMP3, MMP9, and MMP13), and bone development and remodeling (SSP1, BMP3, ACP5, CTSK, and PTHLH). Pulp exhibited strong expression of genes associated with calcium ions (CALB1, SCIN, and CDH12) and the mineralization and formation of enamel and dentin (SPARC/SPOCK3, PHEX, AMBN, and DSPP). Among these genes, SPP1, SPARC/SPOCK3, AMBN, and DSPP were well known in dental research. However, the other genes are the newly found and it may help to find a good source of regenerative therapy if further study is performed. 이전 연구에서 사람의 치수와 치주인대의 기능에 대한 구체적인 3만 2천여개의 인체 유전자의 RNA 활성 정보는 없었다. 본 연구의 목적은 사람 영구치에서 얻은 치주인대와 치수 조직 내의 RNA 유전자 발현을 보고하고 각각의 분자생물학적인차이를 알아보는 것이다. cDNA 미세배열분석에서 두 조직 사이의 유전자 발현 수준에서 4배 이상 차이나는 유전자는 347 개로 밝혀졌으며, 치주인대와 치수에서 각각 83개, 264개의 유전자 발현이 4배 이상 차이난다는 것을 보여주었다. 치주인대는 교원질 합성 (FAP), 교원질 분해 (MMP3, MMP9와 MMP13), 골 형성 및 개조 (SPP1, BMP3, ACP5, CTSK와PTHLH)와 관련된 유전자가 강하게 발현되었다. 반면 치수조직은 칼슘 이온 (CALB1, SCIN와 CDH12)과 법랑질 또는상아질의 광화 및 형성 (SPARC/SPOCK3, PHEX, AMBN과 DSPP)와 관련한 유전자의 발현이 높게 나타났다. 이들 유전자 중 SPP1, SPARC/SPOCK3, AMBN, DSPP 등의 유전자는 치아의 기능과 관련해서 잘 알려져 있지만, 다른 유전자들은 microarray 분석을 통해서 새롭게 발견된 유전자이다. 이 유전자들은 추가적인 연구가 수행된다면 재생 치료의 좋은 요인을 찾는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

AC-3 required high performance PC and high performance processing power, Intel's MMXTM technology provides instructions that can significantly speed up the execution of the Dolby AC-3 decoder. This paper describes method of using MMXTM technology.

A qualitative survey was carried out on the soil microfungi especially in Phycomycets and Genus Aspergillus from the bamboo forest soil in Naju-kun, Damyang-kun Junnam province and Jaeju Province. 16speceis of fungi were isolated by soil plate method then identified. They were Absidia glauca, Cunninghamella elegans, Gongromella sp, Mortierella elongata, Mortierella isabellina, Mortierella ramanniana var. angulispora, Mucor circinelloides, Mucor fragilis, Mucor hiemalis, Mucor racemosus,Rhizopus nigricans, Zygrohynchus heterogamus, Zygorhynchus moelleri, Aspergillus giganteus, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae. According to the results of the Saccharogenic amylase activity,Aspegillus oryzae showed the highest value (0.728) of the absorbance and A. giganteus and Cunninghamella elegans showed the lowest value of it. On the other hand Gongronella sp, Rhizopus nigricans, Mortierella spp, Muxor spp, Zygorhynchus spp, Absidia glauca showed the values of absorbance in the range of 0.445 and 0.176 as shown in Table 5.
